    Arigato Ruru-chan!

    I want to start out by saying that I am happy to be the person that is going to be trying to get this Division off the ground...

    I am going to make it work here... I am not going to try... I will.

    I am going to succeed because I know the 11th Division deserves that... I also know that if we all work hard to build these Divisions that we can be dedicated and draw in more ppl who will love and appreciate this as much as we do.

    So, let all work together.

    To me, everyone is equal, and we are all on an equal playing field.

    So lets all be respectful, and hard working, and dedicated.

    I just want you all to know that this is YOUR Division... I am simply just the Captain because someone needs to be, and there is no place I love more than the 11th, and you guys...

    But, I want you to know that I am here to serve you, too.
    This is about you guys enjoying yourselves, and having fun, and loving this Division.
    Because it is YOUR Division.
