Other than his clothes, there is yet another thing which is specific about his looks. Tenzen has odd looking shiny green eyes, which match his light brown hair and his clothes perfectly. Nobody except him knows why are his eyes like that, mot think that it is because he has contact lenses. But, it is actually because he had his eyes operated. Due to a certain accident a few hundred years ago, Tenzen had his eyes operated. During this odd operation, he told the man who was doing the operation to change the color of his eyes if he could, and so he did. From that point on, he was quite famous because of those eyes, even before the day when he became a Captain. Other than his clothes and his eyes, there is nothing special about how Tenzen looks like. He is a quite muscular man, with a few pores over his face. Well, he does look like a man in his mid thirties, so pores are not actually something unnatural at that age.
His hair is light brown, with a few silver fibers hidden among it. Usually, he lets his hair grow till it becomes too long and starts getting in his way. Only when it starts getting in his way, he gets a haircut. But, his hair grows unusually slow, so most of the time he has a odd looking haircut. But, when he finally decides to cut it off, his entire look changes. Without his hair, Tenzen becomes a completely different man. He even gets more dates with his shorter haircut, though he will never admit that, since he likes his longer haircut a lot more than the shorter one. The reason for that is simple, the longer one matches his odd looking white attire. While, the shorter one matches his second attire, the one previously mentioned, which he has on him when going into the human world. You could say that he is quite obsessed with the way he looks, due to his womanizing personality probably.
His second set of clothes includes a light blackish sleeveless shirt and a pair of brownish pants of a unknown material. Though, whatever it is, it is some really cheap material. During the winter and when it rains, Tenzen usually puts a brown coat on, which is made from a bit warmer material. Even though it is also made from some cheap material, this coat is quite warm and it offers great protection from the rain. If the coat is not enough, he usually has something else under it, and instead of a sleeveless shirt he has a shirt with short sleeves. On some rare occasions, Tenzen even has a tie around his neck, a dark brown one.
Personality:
His personal nature, it is quite simple. Tenzen is quite a nice and caring kind of guy. He enjoys reading books, so you could say that most of his free time he spends in the library. While, the rest of the free time he likes to spend somewhere in the canyons, outside Seretei, relaxing and enjoying his time. Even though due to his job he does not have much free time, he never complains. Tenzen is not a lazy type of person, he has nothing against spending most of his time by working on different assignments. Whatever task he gets, he will always dedicate himself to that task, trying to complete it no matter what. That means, if he has to do something that he does not like, he will still do it. His dedication to his job and to his division, they actually were the aspects which made him the Captain. Just because of those facts, the Captain of his division recommended him to take over.
When it comes to communication with other people, he is quite an open person. He likes people and he likes talking to them about all sorts of different topics. Mostly, he likes to talk about music and division politics. As a high ranking official of Soul Society, he is obliged to be informed about all of the happenings at Seretei. Every day Tenzen enjoys having a coup’ of tea with some of the members of his division, socializing and letting them to express their problems concerning the issues which are bothering them. He is a type of person who likes to listen to what people are saying to them, taking a note from everything. Then, when they are done, he usually makes a conclusion of some sort. Usually a helpful advice or/and a solution of some kind.

But, unlike most men who stick to one female who they call a girlfriend, he loves to have a lot of women. Indeed, he is a type of men who women like to call a 'womanizer'. This aspect of him is responsible for a lot of the actions which he takes, it even differs him from the rest of the members of his division. His love for women sometimes even gets in the way of his job, even though he tries not fall in love with handsome enemy female warriors, sometimes he just will not be able to do so. At times like that, he likes to flirt instead of fight. If that doesn't work, he would simply knock her out and take her hostage, constantly trying to make her fall in love with him. Though, Tenzen doesn't have any problems with killing people, as long as they are not women.
Story:
Tenzen was born 1000 years ago, in a small house, somewhere in Karakura town. He was born in a family of merchants, well they at least seemed like merchants. But, in truths, his father was actually a former Shinigami. Well, he was a Shinigami who left Soul Society in order to live a happy life with his wife. His mother on the other hand, she originated from a country called Croatia, coming to Japan in order to find a better life. So, one day they meet and it was love at first sight. The fruit of their love was a son, who they gave the name Tenzen. The love which they held towards him, it was so deep. As he grew up, the young Tenzen also gained the ability to see spiritual creatures and that made him quite happy. This newfound power, he used it as much as he could, cheating on tests and making his ghost buddies to scare away bullies and all other mean and evil people. So, we could conclude that he had an happy life with not a single problem. But, that was not true. Due to his moments of weirdness, talking to someone who does not exist and asking a wall some questions, he had no luck at finding friends.
