He thinks that just because things are not done on his time that he made up in his head that it is someone else's fault and by doing the work himself, it is obviously faster.
It isn't. Have some realism. Things happen and plans that you thought up don't work out that way in real life. Problems happen and some of them you create buddy.
I worked hard all day and just because I didn't get done when you thought it was going to happen, doesn't make me a bad worker. That makes you an unrealistic boss man. I am more than willing to accept a mistake so you can save face, I understand that. But don't turn around and try to say I don't work hard. I bust my ass to do the work in a time frame that is real time. Just because you do it does not make it any faster, better or any less hard or easy than I was doing.
