    11th Division's New Vice Captain

    I am announcing the new VC of the 11th Division, Xnigona.

    After careful consideration, I wanted to pick someone who would have the time, post all over the forum, and someone I knew I could trust, and knew what they were capable of doing.

    I have a history with X, and I know what he is capable of doing.

    I look forward to the things he can bring BD as a VC, and perhaps as a Captain one day.

    Just thought Id bring everybody the good news.