So, as he grew up, Tenzen was happy. But, he was also lonely, that was a feeling which he could always hide from others. Even with all the things happening, divorce of his parents, he was still happy and optimistic. Well, till the day when he found the reason about the divorce of his parents. It seemed that even now, after 14 years, his father was still working as a agent of the soul society under cower. The shinigami though that his mother was an Arrancar, so they sent him to spy on her and he feel in love. But, she found about it, and left. Four years after that, Tenzen asked his father to turn him into a Shinigami, he decided that he must find out the truth about his mother. But, instead of doing it, his father asked her to come and explain everything to him. Even after that, he still wanted to become a shinigami and protect the world from Hollows and Arrancars. At the end his father did that, turning him into a shinigami a few months later.
When he was turned into a Shinigami, his father called his partners from 13th division to come and pick him up from Karakura, and so they did. Two, most strangest shinigami came, making him regret what he wanted. One of them was a tall and weird looking wolf guy. While the other one, was a short, skinny human. Together, they were really creepy and just weird. Walking towards the gate of the SS with them, those were the weirdest moments of Tenzens life, he never felt stranger than that. When he actually came to SS, he was quite surprised, the place was more beautiful than he could ever imagine it. Now, when he finally reached it, Tenzen felt like he was at home. All of those other shinigami had the same or similar abilities like he did, so nobody was afraid to talk to him. He was accepted into the society and soon he even became a friend with some of the other shinigami. Life was going smoothly for him since then.
But, good things usually don't last long. Even in this world of spiritual beings with amazing power, a school existed. This so called Shinigami academy was quite an annoying thing, in order to become a member of the 13 guard squads, Tenzen had to graduate from this academy. But, that seemed to be a bit too hard for the young man, who did not like schools or any facility related to schools. But, unlike normal schools, this academy was a lot different. Here, young Shinigami were trained in the arts of combat, learning Kido and Zanjutsu. In all of this aspects, Tenzen was well rounded, learning and using all of this arts of combat. Though, he did not like the fact that he wasn't a expert in a certain area, being average was so hard. In every class there were others who could beat him, there was no class in which he was better than anyone else. But, over the time he learned how to accept his averageness.
Years passed and the time for graduation finally came. Being average in every area, Tenzen easily graduated from the Academy, joining the 13th Squad just like his father wanted. Though, he graduated easily only because he spent a week studying for the exams. At some point in this era of his life, he managed to call out the name of his Zanpaktou and finally learn what exactly a Shikai is. Though, he did not reveal this to anyone else. Well even if he wanted to, he couldn't, since he did not have any friends at that moment. But, upon joining the 13th Division and meeting new people, he was quite happy that he finally got some new friends. Sadly, due to his averageness in Kido, he got a really low position. Every single person in that division was a master of Kido, in that aspect Tenzen was left out because of his averageness.
Years later, the young man finally decided to leave the 13th Division, after having a talk with his father. He visited his father in the human world, after completing a mission. Their talk was short due to the lack of time which they had. But, both of them found out everything they wanted to. In their little conversation, his father told him that he does not have to follow his foot steps and that if he wanted, he could simply leave the 13th Division and join a other one. With a smile on his face, Tenzen did that exact thing, he left the 13th Division and decided to join a new one. But, that is when his troubles started, he could not decide which Division to join. It was quite hard, there were so many choices. But, he was positive that the 11th and 13th Divisions were out of the question, his averageness was not good enough for either of those Squads. Tenzen knew that he had to find some pretty weak combat Division where he would be among the strongest.
Suddenly, he remembered that there is such a Division among the 13 guard squads. It was the 4th Division, the manual labor and healing division, where most of the members were extremely combat useless and only good enough for healing. Upon joining that squad, he easily managed to reach the position of a 3rd seat, due to his greater skills from all the training he did while he was still in the 13th Division. Most of his time in this new division he spent on cleaning the other divisions and learning how to use healing Kido. He did not have any free time to practice any of his combat skills, being a member of the 4th Division sure was hard. Though, every day after finishing all of his cleaning tasks Tenzen always had a hour or so free in order to rest. Usually he did use that time to rest. But, eventually, he started using that time to train and practice using his Zanpaktou and combat Kido. Learning those healing Kido helped him when it came to Kido. But, he still needed to master his Zanpaktou abilities.
