The Waffle House

*Nachos watches everyone leave, then he stretches and heads out the door*

Right, well I'm off to Tokyo. Sanba's so gonna pay for this...

Stirring his steaming cup of coffee with a chocolate bar Shogo sat on the bar stool reading a book, several piled up on the bar left open on various pages throughout.

"Interesting interesting...." he murmered to himself as he carried on reading

(ooc: ugh computer broke so im on my itouch)

*as she enters the store aki sees a new face*
"arah i guess we're not alone"

Lavi, passed out over the counter, looks around after waking up.
"w-where is e-everyone?" He asked.

Arriving just behind his captain Ryohei laughs with what little breathe he has left

"Yes i caught up with you" he grins as he slumps on the wall inside the waffle house

A slow rumble of a trash can on the side of the establishment starts to shake for more than a moment and then settles. Soon, four figures stood in the sky, as if in a perfect square, there eyes all looked down at one point. Each of them, in a mimic of another, held there hands down toward the restaurant and each of them spoke "They." "Are." "All." "Judged." With that, each fired a single large blast from the palms of there hands down toward the restaurant to get all inside in one fell swoop.

In an instant he felt a strange sensation down his spine. His book slowly dropping to the ground as Shogo stood up and grabbed Suzaku and Aki by the scruff of their necks with each hand appeared outside with them. As the shots hit the resturant a massive explosion rocked Karakura town as the waffle House was written off the map

Dropping the two shinigami to the floor Shogo sighed as his shop lay in ruins of rubble and flame.

"Oh great well there goes my lively hood, everybody ok?"

Coughing and spluttering as he got up from the floor covered in dirt and dust Ryohei collapsed on the roadside next to his captain and Shogo.

"Im... alright" he said as he passed out

The four white dressed males watched as the building was reduced to nothing but debris and old memories. They paused for a moment as they lowered there hands and all turned to face the people that were once inside. Once spoke "This will end badly." another "That much is for sure." then the next "but the world must be purged." and finally the last "No one can hide from Justice." the last leaned forward as he dashes down toward Shogo trying to deliver a simple punch

His fist shaking with rage as he stands solemnly on the street as Uriel begins his charge. Side stepping from the punch swung at him seemingly at the last second. Shogo spins round on the spot as the man in white is adjecent to him.

"Was that really necissary?" he angrily asks him as the two pass by each other

Uriel turned to face Shogo as he moved himself out of the way of the strike and spoke hostilely toward him. Uriel let himself slide onto the ground and come to a stop and then turns back toward Shogo "Necessary? Of course it was. To have a pure world, the weeds need to be pulled up and a fire to make sure everything is pure." Uriel then let his rather straight face shift quickly to a bright smile "It does suck sometimes." He then let rose a single hand as a small rock was hurled toward Shogo

The rock that was flung towards Shogo crumbled in an instant as the dust from its destruction cleared the air he stood there with a solid white bow in his right arm which was smoking from being recently fired.

"Well unfortuantly for you im a little bit more durable than a weed, now really whats the reasoning behind the sudden unprovoked attack?"

The man in white watched as the rock that was hurled was turned to nothing more than dust. He laughed hesitantly as he looked to the bow that was now in the others possession "Seek the rightful truth" with that, he paused for a moment and then tilted his head to the side "There are still quincy...another surprise." He slowly let his hands raise up in front of him "Everything happens for a reason. Everything I do is for justice and the greater good. Unprovoked attacks are for cowards and the weak. But trying to end the enemies lives so they feel nothing without even knowing it, that is a grace."

*aki sat next to ryohei laying him down upright and puting her haori over he's body*
"quincy huh? And that is a fallen.... Lovely"

*she stood slightly putting her hand on the hilt of her sword*

The man stopped and turned his attention toward another that had spoken up. "Seek the rightful truth." And once more paused with his hands raised as he then blinked several times and looked toward her "So your Akira Shuya of the Soul Reapers Third Division. You are just as guilty."

A second white man that waited in the wings leaned forward and dove down toward Akira with a simular attack as the first had down, a simple fist aiming to strike her in the back.

"the name is niw aki.last name.... Ah not important"
*she shunpoed awaytrying to dodge the attack*
"what truth?! And guilty if what? The biggest crime i did was steal a cookie from the jar!!"

The second man's fist struck through the area where the woman was and slid to a stop on the ground. He let his hands slap the ground to slow himself to a stop. He then let his fingertips dig into the ground and he let himself raise to his feet, pulling the earth itself up with him so that a small wave headed toward Aki

"Dang it, why can't you be like that other guy, Brachiel was it? He was nice and peaceful"

*Jumping over the land wave she draws her sword halfway than sheaths it once again*

"I have no reason to fight you"

The second man in white released the ground as he watched the soul reaper jump to avoid the wave. He the heard of the angel Brachiel and sneered "I will make sure to give him a real good talking too but as for no reasons..." He threw a fist down and into the ground, as he did, small pin-like strikes started off toward Ryohei

(ooc: GAH sorry about that! I get so confused with accounts)

"Ryohei!" She quickly shunpoes to him, and protects he's body from the attack causing pain. She gave out small cries of pain.

"Dang it's been awhile since I've felt pain like that."
*She smiles and draws her sword* "Now I got a reason"

(( OOC: I noticed xD I've gotten used to seeing Suzaku switch between all his and make them wrong so I'm good with it.))

The man in white slowly let his hand pull itself from the ground as he watched Aki take the attack to protect Ryohei. He slowly shook his hand free from any dirt that might have found its way onto him. He listened as she readied herself and drew her sword and he let himself fall to his knees "You'll have plenty more where that came from!" He smiled widely as the palms of his hands land on the ground sending another wave of earth toward her

"Enough of this fallen one, this fighting will get us no where! How about a peaceful lil chat?" *She runs toward the land with her sword drawn to delfect it*
"Ryohei wake up! Geez you deicde now to pass out?!"

Uriel leaned forward as the wave of earth came down to clash with Aki's sword and was surprisingly stopped in a stalemate as he pressed down onto the ground "The time for peace is done. It is a waste of time and over needed energy." But then drew a hand back and slammed it into the ground as another wave arose to overshadow the first but as it was about to crash it was halted midair

*aki drew her sword again than saw the wave stopping*
"what the? What happened? Run out of energy?"

The man in white paused as he slowly let his hands pulled themselves back as the waves of rock and dirt slowly retracted back down toward the ground in a rather displaced manner. He then placed his hands together "Killing you now would mean killing a passed out enemy. There is no justice in that. I knew that attacking him earlier would cause you to protect him or at least get him out of the way but I never had the intention of killing him."
