World Government : East Wing; Sumarra

The World Government's East Wing lies south of Sumarra. They hold off the rebel forces aiming to cross it. In constant battle, repairs are constantly made and several areas are closed off to the public.


The East Wing is considered the world governments first line of defense and receives constant visits from delegates much like ambassadors, generals or even the president him self, a special home is made for this visitors in a well protected area.

Malcomn, the presidents secretary sat unmovingly for the past 20 hours. He was afraid of heights and attempted to jump out several times, so when the helicopter landed, he slumped his way out puking whatever he ate before riding the helicopter.

He sighs heavily, breathing in and out, knowing well that someone else was coming aside from him. His bags were thrown out by the soldier glaring at him intensely, he shivers in fear knowing full well that the man didn't like him one bit.

Cowering his way into the facility, he knocks. When no one opens the door, he opened it and found out that the building was empty. No one was there, he was the first one there. Figures.

Malcomn helped him self, finding a room with a good view of the pool just behind the manor.

A man slowly made his appearance into the town or at least, that is what it was supposed to be. It had not been a short trip but it was one that he had to make. His attire was for the occasion as the blue scarf shifted lightly in the wind but also wrapped around his head slightly to protect him from the sun's rays. He rode in on a simple horse and he looked more like a prince than a military man.

This was a crucial point for the World Government, the East Wing. He found himself closing in on where it was he was making his appearance. His orders were clear and they were going to be accomplished. He moved off of the horse and made his way effortlessly into the Facility. With the appearance of the helicopter, he figured that he was not the first one here.

Malcomn peered out of the window and only then realized that there was a commotion just outside the manor. He wondered if an enemy had appeared or even the possibility of the Prophet arriving early. He ran from his room and slid down the impossibly long stairway.

When he opened the door, he fought the crowd just to take a look at who it was.

"it's a prince!" the ladies gossiped, "the prince?" Malcomn wondered, feeling there was something wrong.


The women took all his luggage inside the manor before Malcomn could even stop them. "WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT!" Malcomn protested fighting off one woman for a luggage, but she dragged him along with her.

Ai gave off a kind smile as he was greeted with a wonderful sight. He slowly let the bags be taken from him as he raised a hand up lightly in a kind wave to which ever girl happened to catch his view but he tried to greet each of them as he started in the direction they were heading, but one seemed to stand out more than the rest. It was a man and he seemed to be having trouble with one of the baggage handlers...or more over, he was getting man-handled.

He raised a hand up to cover his mouth lightly to keep himself from letting out a laughter. It would be horrible to make a first impression and have it be something bad...this being more for the female acquaintances than the man himself.

All while this was going on, there was a girl outside near the pool area. She has just arrived the moment Malcom had lost sight of the pool. Stripping off, she was in a black two piece swimsuit, as she dove into the water and started swimming lengths of the pool. She continued to do so trying to get all other thoughts out of her head apart of her swimming.

If onlookers would see her, she had red hair. As an officer patrolled the area, she was about to command her to come out and put her hands but. but then noticing the locks of crimson hair he then dashed inside. in doing so he came across Ai Kazuma. giving him a quick salute, the officer spoke out.

"Sir! she has arrived. I dont know when but she is now outside, swimming."

The voice was also heard by Malcom from the distance there was between the three

Ai was still simply enjoying the events unfolding before him but kept his composure but this environment was starting to be far more then when he first thought it was going to be. He was then stopped by another female in a more military attire and saluted him and spoke that she was here and at the pool. He looked in the direction of the pool and then back to the woman as he raised a hand up in a returned salute

"Thank you, such a wonderful soldier you are." He let his hand lower down as he nodded his head toward the woman and then started toward the pool but once out, it was a wonderful sight to behold. Even with the world in the state it was in, it was still heaven for him.

The woman practically swooned as she heard the complement, if it was not for the realization that she was still a soldier That was there. With that taken care of and the male went to greet the pandora, Ingrid continued to swim for another few lengths, before then exiting the pool.

walking over she took a towel and pat-dried the main part of the water off her body. Looking over she to the man, vector lines appear along the body of Ingrid. In moments the uniform of the red haired girl appear on her body.

"I am to assume you are Lt. Ai Kazuma."

The way the girl was stood out. Instead of swooning for the man, she showed little care for him, similar to how elizabeth was.

"I am Ingrid Bernstein of the special Military group known as Pandora, I was told by Admiral Maybly to meet you and be briefed about the mission"

Ai continued to watch the woman swim and admire her frame. The Pandora was simply a marvelous group even if he had seen them on rare occasion, seeing them was always a more than welcome sight. He waited patiently as the woman drew herself from the pool and then her uniform appeared over her body which was just as well placed but far less revealing. When she spoke to him, he nodded his head once in agreement that she was correct in who he was.

