Jinzo's Visit to Japan Empty Jinzo's Visit to Japan

Post by Prof. Zaki 95 Fri Oct 19, 2012 5:09 am

(I guess I'll get an intro paragraph for Jinzo)

Jinzo stepped out of his senkaimon and onto the pavement in the human world. "This place looks odd, but yet familiar somehow." He said to himself as he looked around and the landscape. So far there were plenty of skyscrapers and buildings. There was a massive amount of people walking down the street going to places like their jobs, or going to school.

This sight made Jinzo wonder why he had even come here in the first place. He didn't quiet remember what he was supposed to do so he decided to find a place where he could relax, and soon he had found a place to do that. There was a nice park a little ways away from where he had ended up in the human world. "Alrighty then. This will do." He said as he sat down and then he looked out at all the people around.

Above the bustling city below a senkaimon opened. Out of the senkaimon stepped the very flamboyant squad nine captain. There had been reports of a abnormally powerful hollow terrorizing this area. Cho had decided to deal with it himself. He stepped onto the roof top of a tall building. He scanned the area around him. It was a sunny day, there was a slight breeze and everything seemed to be calm. Since he was going to the human world, Cho decided to be "official" and wear the typical captain's uniform, something he rarely did.

His long curly red locks were pulled back into a low pony tail. He pulled a compact out of his pocket and checked his make-up before searching for the hollow. One always had to look their best.

    "Let's get this done with."

Post by Prof. Zaki 95 Fri Oct 19, 2012 7:57 am

Jinzo continued to sit until her heard the cry of a hollow, and it was close too. The spiritual pressure felt abnormally large for a mere hollow, but he supposed it would do to get rid of some the rest in the old bones.

Jinzo got off of the bench and then he unsheathed his Zanpaku-to. "Any fool of a hollow that would attack japan is sadly mistaken in its power." He quickly got its location and then he ran toward it finding it very quickly.

When he got there he thought he saw someone else fighting it, but he thought he was the only soul reaper with enough power here to take out this hollow.

Cho felt the beast before he saw him. He was a massive hollow who resembled a bull. Cho drew his zan and jumped from his perch. The beast had cornered the soul of a young child. Bastard.

    "Coward. Attacking a child."

The large hollow turned to face the captain. A large grin appearing across his hideous face. The hollow roared and began to charge Cho.

"You're far to hideous to be allowed to exist."

With a swift upward thrust Cho cut the hollow cleanly in half. The blood of the beast splattered and some of it landed on Cho's haori.

"What a shame. I've only worn this once."

As the beast lay twitching on the ground, Cho felt a spiritual signature approaching. He saw a man coming his way. He kept his zan tight in his hand, fore he didn't know this man's intentions.

Jinzo's Visit to Japan Empty Re: Jinzo's Visit to Japan

Post by Prof. Zaki 95 Fri Oct 19, 2012 8:28 am

As Jinzo approached he saw that the man had take care of the hollow already. He grinned as he put his Zanpaku-to away and he began to clap. "Well, Well. Good Job. Killing a weak hollow like that so effortlessly. The feat of a captain no doubt." He said.

He had already gathered all the information on this man that he needed. He was a captain, but he didn't know of what division. This was a good question because of the seiritei's need for more captains, and the fact that he had never seen this man before meant that he was new to the captains table.

"But where are my manners? I am Jinzo Hazuko. Shinigami, but currently I have no rank, and who might you be?" He asked the man before him. Cho looked to be a man who was powerful enough to be a captain, but he wanted to captain seat of the 9th squad.

Cho nodded in recognition of the man.He wasn't sure of this man's intentions. Was he a friend or a foe? He was unranked, but was he even a member of the Seireitei?

"Thank you Jinzo Hazuko. I am Cho Akaguchi, captain of the ninth division. To which squad do you belong?"

Cho watched the man carefully. His body language seemed relaxed, but Cho would watch for the slightest change.

Jinzo's Visit to Japan Empty Re: Jinzo's Visit to Japan

Post by Prof. Zaki 95 Fri Oct 19, 2012 8:54 am

Jinzo looked at the man and then he gave a slight smile when he heard that he belonged to 9th division. "Oh. I belong to 9th division too." He said. He had served under the captain before the man before him. "You've got some big shoes to fill. My old captain was truly a great woman, but I digress." He said as he kept his eyes on the man before him.

