Well this is what you gonna have to do.
First apply for the 1st.
You need to fit the requirements to be in my division.
after being active ill make you my VC but in order for you to be a real VC level you need to
Pass 2 small test
First test-Testing RP skills- A small RP fight you hit me and you pass pretty simple.
Second test-Visual-Once again a small fight but one different in some point of the rp I will godmode. You must tell me were how and how can I fix it and then your done another pass and your done.
Once this is done I will take in consideration after choosing my VC I will break the rest of the applicants from the next seats