It took him a while, but after a few years, Tenzen finally became a Lieutenant. Due to all the time he spent training instead of resting, he managed to perfect the usage of his Zanpaktous abilities, defeating his former Lieutenant with ease. At that time, his averageness in all areas was replaced with well roundedness in all areas. Slowly, now a bit older man, Tenzen started to get stronger and stronger. As a Lieutenant he was sent into the human world a lot of times, on some missions, mainly healing Shinigami from other divisions who got wounded while fighting Hollows and other foes. There, most of the time he found foes and his allies still fighting. By helping them defeat their foes, Tenzen gained some additional training, so his abilities grew. Eventually, he finally managed to make his Zanpaktou materialize and show himself. At that point of time, his training to obtain Bankai started. He knew that, by getting his Bankai, becoming a Captain would be quite easy.
Upon completing the training, Tenzen took the Captain exam, getting a promotion as the new Captain of the 5th Division.

Things seemed to have gotten out of control so quickly and so suddenly. Before he even realized it, Marcus got involved with one of the experiments of the Shinigami captain, something which even involved his fellow Espada and his precious Fraccion. What a evil person was this Shinigami, a bit cowardly as well, using such a cheap trick to defeat his foes instead of actually using his own strength to fight them. But, this was expected, since he was outnumbered sort off. From all the Arrancar who he found there, only one decided to attack him, after making such a flashy entrance. Indeed, if it wasn't for that, Marcus would have gotten a chance to deliver a blow at his foe. But, the brown haired Arrancar did not made such a entrance on purpose, he was forced to do so. At that moment, he had to option, making a forced entry into the forest or using some stairs to go underground.
Both of those ways had their advantages, drawbacks as well. Going through the desert was loud and it gave him away, but it was the quickest way possible. As for the stairs, using them he could have made a silent approach, and it would take him time to reach the location where that group was. But at the end, he decided to break through the desert, since it was far more quicker. Marcus at that moment did not care if someone located him or not, he was trying to get at time to save his precious Fraccion. She was his responsibility and his servant, what kind of a Leader would he be, if he could not save his servants from one foe. Of course, that depended on who was this foe. Either way, a leader had to give his life to protect those who serve him, no matter what kind of a situation it was. There was no way that he would let this man kill his Fraccion.
Do to the fact that his entrance alerted anyone in the area that he was there, the attack of the brown haired man did not surprise his foe, who then followed with a quick dodge using the famous Shinigami technique known as Shunpo. This high speed techniques were quite useful for dodging, if you were facing a foe who had an equal or lower amount of speed than yourself. In this case, the Captain made a wrong decision, since his speed was a lot lower than the speed of Marcus. Well, that is at least what the Epada thought. But, when he started to pump more electricity trough out his body, towards his muscles, he noticed something odd. Instead of all of it going at his muscles, it got lost in his body, with only some reaching his muscles. With the amount he got, there was no chance for him to proceed with the attack which he planned, something else had to be done.
But then, something odd happened, it seemed that Marcus was not the only one who was affected with something. The Tercera, who he noticed using Sonido from behind the Captain and appearing a few meters away, she seemed to be quite sick. The same was with his Fraccion, who at that moment was standing half a meter in front of him. As for the others, he could not see them at that moment. Something sure was wrong, due to that the brown haired man quickly pulled his scarf up to cover his mouth and nose to prevent himself from inhaling more of this strange substance. He did not know what was causing them to act that way, but he was sure that the only way through which it could enter their bodies would be their nose and mouths. Then as quickly as possible, with his right hand, he attempted to grab Yuki around her waist.
If she let him do that, even if she didn't, Marcus would proceed with a quick Sonido high up into the air. Behind him, a trail of electricity would be left. This electricity was not even that concentrated, but it would shock anyone who touched it, causing that person to slow down. It was the same type of electricity which the brown haired man used to boost his speed and strength, the one which he created in his body and which killed whatever it was that infected his body. Since, upon contact it goes through the body of the one which it touches, it could do the same for anyone else who was infected with the unknown substance. Assuming that it would, the brown haired Arrancar decided to use it to help his Fraccion. If any of the other Espada touched this trail of electricity, they could save themselves as well. But, Marcus placed the live of his Fraccion at top priority at this moment.
While using this Sonido, he would have went thirty five meters up into the sky, then he would have made a turn, going downwards a meter. So, when he would have appeared, a trail of electricity would be to his left and behind him. From that point, if his Fraccion allowed him to take her, he would have moved back, reaching the trail of electricity, allowing it to shock Yuki and free her of the infection. But, if she did not allow him to take her, then, he would not have moved back, sticking to the place where he was. All this movement, since the brown haired man did not have his speed increased to the maximum, they would take a second to be made. At that moment, the Shinigami Captai re-appeared a few meters to the left from his previous spot, with his sword released. Suddenly, from the hole which Marcus made as he entered, the light from the desert descended.
