I've tried using this numerous times, although i never really made anything with it, i highly recommend it for those who cant afford Photoshop, and for those who just plainly hate gimp.
Only downside so far, for me i dont like its eraser tool, and i don't think it supports any kind of brushes, although i may be wrong.
It also has a layering feature greatly similar to Adobe, and you dont even need to download it.
