DESTRUCTION IN THE 9TH. GUMI [OPEN TO ALL]

The 9th was quiet and calm as it was not touched by the destruction. All the members were neatly getting ready for the battle to come as they organzied their way around their squad.

But when all was good suddenly a giant explosions erupted. It made a huge crater in the 9th, and within that smoke was of course. The crazy uncontrollable demon. Gumi.

She smelled the buring debris and let out a laugh, "COME HERE YOU LITTLE MAGGOTS, I'M HERE TO DEVOUR YOU!!! HAHAHAHAA" She screetched out loud that the whole division could hear. Hundreds of bombs appeared and exploded in an instant killing many many shinigami.

It was peaceful at first, barely a whisper. You could hear the irritating rumbles of the 9th division from their barracks and sleeping quarter's. Truly irritating, he thought as he took rest near the entrance of the 9th Divisions area.

Ever since he left the 6th Division and went rogue; he never really enjoyed hanging about Seireitei; yet since going back to his delivery job, sometimes it was required. That, and being a rogue wasn't all too smiled up. He was resting after a hard day's delivery, it seemed, and was getting himself ready when the faint smell of heat filled the air; before light consumed everything.

It was burning.

Large explosions had taken place all over the 9th division, Shinigami laying dead; either burnt to a crisp or crushed by debris. The others? Limping around, trying to counter against what had just happened. " Hmph, Jesus .. Pathetic maggots. " Alexiel sneered, as he stood up from the blast, dusting debris and dust from his Hakama.

Glancing around, wondering what the hell just happened, a piercing screech tore through him, making him wince in distaste. Finding the source; he exhaled, adjusting to her rather deafening voice, the demon. He didn't know what was beginning to compel him to, but his battle-lust sparked, his eyes grew wild. He let his Reiatsu slither out at first, before bursting, like a faucet being turned to max from shut; it ripped out and roared, cracking and splitting what was left of the tilted floor beneath his feet.

Gumi continued to laugh at the flames consumed the 9th. Bodies laid everywhere. It was a massacre. Those who survived would fear ever being alive. Gumi screeched and laughed. Suddenly feeling a strong reiatsu being released she laughed. "what idiot wants to die so willingly?!" she roared as she raised her hand in the direction of the power. Suddenly from the ground that area exploded and lit on fire causing major damage.

Alexiel watched her fiercely, his golden iris' glimmering with a underlined ferocity that could kill. He didn't budge, he barely flinched, he knew what was coming; he was waiting. The moment he saw the hand raise; he Shunpo'd towards her, his speed unimaginable, even for a Shinigami. His Reiatsu gathered, condensed and controlled to such a precise degree, that it became visible; a pure black mass of wisp contorting and frolicking off in tendrils, collapsing back into itself. However, this quickly dispelled into itself, and thinned out, becoming as thin as vapor, practically impossible to see; as if thin air. He spread it out throughout and around himself, within an immediate area of around six feet, being about three feet from her.

He spread it out for a purpose, aiming to finish this fight before it could begin. He dared on the assumption, that like other beings, even a demon would have to breathe, or at least inhale. The moment she would, his Reiatsu 'Dark Matter' would begin to affect her bodily functions, but due to him not even being within Shikai, his control wouldn't be as strong once it entered and merged with her bodily systems, meaning he could probably slow her down by around a third of her speed, enough for him.

Making sure to keep her occupied, so that she wouldn't notice; he draw his right arm back; tensed around the shoulder just before releasing the strike; a deadly blow, that due to the tensing of the already tightened muscles around his developed shoulder's and the curve of their blade's, would cause his fist to propel forwards like a piston; knuckles aimed for the Intercostal muscles that would connect the ribs together, hoping to severe a few or bruise them.

Gumi inhaled the air but laughed at his silly little tricks. Her body was nothing like a shinigami, hollow or even a demon. It was almost like a artificial form. Nothing that came at her really affected her. It would more or less drive her more into battle. He attacked her with a fierce and strong hit. She smiled widely. Almost ripping her own lips. This shinigami was just what she needed. Someone of her level , and maybe someone who could kill her. Maybe.

She disappeared but just appeared just a foot away from where he hit and she smiled as small cherry bombs appeared around his arm and exploded. Though it was only simple cherry bombs. She didn't expect it to do much damage. "oi what are you?! Another weak little shinigami for me to burn into crisp?!

" Tch, Son of a bi- .. ! " He winced as the smoke from the small cherry bomb explosions engulfed most of his upper body. As it faded from him, he was barely phased as most of the right side of his Hakama had been burnt away; revealing most of his upper torso; it was littered in scars from past battles, one crossing another along his chest to form a rather large 'X' formation. These were the two most dominant.

