Exactly! Haji is building the other parts of the division..

What WE are doing is to build the inner parts of it.

The Furniture and deciding on what to put in these rooms..

You can't ask Haji to design Zeria's room.. Just the shell maybe, but not the things inside. Only Zeria & you know what she wants the best..

Oh.. By the way.. Which room is mine? I just looked through a catalogue and decided what I want in my room XD

Also, I would consider building at some point, a stronghold. A place where the division can retreat to under impending attack.

Now, aside from those ideas, there are a few more we could do, but they need to be tweaked out specifically. For example; we are the 11th, therefore we are the backbone of Seireitei's army.
We should most likely focus on some way to train for that.

"I agree... I think that the dorms should be seperate, but still following the theme of what I am going for... I want a place where ppl can relax and just be themselves and not really worry about anything...

I also want us to be as strong as possible, and unfortunately, building up our strength will have to come with new ppl to our Division as well. We will need a place for them to fight, but I dont want it to be your average run of the mill dojo. It has to be something different.

Right now, I feel like a part of me is gone, and I am trying to fix everything... yet, I feel like everything around me is falling apart...
