So this is the new Stat design I've been working on, it's not so different from BDCS, but i think it's less complicated.
I based this on an old design I made for a different site. It allows a player to level up on certain areas through earning EXP points from missions, events, trainings etc etc...
There are two ways to getting EXP points.
1. Traditional Way
The traditional way would be summing the total words posted multiplied by the rating an RP mod would give. The ratings will be from 1.1 up to 2.
The rating an RP-mod will give will be based on the over all quality of the post. Walls of words will be meaningless if it's pointless.
2. Mod's Way
For casual role-players who don't really focus on word count, we can leave the EXP giving on the RP Mod who will be watching over a training, mission or event. The lowest they can give is 100 EXP and the Highest is 1000 EXP

THE SCALE
This will be the exp scale we would follow.
For every level cleared, the EXP will return to Zero, if there are excess EXP, it will be reserved for the next level up.
It may be called Level Up System, but in reality You don't have a fixed level, only your skills have level and not you.
Here are the Starting points for starting levels.
Let's say your a captain, captain is level 20, so to be a captain level you must be level 20 on all the fields below. The area marked with * means optional, you may add points there if you wish its not required.
For Kido, if you do wish to add points here, since we are asuming there are 100 spells for Bakudo and Hado each. 1 Point allows you to have spells 1-10 2 points spells 1-20 and so on. You can train for higher spells only if you are aleast within a level behind of it.
For Zanpakuto, its a special case, Level 20 basically unlocks most all of your techniques, BUT, it doesn't end there.
Each technique will have a level on its own, you can improve this technique, add additional perks, the max level per tech can be discussed if we use this stat system.
Even so there's a different level for each technique, it still needs to be added to the total level of Zanpakuto, Like i BDCS.

61-70 = 4,500
71-80 = 5,250
