Anyway I wanna try for 5th, just tell me when and where I need to be and I'll take the test.......though question. IF I get Captain would I be allowed to up the damage and such of my Zanpaktou? I tried to set it to fit into the power a third seat should have when I made it ._.

Since I was originally set to be 3rd then got bumped up to VC *never fixed it to fit that actually*

I, as others believe, Vic should be VC for more than just a week. He was just nominated not long ago so he should get the experience first, you know?

Yes, he needs the experience, i agree with you on that part, but it's more of a loyalty thing...

I mean... if he cant even commit to being a VC for some time, how are we sure he can commit to being a captain... long term?

@ Berry, ohmy, that's super active haha, anyway, you dont have to worry about not being in formed, i will most likely send a mass PM to inform everyone.

I was actually trying to fill any gaps that were left in the groups, Captain slots need to be filled before VC, VC needs to be filled before Third, and so on and so forth in my mind.

Since Captain and VC are very important things and need to be active, I wasn't trying to seem like I am fickle....

I agree on you with that, the position needs to be filled sometime, so that's why were coming up with a new test to make it easier for everyone.
