Name: Uruha Reira AKA Rocker

Reira has short hair at the back and long looking up front, it's original color is black, but she has red highylights here and there. She is mesormorphic with equal muscle tone, 5'7 with pale complexion and crimson red eyes.
She's normally seen wearing tank top shirts with shorts drinking beer if not eating ramen or smoking cigarettes.
On special occasions she's seen wearing yukata's similar to the reference image.
Personality:
Rei is short tempered and loud mouthed, she's never serious about anything and would rather sleep the day than fight her way to survival. She's also loving and playful in times, especially to her adopted sister Sniper.
When in battle she becomes serious especially when the situation demands it, when in battle she changes into a completely different person, and it puzzles everyone as to why.
This is one of the reasons why they call her Rocker.

Much like Sniper, Rei woke up in Japan, her memories limited to only knowing her name, Uruha Reira. Her last memories were of a grave stone, lots and lots of rain and a white haired boy with crimson red eyes.
She had practical knowledge of the world, how stuff works, how normal works, and normal was not what she woke up to. Everything she didn't remember was gone to extinction.
Memories came to her naturally, like dreams she have, sometimes they were far beyond anyone's imagination, and what scares her is that she believes most of them.
She was saved by the eastern government lead by Li Delin, the Prime Minister of what used to be China. He started his governance in Karakura, Japan and his son took care of getting resources for the diminishing population.
for 3 years she served under him as his personal body guard, but when he suddenly disappears, the east fell into chaos, left with no choice, his son took over the position, but was over powered by the Wests crushing power, this was when the east fell, and Rei found her self homeless yet again.
She then decides to join the pilgrimage of Shon Ben, travelling across the world spreading the word of salvation, she believed non of them, but it was that or unspoken death. She was wanted in the west world, so before reaching the walls of the alpha, she removed her self from the group and escape to the desserts.
Her memories return to her when she find a mysterious katana lying motionless on the endless desserts, she's been here some time ago, someone removed her memories and scattered them all over the new world.
This pissed her off, no wonder she only remembers them bits by bits.
She later encounters a girl much like her, with no memories , she empathizes with her and helps her, she gave the girl a name and made her her adopted sister.
They later join the rebelion lead and protected by the eastern government's fallen leader, Li Shi el.
Kangen Jutsu (Fullbring) Information:
Name: Memory
Full bring source: A broken katana she found on the wasteland.

Terms of usage: the broken katana needs her own blood to make it look whole.
Fullbring Bond: Rei believes that this broken katana leads to her finding out what really happened to her lost memories and solve the riddle to what she really was.
Description: When blood is added to the broken katana it forms a crimson colored blade that makes it temporarily whole.
Techniques: (3 Max, re-use form.)
Name: Scream
Description: A crimson colored cresent shaped wave comes out of Memory when Rei swings it. Rei called it scream because the sound it makes terrifyingly resembles the sound a thousand tortured screams. The wave is strong enough to destroy a well built building with a singly blow.
Downside: Scream can only go on a single path unless Rei swings more than once to change it's direction.
Name: Double Vision
Description: Memory allows Rei to create more than 3 copies of her self doing attacks. This copies will disappear once hit and can only do minimal damage as oppose to Rei actually doing the deed.
Downside: They are weak and sometimes come with a mind of there own.
Name: Inner Beauty
Description: Memory releases a poison Rei likes to call inner beauty. This poison consists of an element only found within a nova (or a hollow as some may know) When this is done, the nova will dwell within them and act as an individual the enemy can either conquer vise-versa.
Downside: Rei is not immune to this techniques effects and she must cut the enemy for the process to work.

-She is very-very hard to kill
-You don't want to get on her bad side
-She sleeps a lot more than she's awake.
-She is trained in all forms of martial arts.
-She is insanely quick, even in human standards.
