For those MIA, i would like to know if your still interested in keeping your spots, if not, they will be open for others to request.

New Rules in R&R (RANKING & RECRUITMENT)


Now their has been many debates on whether not I'm doing my job properly on picking captains, it seems i just give it to anyone nowadays, but it shouldn't be like that, so i modified the templates a little bit.

You will be asked for a desired division and rank, but that doesn't mean you will get it immediately.

Upon approval, you will be placed under Rogue Shinigami (like my current color), meaning your not yet in any division, nor have you achieved anything in Gotei 13.

From there you get to choose a division to join. Not all divisions have an openings, and not all divisions have captains, so do join those with captains.

If you stay active enough, you will get promoted to a certain seat, but as i'm watching everyone, i will give special promotions to those who show extra effort, if you work hard enough, it can earn you a promotion to your desired rank and Division. So stay active and have fun.


Announcements


Its common knowledge that BD did a reset, meaning to say that our two year of RP arcs have been archived, and so we start a new. I know i placed a hold on all RP, but when are you guys planning on actually going back at it?

The reset is done, the playing field set and cleaned, now all it needs is the players, so where are you guys?

No where, still lost among your selves... So please, captains, i can see a few of you lurking around, I'm begging you, take responsibility and re-build your division areas? A little HQ wont hurt.

Other news:

In other news, the plot is on the works, i assigned a few members to work on a plot for us, it's something light and easy, something that anyone would understand with-out all the complexity of the plots the Baka Sensei's (we admins) come up with.

HAHA, im sorry about that, i sent this to everyone since it's the easiest way to tell the captains that they should reclaim there ranks, and to let others know that there might be an opening, but all those captains who are already stationed are safe.
