What is you favourite Quote?

This is as the title suggests about quotes, they can be from anywhere no restrictions.

My favourite quote is from a book called Dune by Frank Herbert, some of you may have read it or at least seen the movie or mini series.

I'm not sure if it really came from him, but that's the only quote i know. it didnt mean much to me, but it makes perfect sense.

as i have recently been to the doctors about pain in my hip i thought this would be appropriate.
