World Government Center Of Operations

There was a tap on the door. It was soft, but audible And the knocks were in regular intervals. These were the generic knocks of the blonde girl Elizabeth Maybly. She was just after overwatching a mission, led by Ingrid, which led to an Iraqi convoy to be destroyed. Though the younge Pandora did use discretion, many of the rebel's lives were taken, even when given the choice of life and death.

"sir..."

The authoritative girl spoke. The commanding presence her voice alone had was enough to show it was Professor Kreuger's personal bodyguard. She waited for an answer patiently.

"Elizabeth." Andy acknowledged the her presence placing the papers down desk. He removed his glasses before giving her a welcoming smile. "Sit." he offered her before then asking about the convoy. "How was Iraq?" he said without very much needing to explain him self, she would know what he meant.

Entering into the room, the young female walked over to where she was designated a seat. Taking the seat she would cross over a leg and relax back but not too much, keeping a military look about her. The eyes she had were the very same as the first time she med him.

The convoy was destroyed without a hitch. Ingrid took minor wounds, André, my butler is seeing to them. The troop's morale crumbled when i stepped into the fray. There were casualties from their side, but it was kept at a minimum.

She said in a tone that can often be mistaken as heartless. But to say that it was kept at a minimum was evident enough that she does not want needless bloodshed.

And, of course... the data you requested about the east's counter measure to the Pandora is obtained.

With that took out a USB stick from her uniform and slid it over to the man she addressed.

this was all i could get. the rest of it was encrypted. the technicians are dealing with it as we speak

"hmmmm" Andy mumbled as he studied the USB before keeping on the drawer under his desk. "Good Job." He commended her before shifting from his sit, this time showing a wide grin to her. "Our only problem now is... Well, Shon Ben..." Shon Ben was a prophet, half the nation look up to him for reasons that Andy did not see clearly.

Maybe they wanted to believe in something more spiritual, something to worship other than man. A religion of some sort... But Shon Ben was not helping his cause, not at all, Shon Ben speaks in riddles, speaks of "the others" as the salvation. Andy didnt like that, he needed to take care of Shon Ben, but not by killing him, something else, something that can win him the mans trust.

"We need to crush the East once and for all, and for that too happen, we need... Well, lets just call it 'Divine Intervention'" Andy finished, wondering if Elizabeth understood what he meant.

The young girl listened intently to the man. She heard that name once or twice during the briefings and Professor Kreuger. It is standard that in a time of need one person would rise up and be a symbol for people. In a way she admired the man for this, but the few must be sacrificed for the many.

I see... Shall I have Cassie deal with him...or..."

She narrowed her eyes, she knew they she could be ideal for this mission. It was to deal with a thorn in the western allience's side. This Shon Ben will not know what hit him. It may not be an assassination mission but perhaps if its about crushing them once and for all, Elizabeth herself will go.

"perhaps playtime is over"

Andy shook his head, turning to her with a stern look in his eyes. "Not quite. I had... something else in mind, something that would promote the Pandora's effectiveness and dominance, on the same time crushing the east's last pillar of hope."

Andy took a folder from underneath his desk. "Someone will assassinate Shon Ben. And we will protect him."

Andy spoke nothing more of the issue in hand, but one thing was for sure, there was something he wasn't telling her.

"Shon Ben and his pilgrimage will arrive in a few days... this is where it will take place, so we better prepare for the worst."

"I see... From that tone you have another... Friend, shall we say, that can do this task?"

She was of course refering to the fact of the manner of beast that would cause problems for this saint like being. Elizabeth did not like this underhanded play,. but it was abaove and beyond her how, and her arrogance will only get in the way of matters of global safety.

As she opened her sharp eyes again she looke directly into the eyes of the man. Even though she was working for him and would do tasks without question, there are still some un answered ones. For example... How did that N.O.V.A appear there conveniantly. From Ingrid's debriefing there were soldiers inside the skin of the monster. She kept quiet waiting for the man to answer

"It would benefit our cause to have that man on our side." Was all that Andy said, he was pertaining to Shon Ben. He didnt want to discuss the matter further as to explain who or what was going to come for Shon Ben, he just wanted her to know the priorities of the World Government, and right now, it was to protect Shon Ben from anything at whatever cost.

In time, things will reveal them selves, but for now, he didnt think it was unnecessary to tell her everything, considering that telling her would put another life on his hands.