Now, everything was a bit clearer to the Arrancar and to the Shinigami. The moment when the Shinigami appeared, he would have probably noticed a Cero coming at him at a quite high speed. It seemed that someone sent a Cero at the Captain, timing it to hit him right at the moment of his appearance. From his newly spot, Marcus could see everything happening bellow, so he knew who exactly fired this technique. But, he also saw someone else coming to the battleground, yet another member of the Espada. From the looks of it, he was approximately thirty meters away from the previous spot of the Captain and Marcus. But, the brown haired man noticed something else as well, the atmosphere around their foes warped. He was either using some sort of Wind based technique or a Sound based one. No matter which type it was, a Cero was good enough to go through it.
Cero, the famous technique used by almost all the Hollow and Arrancar, it burns trough the air as it travels due to its high energy concentration and high level of heat. As it travels, it burns oxygen, making sound based attack useless. But, it does the same to Wind based ones as well. So, even with the mentioned gathering of sound or wind based energy, the Captain was still in danger of getting hit by the Cero sent by the Primera Espada. That made Marcus a bit worried, since he did not want the guest getting killed by the attacks of the Espada. But, he could not let him hurt anyone anymore. Right after he appeared above everyone and everything, Marcus could be heard saying: "I knew you came here to hurt some Arrancar, now you shall pay for that. Either you will leave and never come back, or you shall die." With those words, he was giving everyone in the forest a sing to release and attack the Captain with all they got.
It seemed that, by using this odd gas or whatever it was, the Captain planned to win over or capture the hearts of his enemies and make them serve him by offering them the cure of this odd thing. For that, he used noxious vapors, something silent and almost undetectable which drifted outwards. The range of this dancing vapors was still a mystery, but Marcus decided not to let it affect him again. The moment when he re-appeared, his sped and strength were regained. So, if he had to, he would show the Captain the power of the Cero Espada.

Though, every day after finishing all of his cleaning tasks Tenzen always had a hour or so free in order to rest. Usually he did use that time to rest. But, eventually, he started using that time to train and practice using his Zanpaktou and combat Kido. Learning those healing Kido helped him when it came to Kido. But, he still needed to master his Zanpaktou abilities.
It took him a while, but after a few years, Tenzen finally became a Lieutenant. Due to all the time he spent training instead of resting, he managed to perfect the usage of his Zanpaktous abilities, defeating his former Lieutenant with ease. At that time, his averageness in all areas was replaced with well roundedness in all areas. Slowly, now a bit older man, Tenzen started to get stronger and stronger. As a Lieutenant he was sent into the human world a lot of times, on some missions, mainly healing Shinigami from other divisions who got wounded while fighting Hollows and other foes. There, most of the time he found foes and his allies still fighting. By helping them defeat their foes, Tenzen gained some additional training, so his abilities grew. Eventually, he finally managed to make his Zanpaktou materialize and show himself. At that point of time, his training to obtain Bankai started. He knew that, by getting his Bankai, becoming a Captain would be quite easy.
Upon completing the training, Tenzen took the Captain exam, getting a promotion as the new Captain of the 5th Division.

Things seemed to have gotten out of control so quickly and so suddenly. Before he even realized it, Marcus got involved with one of the experiments of the Shinigami captain, something which even involved his fellow Espada and his precious Fraccion. What a evil person was this Shinigami, a bit cowardly as well, using such a cheap trick to defeat his foes instead of actually using his own strength to fight them. But, this was expected, since he was outnumbered sort off. From all the Arrancar who he found there, only one decided to attack him, after making such a flashy entrance. Indeed, if it wasn't for that, Marcus would have gotten a chance to deliver a blow at his foe. But, the brown haired Arrancar did not made such a entrance on purpose, he was forced to do so. At that moment, he had to option, making a forced entry into the forest or using some stairs to go underground.
Both of those ways had their advantages, drawbacks as well. Going through the desert was loud and it gave him away, but it was the quickest way possible. As for the stairs, using them he could have made a silent approach, and it would take him time to reach the location where that group was. But at the end, he decided to break through the desert, since it was far more quicker. Marcus at that moment did not care if someone located him or not, he was trying to get at time to save his precious Fraccion. She was his responsibility and his servant, what kind of a Leader would he be, if he could not save his servants from one foe. Of course, that depended on who was this foe. Either way, a leader had to give his life to protect those who serve him, no matter what kind of a situation it was. There was no way that he would let this man kill his Fraccion.
