My favorite food would be desert any desert. I hardly have time to enjoy my food so I donno how it taste like most of the time. However, I would always smile if I eat desert. ^^

My favorite food is Haluski.
You probably have no idea what that is... Well I am mostly Polish & Italian... so... the Polish side of me kinda wins out in the food area, although I can make some great Italian dishes, I personally love Polish food.
Now even thought there were other bigger pictures online of Haluski, this one was the most proper for the kind that I make.
Its 4 sticks of butter melted down, cabbage cut into small squares, then put in the butter to soften down completely, after it cooks, you use Farfale (also known as butterfly) noodles, cook them seperately, then put them in with the cabbage and butter for about 10 minutes to let them soak up the butter...
Put some salt and pepper on... and omg... its fantastic.
You can also put Pierogies in.
Or as I like to call them Gods Little Dough Pockets...
For those of you who dont know... Pierogies are also a polish dish that are little pockets stuffed with something.
I like them stuffed with potatoes and onions, and then put into my Haluski, but others put meat in them, vegetables, potatoes and cheese... some ppl even put like blueberries in them for breakfast... thats not really my style tho.

...I like experimentally cooking my favourite "kitchen" is czech and oriental...I haven't still only one favourite food I eat what just now I want or suits me :)