His arm was still in good shape, mainly flesh wounds, cuts, a few lacerations. He had wrapped most of his chest with his Reiatsu at the moment of impact, to lessen the bomb's effects. Most of his fore-arm was charred lightly. He simply grew hungrier for her blood; enough to the point his stare became blood-curdling; she had called him one of the things he seemed to hate most. " Listen here, wretch. a Shinigami? Don't throw me in with such fools. I'm Alexiel Cuore-Nero. Don't forget it! " And with that, he lunged. He went in low, barely higher than thigh-level, he couldn't manage it yet, he had to wait another good three minutes. Given it was long, but this could still go awry in that time, as he got about two feet from her, still low, before suddenly throwing a left uppercut, meaning to catch her chest or, mainly, her jaw. However, he suspected that she may get away and repeat the same trick; he wanted her to do this, he made his attack look similar to pull it off. Once she'd dodge, given she dodged, he set up a straight counter; bringing his right foot round for a leg sweep to the side of her head. Luckily, due to the twist of his body with the uppercut, the movement of his leg was hidden behind himself. His form seemed to mix in both Martial Arts and Boxing.

Gumi looked straight into his eyes and laughed, it was screechy. She would be what could be a genuine definition of a demon. She disappeared and what was left were bombs of where she once was. No where to be seen Gumi's voice rang as the bombs exploded instantly, "Your name sounds dumbs, not even going to bother listening to it shinigami"

He smirked, and suddenly, just as the bombs went off, he enveloped them entirely, his form suddenly bursting into the black Reiatsu he had released earlier. Disppearing from view, he was no where to be seen. However, a soft crunch could be heard; by one of the tallest tower's in the courtyard.

Resting at an angle against the tiled slates; he tapped his foot against it, to an imaginary tune he seemed to hear within his head. Resting against his torso, was the hilt of a blade that rivaled him in length of scabbard's end to the Hilt's tip, from his toe to his head. He had his eyes closed, and none of the apparent damage that seemed to have been inflicted.

It was one of his " Shadow-self's. " A being that mirrored him in all aspects, bar from strength. However, the edges of his Hakama's right side began to sizzle and burn lightly, his arm charring gently. Any damage received by one, would be transferred back to him when it was destroyed; but this effect is only amplified to fatal levels if severe damage is dealt to multiple clones.

With a soft sigh; the True Alexiel stood, however, his presence was different. He was calmer, collected, his low-lidded stare set to devour any before; gaze Monstrous. The echo of his Wooden sandal tapping against the tiles echoed out, as he waited for the demon to appear. He rested his right hand on the hilt of his blade.

Fire began to surround one single area in what was left of the 9th division. The image of a middle aged man, in his 20s or 30s, appeared within the flames. This man was known as Placido to Gumi. Placido was observing the surroundings of the area, watching as Gumi and the Shinigami fought.

"Should I take part in this and help my dear friend?" He thought to himself. The image in the flames had a wicked, dark smile spread across his face as he thought of causing trouble around the area. "If she doesn't need me, I'll just observe" He thought.

Gumi stepped onto the battlefield once again. She was calmer as well, she had a long shot gun with her this time. She rested it on her shoulder her left hand holding it. With her finger ready to pulll the trigger. She felt another presence as well, looking straight at her enemy she yelled, "Oi, Placido. This guy ticks me off and is a waste of my time. Help me kill his worthless soul. To eat." She said pointed her gun at him.

Alexiel didn't budge, nor did he make a sound or whisper. His stare; bold, still as frightening as ever. He glanced over at the massive reiatsu now approaching himself and the two demons; a captain. In fact, one of the most-known, the Squad 0 captain. This fight was getting interesting; more and more by the minute. Turning his attention back to the demons, he turned his attention onto Gumi.

He had found his prey.

Sliding a single foot back, the left, he kept the right forward; a blade-drawing technique. Sokujiruk. The technique to draw and swing the blade from within the hilt in as quick a time as possible. It take's years to master, some believe. However, he broke his stare from Gumi. The muscles along the right arm that gripped his zanpaktou tensed, he draw the blade. And within a second, he delivered a powerful gust of wind towards Gumi, one sharp enough to cut flesh. It roared towards the demon, however, he wasn't finished.

He followed up with a counter. Keeping his concentration pure and his mind focused; he appeared behind Gumi, however, it wasn't Shunpo. It was too fast, he literally appeared. Alexiel had used his 'Dead flash.' The collection of reiatsu into every cell throughout the body, coating them in a protective barrier; the cells are oscillated to a high degree, allowing for the structure of his body to remain intact as the reiatsu forms a link and creates a Trans-dimensional portal which coats the body, roughly within a one second period, and transports it to another location, either from memory, or within sight. He spun on his left heel, swinging his sword for the small of Gumi's back. A rock and a hard place, the attacks were too close for the demon to avoid both; and too quick to avoid with speed. The only option was to try and suffer the damage from the wind slice; or block his Zanpaktou.

Gumi shook her arm and another shot gun fell from her sleeve. As she grabbed it she immediatly blocked Mike and purposely stoof to be hit by the wind slice. She smiled, "MAN WHAT KIND OF STINKIN MOVE WAS THAT? MY BREAKFAST WAS TOUGHER THAN YOU." She said while another hundred bombs appeared around Mike and exploded around him.

