Another thing to note:
If your reputation is higher than those of Admins, it's WEIRD.

Because we post more than you, we contribute more than you, and our rep is 0/999.

And when we see others with 999/999 rep.

We look like this --> =.="

So please don't abuse rep.

Try to give rep only when someone has been really, and I mean REALLY helpful.

All moderators can give reputation

Why cant normal members give reputation?

it may lead to rep abuse

How many rep points can a mod give?

only up to 5 points per give


Rep abuse is punishable by suspension of 2 days.
