Division Moderation

Okay, since a few of our beloved captains returned, i will be granting them there moderation rights, but ONLY to those who replied on the other thread and or clearly made there return.

To those who still hasnt complied, or returned, you have 1 week to do so, else the rank will be given to someone else, someone who's here.

There are probably other factors that grant someone right to be captain.

Captains don't even get to be mods on other bleach site, they should be grateful of the opportunity.