The girl narrowed her eyes noticing how the President tipptoed around the answer. She was not liking this, but it was not her place to determine what was to happen. She merely nodded as she stood up.

"then i will get Cassie and ingrid to prepare for whats happening. Is that everything, sir?"

She asked with her tone showing a military stance on the matter, clear... concise.

There was a light tapping on the door to the meeting between the two individuals. Without an answer, the door was slowly pushed open as a man slowly set foot into the room, his footfall seemed slow but steady. The man's hand wore a glove as if to show that he was very self regarding. His entire attire showed that he was far from a commoner but instead, was a military individual and with the metals that hung on the outfit, one that was rather known but then again, the metals were not too many so not known enough. The blue hair shifted slightly under the cap as the man stood in the room just beyond the opened door.

"Sir, I really think that I sho-" The man known as Ai Kazuma paused as his eyes fell on the female in the room. He had seen the Pandora here and there but never truly got any headway with them. He held his arms at his sides as he raised his hand up to take hold of the cap on his head and placed it under an arm as to keep himself in a military posture as he awaited to be acknowledged by them.

Andy was caught by surprise upon Ai's arrival, "Yes that would be all Elizabeth. You can do what you think necessary." he told her before turning his attention back to Ai.

"Now then, what brings you here Lt. Kazuma?"

Ai kept his stance as he was spoken too and he let his eyes fall onto the single official man and could only wish that the World Government was filled with more of the Pandora's but not everything was about him sadly enough. He finally remembered why it was that he had come and began to speak

"Shon Ben is nearing Iraq border sir. We need to have further orders to know just what it is that we need to do and where we need to be located."

"How about sending Quincy on lookers to scout a 10 meter radius defensive line?" Jacob suggested, without so much as a knock or a peep, he spoke like he's been there the whole time, standing just behind Ai was the very small old man aged by five years he still looked like he's in his prime.

He turned to Elizabeth and greeted her. "It's been a while Miss Maybly, we should have tea sometime."

Andy was not surprised by the old mans appearance, he was indeed one very sneaky fellow, but he didnt want to impose, nor did he think it was necessary to have Quincy scouts. "That wont be necessary Ambasador." he shook his head as he stood from his seat. "The New World Government has it all under control."

Andy didn't trust the old man one bit, but for the unity of all human race, arrangements needed to be made.

"Lt. inform the east wing to rally the troops by day break. If you leave now, you can do it your self." Andy told the lieutenant before turning to Elizabeth once more. "You can inform the pandora department as well, i believe Ingrid is already there?"

The girl heard the tapping of the door as a male's voice was heard. It was clear from that much it was neither a pandora, nor was it the professor. As the blue haired man made his way in, he narrowed her eyes in a cold fashion. She does not know of him, but the president does so that much is safe for her then, for now.

It was then she noticed a familiar face that belonged to an old man. For the longest time she tried to place him. Then she remembered back one time meeting a man with her late father some time ago, who had a vast collection of tea, something that got her interested in it in the first place.

The reaction was neither a warm one, nor was it a cold one as she was neither their friend nor their foe. She was very much her father's daughter, even to the traits she had.

"Ambassador Jacob Blackheart... The years have been kind to you I see."

She said as she heard the president speaking about ingrid still being out there. She nodded as she then thought about where they could meet. In intersection point, perhaps.

"I will return to the lab to be debriefed by Professor Kreuger, Then i will give Ingrid orders to meet your forces in Samarra at 08:00 tell your men to be on the look out for a girl with red hair, and our pandora uniform. If asked for more proof, she will materialise two tonfa blades"

The tone was authoritative, as thought she was commanding them. With that she then Saluted the president before turning on her heel and walking out of the room.

Ai held his posture in its straight form as he let his eyes shift to the corner as the old man spoke and he simply let his eyes go back toward the president as he then spoke about informing the east wing to be ready by the break of day. "Yes sir." He raised a hand up to give a salute and turned around to the ambassador and headmaster and gave him a smile

"It was nice seeing you Headmaster Blackwood." He spoke these words to the older gentleman before he bowed his head to him and then rose it to walk out the door.

A single man stood out in the front of the World Government Center. He stood firm looking across the grounds. It was nice to see the outside world every so often, it reminded him of a few things of the soul society. The man had the face simular to that of a shinigami of the name of Lee Takamoto but the attire was far from normal. It was a military outfit, gold shoulder pads, a single cord on his left side. White gloves and black boots added with black cuffs and collar.

