We want captains

Were looking for captains, so for those of you who are interested in leading a certain division, please post here.

You dont need to be an old member, you just need to have a good understanding of how it goes, so i'll be training who ever's interested, well, not train RP wise, just on how things are done, what you can and cant do, limit's and stuff. (Its actually all explained in one post, but since no one read it, screw it.)

Divisions with missing captains are as follows. (Im giving away both 5th and 11th Division so go get them sharks.)

5th Division
6th Division
9th Division
11th Division
12th Division
13th Division

this has no expiration date, so post now, before i change my mind.

I'll take fifth division, since I have a character for that one. ^-^

Honestly, In my opinion with the whole captain thing, those who want to be captains should be tested by other captains to see if they'll be worthy of running it. It gives a less chance of inactivity in the division.

i tend to agree, all new Captains should be tested. Ill be a Captain that is willing to battle anotehr captain to test their abilities.

Hmm, i think its more of a Division Management test, i mean, we can all agree that most of those who apply for Captain here submmits quite the quality of RP-samples, i mean yeah, that's why they pass it, but that's not everything to it, theres this whole BD division system alienated from the rest.

I thought Hiro had Squad 13? Tell Beans to talk to him and find out if he'll come back.

Hiro was 13th Captain 4-5 months ago.

He missed all of the activity checks and his last visit was something of the same date.

If that's not reason enough to be removed, i dont know what is.

Well, it's kinda hard to know of the activity checks if nobody tells him about them lol.
I still vote to tell him about it. I'll tell beans. He can be removed, its not up to me lol, but...nevermind lol.
Also, remember to test them.

I send PM's about them, if he's active enough he could very much see them from his inbox, if not, from the forum it's self.

Still, it's quite obvious who goes on and off of the site, and i really dont see him making an effort to do so.

I'm not sure if this has already been done or not, but if not, Hiro should be removed. If I remember right, this is not the first time he left a division unmanned. I believe it was 5th, which is why i filled in until squeebly finally took it over permanently.

Great, we would love to have you do so. At the moment, the staff is currently working on a captains exam, so as soon as we get one,we will be glad to set you up on it.

Actually, the first time was when he left a division all to Dawn. Guy just keeps coming and going, there should be a rule to that kind of abandonment.

Btw a side Note. I would Like to Put Rioshi up to compete for the squad 12 Captain's Rank. I think his good his got brilliant inventions I know him well and his easy to get along with. He usualy works on the younger brother site of this site BU and so far his plots and roleplay is outstanding, So I would Like to put him up to compete with the squad 12 captain.
