Appearance: It is rare to see Alister Hinamatsuri at any point. But, behind the shadows and cloak, he looks quite different. He is pale, his hair cascades down to just passed his knees when not tied back. He is rather skinny and almost malnourished in appearance. His hair is a darkened purple hue as are the color of his fingernails. There is a large colorful dragon tattoo plastered over the majority of his back.
Personality: Alister Hinamatsuri spends most of the day and nearly every day confined to his quarters, marked and persistent avoidance of social situations, this sometimes interfering significantly with his normal routine, occupational, academic functioning, or social activities or relationships. He wishes to help but can not deal with many of the outside world as he has become dependent on few others.

Character Story:
{Alister was never one for interaction, even as a child. He was born among peasants and slum denizens. He grew up working the land around the district, practicing rudimentary trade as he grew by himself. He grew up against the backdrop of the Soul Society within the Rukongai and its conflict that affected much of his childhood world. He became accustomed to the short food supply, living in a criminal infested territory and moving from place to place within the district. Several of the people he knew in his childhood were lost to the infighting, including members of his family till his parents died and his siblings abandoned him.
But as he grew older, he began to find ways of staying out of sight, never wanting to be seen or even noticed, willingly or unwillingly. But he did have one person that took more pity on him than others. In his circle of disparate neighbors, there was someone that everyone knew. This person collected friends like trophies and she had contacts in every social and professional circle spotted around the Soul Society. Through this connection, Alister would find bread and water seemingly out of nowhere but it was easy to tell where it came from.
As Alister grew older, he continued to withdraw away from people, both physically and mentally. This was until one day that a small group of soul reapers were wondering through the district, knocking over stands and seemingly being there to threaten and abuse their own power. Alister would have simply kept to himself, it was dark and he would not have been seen otherwise until the person that he had known to feed him was starting to get attention drawn to them. Alister knew there was nothing he could do against soul reapers with their swords or even without them. It was then that he noticed that one of their swords were not at their side. The group began to depart while a single soul reaper stayed behind to continue his rage.
It was dropped to the ground in favor of the reapers fist's. It was then that his spirit began to manifest when he saw them in danger. His feeling of desperation and frustration at the limits of his own form attracted the spirit to pull itself to the surface. In what seemed like an instant, the sword was in his grasp and he was against the dark side of a building. The sword was lined lightly with blood and the soul reaper slowly slumped forward and met with the ground with a thud.
Alister kept the sword but withdrew from the world even more after the experience but the spirit called to him, night after night. Until a detachment came to find him for reasons he did not expect. Instead of being there to take him away for the crime he had committed long ago, they knew nothing of it but did know of his spiritual prowess and offered to take him away from the slums and to the academy where he would be trained to focus his power. He found himself at a loss for words that they assumed was a yes and he was taken away shortly after.
In the academy, Alister never changed, he kept to himself every day and did not differ from his course. He would become stronger to protect others as he was shown kindness in the past. While in the academy, he never experienced any kind of romantic connection whatsoever and he did not dwell on it because he would have no idea how to handle such things.
After he graduated, he found himself in the first division and rising fast till he was made captain of the first squad of the thirteen court guard squads. His bankai being reached prior and overwhelming his testing captain quickly and without remorse. He kept to himself for the most part but there were two that he confined himself in. One was his own sword spirit which in its shikai took on a mind of its own and would comfort him in his darkest hours. The other was his vice captain, Suki Izuna. She was the one person that he never hid from and that accepted and protected him from the world that he wanted to protect be was to shy to show it.