He moved his hands together in front of him let them rest on his person before answering to her introduction "It is wonderful to meet you miss Bernstein. I have indeed been sent by the Government, would you like to sit down?"

"very well"

The woman looked to the male as she nodded gently. It was time they went down to business. Looking over she saw a sub bed but on actual chair. Sitting down as she the waited for the man to speak.

Little was known about this male,though she know she was one of those people of the east that were known as fullbringers....or was it Quincy? the girl didn't really care. All she cared about was the mission at hand

Ai watched as she moved herself over to a seat and then placed herself down. She was one to get more to the point and avoid banter or at least, this is what he was told. He followed behind her slowly and stopped only a few feet from where she sat as he held his arms at his sides. "I will first have to ask that you show proof that you are indeed Ingrid Bernstein, a member of Pandora for security reasons."

He spoke this in a very fine tone and the look over his face was that of a man fit to be in the military.

As the male stood behind her she heard the question. She was told in advance that she would need proof to show she was who she stated she was. Looking over her shoulder at the male she nodded, Being still rather military in style.

"Very well, i was told you know what my V.O.L.T. weapon is in the shape of."

As she spoke four points on her back began to glow. they were not in an ordered fashion, apart from two points being on either side on her spine. She then brought her hand out as thought she was holding something. Surely enough, in mere moments, a pair of tonfa blades appeared in her hands.

"Is this proof enough Lieutenant?"

She said as she spoke to the man, still very strict in her manner.

Ai stood in the position that he had placed himself in as the woman spoke about her being told what he was to look for. He was told that she would be able to create a pair of tonfa's and that would be her sign of proof. He watched as a set of dots seemed to glow and then, sure enough, a pair of bladed tonfa's were held firm in her grasp.

He nodded his head and then bowed it toward her "It is a pleasure to officially meet you Ms Ingrid Bernstein." He rose his head up as he continued to speak "I have been sent by President McDowell-Mann Jr to inform the World Government East Wing to rally the troops by the break of day as soon as possible."

"And what is it we are rallying for?"

She spoke in a tone that showed she was curious, behind her cold military style ways. She then opened her hand as she dropped the tonfas. The moment she does,they both vanish before they hit the ground. The glowing on the back of the girl vanished.

Ai continued to stand at attention as the question was spoken to him. He nodded his head as he let his eyes follow the dropping weapons as they disappeared before they ever had the chance to touch the ground. "To make sure the alliance between the World Government East Wing and western lands are maintained. I am then supposed to accompany you as we move onward to meed Shon Ben whom is supposed to be closing in somewhere along the borderline."

East wings Sumurra. A dangerous area, especially for a group of around 20 pilgrims. Shon Ben was wearing a brown cowl hood and was leading the pilgrims on there holy journey, running through hot temperatures dodging bullets and jumping over dead bodies. After a while it became a habit. They had one rule which was to not fight back unless needed.

Shon Ben had to disarm and knock out a few soldiers on several occasions however he would never kill them as he believed that was not the right way to handle situations.

Shon Ben would run and hide into bunkers with his pilgrims. They would stop ever two hours for a break to stock up on food and water and to refresh and pray. He would lead them in prayer and would calm them of there worries.

He would run off again with the pilgrims and would hide behind now destroyed homes, fallen down walls and at times would have to lie next to dead corpses to pass of as one of them from soldiers marching by.

They all got up again, families would follow Shon Ben as he would dash through the ruined cities. A tank could be heard near by, it was firing it's cannon and destroying anything that remained. A pilgrim was scared and nervous and saw an AK-47 laying on the ground, the young pilgrim decided to grab hold of this rifle cock it back and then charged past Shon Ben. Shon Ben managed to see this pilgrim before he did something stupid, he ran behind him grabbed his arms and disarmed him, he disarmed the rifle and took out the mag and dropped it onto the ground, he lectured the pilgrim on how to be patient. Once the tank and soldiers moved on they continued forward.

Dawn was soon to come, the sun could be seen slowly starting to peek. They were soon to arrive at there destination were others would be there to help them, Shon Ben was relying on God to help him out on this one, as nervous as he was Ben kept a strong face and continued forward facing any challenges that there might be.

The lieutenant placed his hands behind himself and then held them in one another as he then let a smile cross over his face as he spoke once more "So miss Ingrid Bernstein, shall we take our leave to make sure that our mister Shon Ben comes here with his life in tact or would you prefer that I take the pleasure so you can rest and...swim." The thought of the woman in the bikini was still fresh in his mind and something he had no problem with.

He himself did not truly know what Shon Ben looked like but had a vague description.

