Welcome to
L'infinita Specchi Nell'anima Della Vanità:
The Endless Mirrors in the Soul of Vanity
"Senza fama, colui che spende il suo tempo sulla terra lascia solo una tale segno nel mondo come fumo fa in aria o schiuma sull'acqua."
Translation:
"Without fame, he who spends his time on earth leaves only such a mark upon the world as smoke does on air or foam on water."
-The Inferno, Canto XXIV
Dante Alighieri
This battleground will not only test your strength of body, but your strength of mind and your will to overcome...
For in the Halls of Vanity is a room like none other.
Not only will you have to face your opponent and overcome their strengths which you will see before you in the mirrors...
But you will also have to overcome the things you see in yourself... every mirror will open a different part of yourself that you must face and overcome...
You will see parts of yourself that you have tried to keep inside...
By facing the demon Lucifer that is inside of you, you are facing all the things about your soul that you dont face.
You will face your inner self...
Not only that, but you will need to overcome this, make realizations about yourself as you try to find and battle your opponent through the never ending mirrors...
When you look in the mirrors what will you see?
Will you be able to over come it?
Come to terms with what the mirrors will show you about yourself?
As you walk through, each mirror revealing more of yourself...
You will gain more and more weight on your back, pressure you could never have imagined...
If you come to terms with the things that you see... and recognize it about yourself, you can relieve the pressure from your back.
If you stay keep denying who you are and the things youve done, the things inside of you...
The heaviness will grow.
Its your choice.
"Invano pensiero tu harborest; la undiscerning vita che li rese fallo, a tutti riconoscimento ora li rende dim."
Translation:
"Vain thought thou harborest; the undiscerning life that made them foul, to all recognition now makes them dim."
-The Inferno, Canto VII
Dante Alighieri
Will what you see be inner beauty? Or is your inside uglier than you thought? Are you really scared inside? Have secrets that are eating away at you?
Don't let your outter appearance fool you. For the Mirrors of Vanity do not lie. They can see through you, deep down to your soul. These mirrors dont show you your outside appearance, and everyone has something inside of them that they dont want to come face to face with.
Will you overcome your fears? Your Sins? Your True Self?
Or fall victim to them?
Its your choice...
But you can't overcome your opponent... until you overcome yourself.