He grew attached to this particular person who meant more than anything or anyone in the world to him. His thoughts would always return to her as would he but then things changed. Alister woke one day in darkness and in this darkness, he found nothing. No voice, no sound, no light and no feeling. He felt as though it was only a matter or moments before he blinked and found himself out in one of the districts of the soul society with no real reason but a large part of his memory taken from him. He knew three things without a doubt and was instinct to him. One was that his sword spirit kept with him and that he was a soul reaper. The second was that he used to call squad one his home. Lastly was that he needed to find a woman with white hair that would reside in those very barracks.
Once in squad one, he found this woman was named Suki and that she had taken over the reigns as acting captain of the squad one barracks. He did not find this problematic as it seemed like a attention attracting position. Once he found her, he found warmth in her as they were reunited like mother and son. It was then that he knew that he belonged there. }
RP Sample: Something had called them but it was unknown as to what had. Hollows, poured out in droves onto the boarder of an unsuspecting town. The sizes and shapes all differed but their goal seemed clear, to ransack the town off all its inhabitants in search of something. But before the first could make its step, all the attention fell onto a single individual. A complete rob covered the figure so nothing could be seen apart from the purple hued hair that cascaded from the hood.
A hand was slowly brought up and pulled the hood back to reveal the first squad captain. He looked off to the side and made no eye contact with the hollows but he spoke out softly "T-the power limit removal...has been approved. I...I'm going to have to...to ask...ask that if a-anyone tries t-to..."
But before he is able to finish, a hollow rushes forward with claws drawn back in an attempt to strike down the captain. "Torrent, Mangetsu Terumi" And with that, the hollow is met with a large fist that shatter's its mask. As the smoke clears, Alister is sanding behind ten white clothed figures, still trying to make sure he does not make eye contact.
More hollows rush forward to which two of the figures, 3 and 4 rush forward, 3's face rose up and its hand attached with 4 and it was quickly thrown forward to which it quickly cut through several hollows like a bladed yo-yo. As those two spun around and cut through the ranks, 5 ran forward and punched away two hollows and headbutted a hollow full force on the head. But this was not the end, as the back of the hollow's head burst with tendrils and those quickly lashed out and pierced a mass of other monsters.
Puppet 9 slashed down and cleaved a hollow clean in two. It jumped into the air and back down to land on the shoulder's of another hollow and spun around, slashing all the hollows around it, it then lunged forward to thrust into the face of another hollow.
"Senju Sōbu, Thousand Hands Manipulation Force." Alister's voice echoed out as puppet's 6, 7, and 8 ran to one point. Puppet 7 casts a large Tozansho, to the size of an actual small pyramid. The spell ignites at a single point as blue energy and extends upward from four points and creates an inverted pyramid that solidifies into a barrier and it is used to trap a large group of the hollows inside of it. Puppet 6 casts Tenran on the near completed Tozansho, the puppet then activates the kido as it invokes a widening tornado-like blast which is fired forward toward the Tozansho in which causes the Tozansho to quickly burst into a rapid spin, blowing hollow's around the object to which they began to smash against it, destroying them as well. Puppet 8 uses its flash step to enter into the Tozansho before its closed and quickly began to destroy the hollow's that were trapped within.
A large hollow suddenly appeared next to Alister and drew its fist back to strike Alister, Puppet 2 jumped down in front of him and deflected the fist with ease and brought up its foot to kick the hollow in the chest and followed through with several battle-moves of its own to force the monster back with a final strike to the face.
Another hollow lunged forward from the other side seeing that Alister was now open for an attack. But puppet 1 landed in front of Alister's blindside and drew its fist back and slammed its fist forward and completely shattered the upper-half of the hollow with the single strike. It then turned and rushed over to a small group and wrapped its arms around their necks and quickly squeezed till their masked shattered.
After only a few more moments, the battlefield was littered with the now disappearing bodies of the remaining hollows. The ten puppets stood across the grounds, finishing off the hollow's slowly and quietly as Alister looked back toward the town and brought his hood back up over his head as he crouched down and simply stared from behind the darkness of his hood.
Your Zanpakuto:

