11th Division Captain Test : Division Management

I know your busy with your battle exam and all, but this is just as important. If you may please create the following threads, i'd greatly appreciate it. If you dont feel like reading anything, just try basing it of some existing threads from other divisions.


Please Create the ff.

1. A head quarters, complete with description and rules of course.
2. An off topic thread, like a lounge, a garden or something.
3. A training area , It could be in general or just for a specific skill.
4. An 11th Division Recruitment Office, Set your requirements either post count, a complete and approved character app and the likes.