Do to the fact that his entrance alerted anyone in the area that he was there, the attack of the brown haired man did not surprise his foe, who then followed with a quick dodge using the famous Shinigami technique known as Shunpo. This high speed techniques were quite useful for dodging, if you were facing a foe who had an equal or lower amount of speed than yourself. In this case, the Captain made a wrong decision, since his speed was a lot lower than the speed of Marcus. Well, that is at least what the Epada thought. But, when he started to pump more electricity trough out his body, towards his muscles, he noticed something odd. Instead of all of it going at his muscles, it got lost in his body, with only some reaching his muscles. With the amount he got, there was no chance for him to proceed with the attack which he planned, something else had to be done.
But then, something odd happened, it seemed that Marcus was not the only one who was affected with something. The Tercera, who he noticed using Sonido from behind the Captain and appearing a few meters away, she seemed to be quite sick. The same was with his Fraccion, who at that moment was standing half a meter in front of him. As for the others, he could not see them at that moment. Something sure was wrong, due to that the brown haired man quickly pulled his scarf up to cover his mouth and nose to prevent himself from inhaling more of this strange substance. He did not know what was causing them to act that way, but he was sure that the only way through which it could enter their bodies would be their nose and mouths. Then as quickly as possible, with his right hand, he attempted to grab Yuki around her waist.
If she let him do that, even if she didn't, Marcus would proceed with a quick Sonido high up into the air. Behind him, a trail of electricity would be left. This electricity was not even that concentrated, but it would shock anyone who touched it, causing that person to slow down. It was the same type of electricity which the brown haired man used to boost his speed and strength, the one which he created in his body and which killed whatever it was that infected his body. Since, upon contact it goes through the body of the one which it touches, it could do the same for anyone else who was infected with the unknown substance. Assuming that it would, the brown haired Arrancar decided to use it to help his Fraccion. If any of the other Espada touched this trail of electricity, they could save themselves as well. But, Marcus placed the live of his Fraccion at top priority at this moment.
While using this Sonido, he would have went thirty five meters up into the sky, then he would have made a turn, going downwards a meter. So, when he would have appeared, a trail of electricity would be to his left and behind him. From that point, if his Fraccion allowed him to take her, he would have moved back, reaching the trail of electricity, allowing it to shock Yuki and free her of the infection. But, if she did not allow him to take her, then, he would not have moved back, sticking to the place where he was. All this movement, since the brown haired man did not have his speed increased to the maximum, they would take a second to be made. At that moment, the Shinigami Captai re-appeared a few meters to the left from his previous spot, with his sword released. Suddenly, from the hole which Marcus made as he entered, the light from the desert descended.
Now, everything was a bit clearer to the Arrancar and to the Shinigami. The moment when the Shinigami appeared, he would have probably noticed a Cero coming at him at a quite high speed. It seemed that someone sent a Cero at the Captain, timing it to hit him right at the moment of his appearance. From his newly spot, Marcus could see everything happening bellow, so he knew who exactly fired this technique. But, he also saw someone else coming to the battleground, yet another member of the Espada. From the looks of it, he was approximately thirty meters away from the previous spot of the Captain and Marcus. But, the brown haired man noticed something else as well, the atmosphere around their foes warped. He was either using some sort of Wind based technique or a Sound based one. No matter which type it was, a Cero was good enough to go through it.
Cero, the famous technique used by almost all the Hollow and Arrancar, it burns trough the air as it travels due to its high energy concentration and high level of heat. As it travels, it burns oxygen, making sound based attack useless. But, it does the same to Wind based ones as well. So, even with the mentioned gathering of sound or wind based energy, the Captain was still in danger of getting hit by the Cero sent by the Primera Espada. That made Marcus a bit worried, since he did not want the guest getting killed by the attacks of the Espada. But, he could not let him hurt anyone anymore. Right after he appeared above everyone and everything, Marcus could be heard saying: "I knew you came here to hurt some Arrancar, now you shall pay for that. Either you will leave and never come back, or you shall die." With those words, he was giving everyone in the forest a sing to release and attack the Captain with all they got.
It seemed that, by using this odd gas or whatever it was, the Captain planned to win over or capture the hearts of his enemies and make them serve him by offering them the cure of this odd thing. For that, he used noxious vapors, something silent and almost undetectable which drifted outwards. The range of this dancing vapors was still a mystery, but Marcus decided not to let it affect him again. The moment when he re-appeared, his sped and strength were regained. So, if he had to, he would show the Captain the power of the Cero Espada.