Zanpakuto Name: Kokeshi
Sealed Appearance: A normal sized katana that has a rectangular hilt. The blade holds in it a mix of bright, vibrant and jagged colors.
Zanpakuto Spirit Description: Kokeshi's manner of speaking is soft and peaceful, but personality-wise, she is cold and somewhat apathetic. She will follow what ever order Alister Hinamatsuri demands but will not be taken for granted. Kokeshi has deep blue eyes and sea green haired girl that looks to be around fifteen to eighteen. The hair cascades down her back for the most part and come to just below her waist and grows just slightly lighter at the half way point till it ends in a light blue. At the sides of her head, her hair comes out in such a way that it could almost be mistaken for a pair of neko ears that are commonly seen in anime's or cosplay conventions. She wears a simple white dress with spaghetti straps and a small tied string in the shape of a bow at the center. and the dress goes down to barely above her knees. But the most notable thing about Kokeshi is that seemingly growing from her back and the dress are what one could only call 'wings'. They are not made of feathers and instead take the appearance of an almost plant-like nature.
Shikai
Shikai Release Phrase: "Suigetsu Kokeshi" 水月こけし Water Moon Kokeshi
Released Appearance: Kokeshi's shikai is that of seemingly a small child, around that of nine to twelve. But upon closer inspection, this is false. The girls left arm from the elbow hovers slightly from her body. She wears a simple and plain light purple dress. There are a multitude of ball-joints and sockets the closer one looks on the figure.
Other Changes: Whilst in Shikai, Kokeshi more dominate in her actions and words and is able to speak freely as she see fits. Her actions on the other hand can not be influenced unless done by Alister Hinamatsuri himself. This allows for conversations and tactical input from both to allow for the best strategic advances.
Bankai
Release Phrase: "Mangetsu" 満月 Full Moon
Released Appearance: The fragments of either the sealed state or the shikai turn to smoke and within moments, ten puppets take the stage, The Mangetsu has terrifying prowess in Hakuda, Kidō, Zanjutsu, Hohō and so on. Furthermore, as they can change their numbers by combining, the number of abilities they can show becomes even greater. The puppets were constructed in such a way that they all can work in tandem with each other both offensively and defensively.
Other Changes:
Puppet 1: A puppet that somewhat resembled an "oni" (demon). Though it displayed no weaponry or hidden mechanisms, it has huge fists and immense striking power which Alister Hinamatsuri can use to fend off attackers. It is always kept closer to Alister in case it is needed as defense while he operates the other puppets.
Puppet 2: This puppet has grey markings around its mouth area and hair coming from a single point on its head. It is shown to have colossal fists and fierce hakuda skills. It is able to extend its arms to form a sort of cage to trap opponents, where it would then launch four small bombs from its mouth. Since the explosion is accurate and very small, it can deal a great amount of damage to enemies whilst not damaging the cage.
Puppet 3: This puppet has a red face with white hair. It is used in conjunction with the black-haired puppet. It is able to lift a section of its face to reveal a spinning orb with four large kido blades. Since these blades are made of spirit energy and spin rapidly, even a scrape can prove deadly. It is wielded like a weapon by its partner.
Puppet 4: This puppet has long, black hair and works in conjunction with the red puppet. It is able to extend its hand via a chain, connecting with its partner's hand to hurl it around like a yo-yo, thus being able to slice through targets quickly and effectively. However, if one were to be destroyed, the other would become vulnerable.
Puppet 5: A bald puppet with large holes in its skull. This puppet's hidden weapons are the long extending cables coiled in its skull that can pierce numerous enemies at a time. Since the range is very long, it can pierce distant targets without even getting close. Also, it is able to latch onto opponents with its cords and then crumble them slowly. It can also use Hakuda to fight, but lacks brute force.
Puppet 6: This puppet had spiky hair and the lower half of its face was green in color. It had the kanji for "Buddha" (仏, Butsu) in its mouth which activated the offensive spiritual power, Hadō (破道, lit. "Way of Destruction"). These are offensive spells which harm an enemy or cause damage to objects. It is limited to only the use of Hadō numbers; 4: Byakurai, 11: Tsuzuri Raiden, 31: Shakkahō, 33: Sōkatsui, 58: Tenran, 63: Raikōhō
Puppet 7: This puppet had a ponytail, a beard, red markings under its eyes and the kanji for "Dharma" (法, Hō) in its mouth which activated the defensive spiritual power, Bakudō (縛道, lit. "Way of Binding"). These are a broad category of defensive spells which block or repel attacks or freezes enemies in place. It is limited to the use of Bakudo numbers; 4: Hainawa, 9: Hōrin, 37: Tsuriboshi, 39: Enkōsen, 62: Hyapporankan, 73: Tozanshō
Puppet 8: This puppet had white hair and large sideburns with the kanji for "Sangha" (僧, Sō) in its mouth which active its quick style movements, Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash Steps). It is a movement technique that allows the puppet to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps.
Puppet 9: This puppet was modeled after a female with red hair tied into buns. It wields two large, broad-swords and excels in Zanjutsu and they are capable of cleaving through enemies with ease, although the sheer size of the weapons reduces the puppet's dexterity somewhat. This puppet is one of the main attackers, and can fend off even the strongest of enemies at an alarming rate.
Puppet 10: The final puppet had one eye. It holds healing spiritual energies. As the puppet holds its hands above the patient's wounds, its palms glow with green spiritual energy to facilitate healing. When it does, it performs Reiatsu restoration first. By doing so, it can attempt to recover the physical body using the patients restored reiatsu and the puppets external reiatsu. Therefore restoring the reiatsu when the physical body is in a fully healed state is no trouble at all.

