    Congratulations To Our New Vice Captain!

    It is with great pleasure that I am able to welcome the 11th Divisions new Vice Captain, Xnigona.

    After careful consideration, and everything I have seen from him in the past... I believe that he will be able to fulfill all the things that the Division needs.
    He is a skilled fighter, has lots of ideas, and is able to listen to those around him.
    He has the qualities that a Vice Captain should have.

    I hope that everyone will respect him and welcome him into this position the way that everyone has to me.

    He is going to be my second. My eyes and ears when I cant be here.

    Please welcome him into his new position, and congratulate him.

    I know he will do a phenomenal job.

    You really did deserve it out of everybody... and I needed the help and someone mature that I trusted enough to do it, and also has the spirit of the 11th.

    You were the right pick, and I am sure of that now... and I wasnt going to pick until I was sure.