Jinzo's Sharp hawk like eyes were assessing this situation in its entirety. Jinzo could read people and actions and react to them accordingly as he saw fit. This was one of the many trainings that his old captain had put him through. Well he certainly was glad that he could use that training to his advantage.

    "My apologies."

Cho felt slightly embarrassed that he didn't know one of his own squad members. He decided it was safe to sheath his zanpakuto. If he was a member of ninth, then he had Cho's trust. So far all his subordinates had proven themselves to be loyal and trust worthy.

"I am new to the division. I haven't learned everyone yet."

Cho then noticed the small spirit boy trembling against the side of one of the buildings they were near.

"I assume Jinzo, that you know how to perform a soul burial?"

    {Gah! So short... >.>}
Jinzo looked at him and then lightened up a little as he continued to speak. He looked at the trembling boy and then back to his captain. "Yes I could say I'm fairly Proficient at it. Why? Would you like me to perform it on this boy soul right here?" He asked him as looked at the kid. This made him laugh a little at how his old captain used to handle these kinds of things.

Cho smiled at Jinzo. He dabbed at the blood on his haori before answering the man.

"That would be appreciated. I think the boy may be a bit scared of me."

Cho slipped his ruined haori off and threw it on a nearby trash can. He had more of those dreadful white coats where that one came from.

"So Jinzo, tell me about yourself."

Cho wanted to learn more about this man. He was also a little curious as to why he was roaming around the human world, but he was going to let that go.

Post by Prof. Zaki 95 Sat Oct 20, 2012 7:50 am

Jinzo looked to the child then to his captain. He gave a slight smile and then he walked calmly over to the small boy. He squatted down in front of him and then gave him a smile. "Its alright I'm going to get you somewhere safe." He said as he unsheathed his blade. He touched the butt of the hilt to the kids forehead and then watched as he was sent away to the soul society.

After all that was done he got up and then he walked back over to his new captain. When he asked him to tell him more about himself he decided to give him the facts. "Well I passed through the shinigami academy relatively early. I was on top of my division before you started running it, but unfortunately for me my last captain didn't take seated officers, and I'm one of the few in the division who know bankai." He said to the man.

Cho smiled as he watched Jinzo handle the boy with such kindness and gentility. Cho watched as the boy was surrounded in a white light and then rose into the sky, disappearing.

    "You handled that smashingly."

Cho stopped and took in what the man began to say. It was odd for a captain not to choose any seated officers. Why had they done that?

"You know bankai? We'll have to test your skills then. I certainly could use a second in command."

Jinzo's Visit to Japan Empty Re: Jinzo's Visit to Japan

Post by Prof. Zaki 95 Sat Oct 20, 2012 10:54 am

"Yes I do and if you'd like I could show you what I've got, but not here." He said as he looked around. This was the world of the living and it would be a bad thing if he were to release all his power here. Especially because Spiritually weak beings could find themselves passing out. So he would just have to go somewhere else that was safer for him to use his powers.

He looked the captain over and then he looked at the ground where the boy had once been. He smiled as he thought about something in the distant past only to be returned by a weird sensation. It was kinda tingling, but it wasn't like a spiritual presence. "Maybe we should continue our conversation somewhere else?" He asked the captain.

"We'll do it back at squad nine."

Cho said with a smile. He liked this guy. He was sure they'd become close in no time. As Cho was about to suggest they go home, Cho got an odd sensation. What was that? Cho squinted his eyes and scanned their surroundings. He looked at Jinzo and nodded, and began to move forward.

"Let's. Maybe we should move to a place less crowded. I feel like something may happen."

"Yeah I agree there was a park nearby that I was sitting in. Maybe we can go there." He said as he began to walk towards the park. This strange feeling of his just wouldn't shake and he had no idea why either. Then when he got to the park he saw something that made his heart stop. I Garganta was open right above the spot and an Arrancar stepped out.

Kaliko stepped out of the portal and grinned at his surroundings. "Well this looks like a nice little town. Maybe I can find some new customers." He said to himself. He looked as a soul reaper was walking and stopped when he saw him. "Well hello there." He said with a smile.

Cho halted as he saw the garganta open and watched as an arrancar step out of it. He reached out with his reiatsu to gauge this arrancar's power. He was strong, really strong. Cho looked at Jinzo, and then back at the arrancar.

"Don't attack unless he attacks first. He's strong, very strong."

Cho said lowly. His demeanor changed. His body tightened, ready to spring into action if the arrancar decided to make a move.