Name: Shirohigi (White Secret Technique)

Terms of Usage:
Description: The practitioner draws the symbols of the spell in the air which causes his/her entire body to permeate a white energy. The user seals the puppet inside of a white barrier in the shape of a box. The box shatters and its remnants are teleported to the user. The user is then able to maximize on the skills of the selected puppet and use just those skills and abilities to the highest caliber the user would be allowed.
Weakness: All other puppets are rendered useless and ineffective as well as limp. The user is only able to use the skills of the selected puppet (Selecting a Bakudō puppet means only binding spells can be used)
Name: Kurohigi (Black Secret Technique)
State: Shikai Bankai

Description: The practitioner draws the symbols of the spell in the air which causes his/her entire body to permeate a black energy. The user transfers their consciousness to the target puppet, giving them complete control of the doll. As the user propels all of their mental energy, the shooting range and number of hits are considerably limited. Once competed, the user will have full range of the target puppet's abilities which will be increased to captain level abilities in addition to the puppets normal upgraded abilities.
Weakness: If the puppet is destroyed or rendered useless, the consciousness of the user is forced back into the original body with a great amount of spiritual power drained from them. In addition, the user's original body is left defenseless while this technique is active, leaving it susceptible to attack until they return.

Description: A puppet performance technique where spiritual energy threads are attached to various spots on another person's body; the head, torso, both arms, and both legs and soon become invisible. The person being manipulated gains the ability to not only use their own techniques, but the skills of the puppeteer as well.
Weakness: The user is unable to fight for themselves if something/someone were to bypass the body in use.
Name: Mokujin Sōjutsu (Wooden Puppet Manipulation Technique)
State: Regular

Description: The practitioner fires an oblong blast of purple spiritual energy from their hand that infuses itself into an inanimate object and allows the user to control the object by their own will.
Weakness: The object is limited to its own strength and can only be held for a limited amount of time. This can not be used in rapid secession and is limited to nearby objects.

Terms of Usage: the incantation must be spoken before being struck; Incantation: "Disintegrate and unite, take to the winds and devour! Turn the world into the seed that blooms the ashes!! Baribari Hyaku Renpatsu, Hundred Continuous Hells!"
Description: Suigetsu Kokeshi speaks the incantation and once struck by an ability, she is able to mimic it at that exact power and strength if she is able to afterword.
Weakness: She has to survive the initial strike; She has to complete the incantation; She can only use the skill once after acquiring it; Can only acquire one skill at any given time; Can be no stronger than when it was acquired originally.
Name: Senju Sōbu (Thousand Hands Manipulation Force)
State: Bankai
Terms of Usage: Puppet 6, Puppet 7, and Puppet 8 must be useable and together
Description: The practitioner uses the three puppets in unison for a combined attack. Puppet 7 activates a Tozanshō. The spell ignites at a single point as blue energy and extends upward from four points and creates an inverted pyramid that solidifies into a barrier around the target to trap them inside. Puppet 6 activates a Tenran at the same time of the Tozanshō. The spell then stops as the binding spells is about to finish and invokes a widening tornado-like blast which is fired forward toward the target within. This causes both the inverted pyramid to spin and the tornado-like blast to be unleashed within. Puppet 8 will be held within the Tozanshō and use its speed to move with current and strike at the enemy as they try to escape.

Name: Chakura no Ito (Chakra Threads)
State: All
Terms of Usage:Incantation: White and black net. Fourty-two bridges. Footprints, distant lightning, sharp turn, engulfing grounds, hidden in the night, sky of waterfalls, grey line. Form a gate and fly though the world."
Description: The practitioner extends their hand and appears as though they are gripping thin air before activating the technique. Doing so creates a light blue and violet aura that seems to open up a human sized gate. The technique is a double dislocation skill, which has the ability of erasing whatever is within it from existence and removing the space it takes up from an outsider's inner consciousness, making it so that one is not even able to perceive it is there. The very thought of getting close to it doesn't even occur to those outside it. It is opened and closed in the same manner as activating the skill.
Weakness: The user can activate no kido skills while the technique is active; Can't speak or interact with the outside world whilst the technique is active; If something leaves from the inside of the skill whilst it is active, it is dispelled.
