Hollow extermination

The first copy got hit and disappeared in a ball of smoke. The second one, on the other hand, smirked and then launched itself at Dark, sweeping at his head with claws. It screamed in pure delight at the thought of battle.

*Elsewhere*

Esme found herself at the fourth spot, releasing another barrier orb. In the far, far distance, she could hear one of her copies scream. "Ahh. At last I get to test out my clones. From the sound of it, she's going to have lots of fun with the fight."

Without hesitation, Esme left for her last destination, hidden once more.

*as the attack connects not a second to soon dark leaped back as the clone tried to attack he pointed his finger at it*

The second clone dodged the kidou at the last moment, getting hit on the left arm a little. It crouched down and growled at Dark before it punched its claw into the ground. A few moments later, tentacles erupted from the ground behind Dark and flew toward his back.

Esme got to the last location on her list and released her last barrier orb. She looked at the sky and wondered how the clone was doing in its fight. Shrugging, Esme closed her eyes briefly. Suddenly, she opened them and took off once more.

"I hope you're done with your share, Javier. Lord Noche arrives soon."

*quickly turns around slashing the tentacles in the air he did leave a open shot for an attack.

*the arrancar looks at Dio and as Dio blinks he finds the arrancar at his throat ready to strike.
Dio shunpos out of the attack and into his own counter attack aiming a slash across the insectoid arrancars back.
The Arrancar slashes at Dio back handedly and knocks the wind out of him*

stupid shinigami you wont defeat me with those weak attacks...

*arriving at the site of his final deposit, Javier lets the last orb fall from his hand.

With a sickning thud it hits the ground and sinks in.
As It falls, he slides his hands slowly into the pockets of his coat and slowly turns to walk away.

As he does, the voice appears once again*

~ Javier... ~

"Yes Lord Noche..."

~ You have done well my friend... Once Esme is finished with her task i will set the plan into motion... The end will begin... ~

"As you wish my Lord...We are ready..."

*Javier disappears into the night, waiting for the next stage*

*shunpos towards the real arrancar leaving the clone behind getting closer to the arrancar he senses dios presence.* good Dios still here now all we need is for him to eliminate the arrancar he's fighting and come help me fight d and kill these two.

*Lowering himself, as if walking down imaginary stairs from the sky,
Javier steps beside Esme;

Standing stark still with his hands in his pockets.*

"I hope you have finished Esme... Lord Noche is ready to begin the replacement process..."

The clone retracted her tentacles and took off toward Dark. She growled in utter anger that the shinigami dared to leave the battle with her. Raising both hands at Dark's back, she shot several hundred 6 inch long spikes. Each were coated with poison.

Esme turned to Javier and smirked. "About time you showed up, Fluffy. I finished about 10 minutes ago without breaking a sweat, though I did break a nail throwing my special orbs at the shinigami."

Esme laughed and then looked to the sky. "Lord Noche will be extremely delighted with our progress."

*Shunpo's in looking over the buildings* O.O... this is new

*in shocked he turned quickly*

At this rate I won't be able to stop these two. Hope someone got my message.

The clone continued forward toward Dark, firing more spikes at her opponent. She then jumped into the air and shot more spikes at Dark. She was determined to bring an end to the shinigami.

*stops and ducks behind a doorway* i dont wanna use my shikai until i go fight the real ones so im going to have to take this one down with my skills at this level *thinks for a moment and then takes something out a small pouch* i almost forgot my secret tea *drinks some of it and shunpos behind the clone then striking forward*

*sighs and removes his hands from his pocket*

"This would be much better if we could get them to converge in one place..."

*releasing the seal around himself, he let's his reitsu become visible to all of those in the area of Karakura town*

"We shall see what this brings us...
Perhaps they will respond.."

*without turning his head to esme he says*

"And really.... Fluffy?..."

The clone wasn't expecting such an attack from Dark. As his blade hit her, she screamed in pain before exploding, send a poison mist over the area.

Esme allowed the barrier around her to dissipate. "Oh, you know you like the name. Besides, Javier is soooooo boring to say all of the time."

*showing the first sign of emotion on his face; he cracks a slightly smile before retracting it*

"I suppose you are correct.
And due to our, "Abnormal" nature,
I really don't think it matters what you call me."

*He points over to where the clones are battling some others*

"And what do you suppose we should do about those two?
I would venture to guess that Lord Noche would love to have them come along as well.
Perhaps we should not kill them after all..."

*Pants as he pops two reiteu pills in his mouth then turns to the arrancars direction and shunpos towards them.*

Esme smiled seemed to take a sinister twist at one end of her mouth. "Oh, I say we let them come. They'll provide excellent food for the lesser hollows waiting. It could mean one of our... "friends" will evolve."

She suddenly disappeared only to reappear on Javier's shoulder. "Our 'abnormal' nature? Oh dear. You can be so mean sometimes, Fluffy, though I guess that is a double-sided coin we're talking about."

Esme giggled and messed with Javier's hair. "I wonder if Lord Noche will want to play with the shinigami by himself. What do you think?"

*somewhat irked by her tossing his hair, javier makes no motion one way or the other*

"I suppose he may indulge himself for a time.
Should he deem any of them worth the time."

*he glances his eyes over and notices the shinigami coming towards them*

"What do you say we begin with those for now? I think it best that we keep them in the area for a short time longer...
Just to be sure..."

*Shunpos under the arrancar he slices up quickly hoping to hit

Esme smiled and disappears only to reappear on the shoulder of Dark.

"Now, now. That is no way to behave in battle, shinigami. You're suppose to stop before us and say something like...."

She thought a moment. "Oh, yeah.... 'You'll never win.' Or how about... 'Good will triumph over evil'? Or 'I'll never let you get away with this' ?"

Esme looked at Javier. "Isn't that what they're suppose to do first?"

*with a stone face, Javier replies*

"As my understanding goes it is.
I thought shinigami always liked to announce their strength before attacking.
Seems a bit hollow without the usual "I'll defeat you" speech.

I would hate to have to stop holding back for no reason..."

Esme yawned and disappeared from Dark's shoulder. "I'm bored. It's no fun when they don't go into the speech first."

*smiles as he looks straight at the arrancars* I'm not really one to talk I don't underestimate anyone but something I am willing to do is. *raises zanpakuto*

*flames begin to combust from all around as they rapidly surround dark. Darks zanpakuto gets surrounded by the flames and then is transformed to a darker longer and thinner version of it's first.*

*Flames launch at the arrancars as Dark shunpos to the male arrancar at incredible speed slashing downwards at him.*

Utsuro Shunpos into the area which Dark, Javier and Esme were in, "You two arrancar are probably too used to the old customs the previous generation had..." Utusro draws his sword and jumps towards Esme his sword held to the side opposite his sword hand, "We are on a totally different level then those before us..."