Jinzo's Visit to Japan Empty Re: Jinzo's Visit to Japan

Post by Prof. Zaki 95 Sat Oct 20, 2012 12:35 pm

Kaliko looked as another man showed up one of them tensing up and his demeanor changing. This was all fine with him as long as they didn't get the wrong idea and attack him. Kaliko cleared his throat and then spoke clearly. "Hello soul Reapers. I have come as a representative of the kingdom of Sinclaire in Hueco Mundo. I was wondering if you guys would like to come out to the Sinclaire Barbaque Haven." He said with a friendly smile.

Jinzo looked very perplexed by this offer that the arrancar had made. This man was a natural enemy to the Soul Reapers yet he was inviting them to hueco mundo. "What is all this?" He asked the man his hand resting on the hilt of his zanpaku-to

Cho looked at the man, his face displaying no real emotions. What was this arts car up to? They were natural enimies. Why on earth would they want to travel to Hueco Mundo? They be committing suicide.

"Thank you for your offer, but we'll have to decline."

Kaliko listened to the mans resoponse and then he smiled. "Okay thats fine with me. Here let me just give a flyer for the barbaque haven." He said as he reached into his pocket and he pulled out a piece of paper with the location and even how to get there and how to keep soul reapers from being hurt inside the establishment. "Please do try and visit." He said as he walked over to the captain and he handed him the flyer.

Jinzo eyed the man sharply as he walked over to his captain making sure to keep himself aware of him in case he made sudden movements that might harm his captain. When the espada was done with his buisness he continued to eye him only to get eyed back with a more intense glare.

Cho took the flyer from the man and tucked it into his pocket. Cho eyed the man and then looked to Jinzo. Jinzo was being very observant and ready to act. That was a good sign, and he was following Cho's lead without question. He had potential.

"Thank you for your hospitality, but I think it's best if you head back home now. Someone like you will raise alarms, and not everyone is as hospitable as the two of us."

Post by Prof. Zaki 95 Thu Oct 25, 2012 7:37 am

"Oh yes I know." Said Kaliko as he turned back around to face the man. "You should ask the two who needlessly attacked me about 10 minutes ago." He said as he threw a couple of Soul Reaper uniforms on the ground. He gave a laugh and then he turned to open a garganta. "They said they belonged to 9th company or something. Anyway Bon Voyage." He said as he opened his garganta.

What Kaliko said made Jinzo a bit angry. He slaughtered members of the division he was a part of, and he might be a vice captain for? If his captain wasn't going to react to that he was and not in a nice way. The mans complete disregard of respect for the soul reaper uniform pissed him off even more.

Anger flooded Cho's eyes as the arrancar casually tossed the uniforms of his subordinates to the ground. So it was him I truly came for Cho thought. Cho drew his sword from it's hilt and pointed it with one hand at the arrancar.

"Don't you take one more step you monster. You killed my subordinates, and I will not let you walk away from it."

Cho took a quick glance at Jinzo and gave a nod that said prepare for battle. He was going to fight this beast until be begged for forgiveness.

Kaliko turned to see a sword pointed at his face. "Hmmm. Oh I see how it is." He said his face becoming a little more serious now. He pulled his blade from the scabbard and then he took a battle pose that looked like a fencer's battle pose. "Well Sir if there is no reasoning with you en garde." He said as he waited for the captain to strike. He needed to get a good gauge of his spiritual pressure so he could put his plan into action.

Jinzo looked at his captain and then at the espada there was something weird about his blade. It was like it was taking in Spiritual pressure for some reason, but he couldn't think of any reason why it would. Then he thought about something that might help his captain. "Captain think clearly and don't let his words Rattle you." He said to him as he backed away to keep this fight just a bit more fair.

Cho held the hilt of his sword with two hands. Kendo being his preferred technique. This man. This man acted as if he was innocent. He killed two shinigami, and HE was INNOCENT?

"I am Captain Cho Akaguchi of the ninth division. Reasoning flew out the window when you killed my subordinates."

Cho heard Jinzo chime in, and then sensed him take a step back. Cho began to slowly move, circling this man. Watching him. Studying him. He wasn't going to take this vile beast lightly.

Kaliko grinned as he circled around with the man. He kept his stance up while he thought more about the variables of his plan. 'All I really need to do is get him to release his shikai or bankai.' He thought as he gripped his sword. He grinned as he began to step forward and made a motion like he was going to attack. However he was just waiting to parry his opponents move to get a good counter attack on his opponent.