The darkened sky was nice to see and he was still enjoying the stars every time he looked to the sky. But something else had made it through the sky. A seemed like one of those shooting stars but when it struck and an after a few moments, the item fell to the ground. Lee moved his way over to the item and picked it from the ground and looked it over and found a single word. A small smile found it's way across his face as he opened the document and read it over.

His dark red eyes skimmed over the words and he was about to simply give it to some passing solider but as he went on, a fascinating subject came up. He took note of having to send out more probes but this was going to take a back seat as he folded the letter and placed it inside his coat as he walked into the Center of operations to speak with the President on certain...subjects.

Not too far away from Lee there was a young woman that simply looked around her in awe. There were so many sight, so many new things to her. Like the many people all walking around, and the cars, the high building that touch the sky. She was in awe, like this was the first time she saw any of these things that people take for granted.

"Lee-kun, there are so many new things here i havn't seen. those things the people sit on, with wheels and the paths they move across on! And the smells! they are so good~"

The woman, as innocent as she was, seem somewhat of a fool around this world. Looking over to the man, she spotted he had a not of some description. running over, she took a peek to see what it was, noticing it was intriging the golden haired male.

Lee slowly let himself come to a stop as he had forgotten something important, or more over, someone. He turned to the side to look back at the woman whom looked around her in an almost awe struck manner. It hadn't been very long since he was able to produce a powerful enough technique that he dubbed 'Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei' to place her into a physical body like his own gigai but at the price of not being able to use her at his own leisure. But it was for the best in his own mind.

He wouldn't be able to use Ea in a battle for several reasons, one being the loss of the element of surprise. One does not use a cannon to sink a toy boat. Aside from that, with his lack of being able to return to the soul society for what ever reason caused him to simply adjust to the life-style of a human being.

He turned around and was about to continue walking when he glanced over to notice Ea asking questions and then suddenly, looking down at the document in his possession. He glanced off in the directions of the vehicles and replied "Those are called cars. They are the favored item to get from one place to the next without the use of any sort of magical power or skill. As for this..." He tapped the document "...it is something very, very interesting."

The girl that seemed to be in a bubble all her life looked at the writing as she began reading it. Vizards?... She heard those from lee before but she tried to recall th- oh wait those are those shinigami that unleashed their hollow side. Then that means this aki is a shinigami. There was just one question.

"umm... Lee-kun? who is Feris will?"

The girl voice was inquisitive and innocent as usual. But then another thought had been realized. This made a tingle down her spine maybe not out of fear but the sudden thought.

"then that means the humans known of shinigami and hollow.... how was that possible"

Lee slowly let his attention follow back over toward Ea as she spoke about some of the things on the paper and which he replied "Ferris Will is the supposed leader of the rebel force or at least the most public figure of them so we can not really prove that theory otherwise." He then looked back to the document "I did not think that Aki would be in the world of the living, a welcome surprise. As for humans and their knowledge of shinigami and hollows, they know just enough that both are powerful and reckless. Hollows have started showing up and being physically seen by humans, normal humans with no sort of spiritual power. We simply need to find out more on the Vizard's or at least, find out just how this process is supposed to happen."

He slowly rolled the paper up in his hand and then tucked it away into his jacket as he looked toward Ea "How about we go for a ride. You said you would like to use the human transportation didn't you?"

The girl took as much of the information in as she was coming to her own hypothesis, though she would not reveal it so openly, even though she pledge her alliegance to this man.

The woman stood there as she brought her hands together , thinking what affect it has on the human realm but what is also happening in soul society and hell. She thought about the What could happen and what it all meant.

Though this train of thought broke as she heard lee speak of a more... leisurely affair. To be in the mode of transportation that the humans would. The woman could not help but smile in suprise.

"you remembered lee-kun"

Lee watched as the enthusiasm quickly rushed to Ea's face at the mention of letting her try her hand at a vehicle. He continued to walk forward and looked back to her and then spoke a small warning "Just make sure you keep your eyes on the road. There are rebels and ruins still scattered across the grounds that have yet to be moved." As he conituned forward he slowly would let himself come to a halt at the passenger side of a car that he took hold of the door handle and pulled it to raise the door and let himself come to sit down and looked to Ea.