(OOC: Sorry for intruding, but this is plot related.)

Kyouga had gained some information that Shon Ben would be arriving to the area soon. So, he decided to search for the prophet until he came across the man before his escorts were able to arrive. "Pardon me sir, but are you Shon Ben?" Kyouga asked calmly as he addressed the prophet, hoping to catch his attention.

Shon Ben had his face covered, his beard was now large and gray and his face was covered by his cowl. He heard the stranger call out his name, the voice was unrecognizable. He would have lied however he believed that lying is a sin in the eyes of the holy one. He responded calmly with a light sigh.

"Yes... It is I who is called on by that name, who be the one calling upon me, are thy friend or foe?"

The pilgrims behind him thought that Shon Ben was in danger or was about to be attacked so they began to rustle up and try gain weapons, they grunted and argued among one another. They saw Shon Ben as a Holy being as a protector and a guardian of light.

Shon Ben could hear what was going on in the background so he extended his hand to his side so that it was in view for everyone behind him. This was to give them a sign that he was okay and they could lower they're guard.

The pilgrims dropped there poles and bats and sat on the ground patiently as some rested and some prayed. Shon Ben's face was covered and all that could be seen was his gray beard, his body was covered by a brown robe. In his right hand was a large thick wooden stick which he used to balance himself and to help him walk.

He awaited a response from the stranger, he wouldn't look up to his face however the whole time he was being spoken to he would look to the ground.

"I am your foe and have been sent to kill you, but I would personally prefer to fight you with honor. If it concerns you, your followers will not be harmed by my hand. You have my word and honesty." Kyouga responded honestly to the saint in a calm tone, and feeling saddened that he had to kill their prophet and leader.

Shon Ben chuckles lightly at what the man said to him and shook his head.

"So you are telling me that a person somewhere for some reason sent you to kill me, a poor old man who can barely stand on his own two feet and needs the support of a stick to walk, a man who is following the path of light in leading these young pilgrims to the holy lands? Ha ha ha, shame on you boy.

However I believe you must have me mistaken for someone else. Why would anyone want to kill an old man such as myself? Ha ha ha, you have a good day now and may the light of the holy one shine down upon you and forgive you for any sins that you may have comited."

Shon Ben chuckles and continues walking with his followers, unaffected by what the man said to him and also ignoring the foolish remark.

"Forgive me for this." Kyouga said quietly as he brandished a black katana and swiped it in the direction of Shon Ben, causing a shock-wave of darkness to shoot straight toward the holy man. Kyouga wouldn't allow his target to escape from him when he had the chance to strike the old man down. He just wanted to get this over with, even if he had to take the man's life.

Ai continued to await the answer of the Pandora officer but in his doing so, something caught his attention. It was nothing specific at the time so it was placed to the back of his mind. It wasn't until the sign of a hostel enemy was present that things began to grow more serious, to the point being that it was not human made. Ai looked around and toward the Pandora before moving passed her, letting his hand slide its way over her posterior before replying "I'll go check out the disturbance for you miss Bernstein."

With that, he jumped up and landed on a small platform that appeared just under his foot that was just small enough for him to step upon. He then headed off in the direction of the hostile un-natural appearance.

Shon Ben heard the katana unsheath and then heard an electrical charge, as the electrical charge was fired towards him Shon Ben span around and out of the way of the oncoming attack. The attack missed Shon Ben by a few inches, Shon Ben faced towards the strange being and placed down his hood so he could see him properly.

"Now then... you wish to take down a poor old man who only has a stick to fight with? tut tut tut, I see you was not raised well... How about we make this fair, you have two options.. if you wish to battle me, place down your weapon and face me hand to hand. Or you can always pick up a stick and face me as so."

The man said this to the boy patiently, he showed no signs of being scared nor danger. In fact he was very calm and was prepared on how to deal with the boy. He looked at the boy and had already found several weak spots, he would be an easy opponent, all it would take would be the fight turns and striking at the right time.

His followers were starting to get rational and afraid however the calm look on his face showed that he was not in any serious danger or under any threat, nor was he afraid, thus giving his pilgrims a sign to relax and wait.

Malcomn woke up inside the storage room, there was an insistent beeping that made it hard for him to sleep, he opened his eyes realizing he had no idea where he was. He recalled battling a few women bringing stuff owned by a said prince inside the manor, but what happened after that was a complete mystery to him. The beeping noise came from the other room, it was a code red, soldiers were running around the area like an enemy infultrated the east wing. Little did he know that it was the same moment Shon Ben arrived somewhere not far from the base.


"What's going on?" he asked one soldier. "Nova alert, Type C Level 1, detected not far from the base, Soldiers are rallying at the front line as we speak sir!" The soldier spoke before running along.