Alexiel simply watched. She had decided to take the Wind slice head on. It crashed against her, galing fiercely, before disappearing. And then nothing happened. Given, it looked like a foolish weak attack. However, blood then burst from the red-blotchy bruising that had quickly rushed to the surface of the now rather large wound.

The strike wasn't to harm externally, but internally. The pressure from the win would force the blood within her body to force upon impact due to the pressure; pressure far too great that skin could handle, even for a demon, causing the wound too burst out with blood.

She shouldn't have faced the strike head on. With a swing of his blade, however, his Reiatsu peaked even more, throwing the explosions away from himself, causing them to scatter and explode around Humi and the fellow demon that joined her. He had kept his cool throughout, as he steadily increased his Reiatill, beginning to rise to levels that somewhat matched Daiseisho; yet was still far from being on par. Daiseisho had gotten closer now; Alexiel had to increase the sheer output of pressure that he could steadily, to counter being crushed by the overwhelming reiatsu Daiseisho gave off. Just like Mike had taught him; the memory flashing through his mind, but he quickly shook it away, as he then released another wind slice at Gumi, much larger than the last.

[LOL SO SORRY, I'm like fighting Mike and you, and I'm all over the place]
Gumi looked at the second wind attack and just sneared, "Cheh" She shot a very large concentrated cero at it to break it and just passed her like a breeze. Gumi shot blanks at him and smiled as slightly invisable bombs appeared around him and expolded.

Suddenly she looked to see the shinigami captain doing something and was highly annoyed. "OI, SHINIGAMI, GET OUTTA THE WAY THIS IS MY FIGHT WITH NO LIMITS!!!" Gumi screamed in a very demonic tone and suddenly large grenades surround her and her oppenent and each one one by one clicked and exploded.

It was then that a garganta opened, and reluctantly, Kyouga stepped out of it. He was slightly bruised, but it wasn't too much to handle. During his fight with Gumi earlier, he managed to escape through a garganta and avoid heavy damage. "Hey, Daiseisho-San, let him have his fight. Oh, Placido is here too? Interesting…" Kyouga stated upon his arrival. He had heard that Placido was pretty high ranking, but he merely seemed to be enjoying the show.

Gumi pointed her gun at the shinigami and at the hollow that she was to engage in battle before another order was fired. "Oi oi, just take eachother before I decide to shoot holes in all of you and drink your tainted blood. " She said as she fired light speed bullets at the both of them.

Kyouga, realizing that his presence wasn't needed here, decided to take an escape before he made matters any worse. Kyouga decided that he would make his escape back to the human world, but he wasn't expecting to find anything of specific interest there. To be honest, these matters didn't concern him much yet, but he just prefered the human world anyway.

Sparks of lightning appear within the area. The former Captain Michael appears standing infront of Alexiel. Mike was weak and it was too obvious, he grabbed hold of Alexiel's colar and then threw a smoke pellet onto the ground. Michael was too weak to fight and he was keeping his balance by using his blade as a staff to support him.

He gripped hold of Alexiel and then shunpoed rapidly to another area to get away from the battle. Behind Michael left a small trail of blood that eventually dissapered once he entered shunpo.

They were alone. The demon and the angel, deciding to end this quickly the male would speak out a a burst of angelic reiatsu would be felt. With it a voice would echo through the entire area. The voice belonged to Daiseisho, but it was booming.

"I am the bone of my sword"

the male said as he would then dart at the psychotic demon. He was facing this being head on and attacking with all he will have. however with the first line of the incantation done, the white haired man would have to wait before the death of this demon is nigh.

Gumi grunted as Alexiel disappered with Mike. Suddenly the man attacked her out of know where. She evaded quickly but the left side of her torso has a very large cut and she bled badly. She looked at her blood and started laughing as her spiritual pressure exploded out of her, even enough to destroy some buildings.

She faced the man, "Oi, I guess you're my dinner tonight. HAHAHAHAHAHA I HOPE YOU'RE READY TO DISSOLVE IN MY STOMACH." She screetched in a rotten voice as suddenly bombs instantly appeared and exploded around him. She even got near him and shot at his shoulder.

The man would see the bomb the reiatsu filled devices as as she would go to strike the demon again, however the explosion occured encasing him. Jump out of the smoke the male would look at the opponent. All he has to do is attack and evade until the preparations were set. Tossing both blades he had at the girl, he would form what would appear to the the squad 3 captain's buster sword.

With the two short blades getting ever closer , they would com in contact with each other and explode violently with unstable reiatsu. The lower red part of his outfit would be seen burning a little, before the singeing would stop. he would then come at the monster as the second part of the incantation left his lips.

"Steel is my body and fire is my blood"

Right in the middle of the explosion Gumi jumped up with smoke trails following her, "You wanna fight fire with fire huh stubborn little thing. PYROMANIAC" Suddenly parts of her body caught on saphire flames as she would smile in a way her lips would rip. She started appeared everywhere and shot at the enemy. As well as bombing the area. She wanted to do as much damage as possible.
