    Well, I seriously doubt that people will start posting in the off-topic threads if you close the Entrance Hall. I just don't see it happening.

    Why don't we just postpone the Dormitory thing? We can wait for activity to pick up. :P

    Postpone the dormatory until we have more members. Inactivity is a large problem, not just in the 1st division so we need to be realy patient. To increase activity, i think we need to wait until a few more members arrive here on the site, or maybe we could all refer people here VIA:

    I suppose its worth a shot, i think the entrace hall should remain open, i cant see things getting better if we closed it, it would just disrupt everything for out members :S

    Okay, everyone! I've noticed we've gone a little bit quiet again >.< There has to be a reason behind it.

    So I'd like all of you to take the following form, fill it in, and PM it back to me ^_^ It'll provide me with very helpful information as to how we can get the Division flourishing! All info is confidential, and I will take no offence to anything you say, so be as frank as you need be ^_^

    1) Why don't you post in the majority of the Divisionary threads?

    2) What would make you post in these threads?

    3) Is there something you'd like in the Division? A new rule? A new thread? Something that you feel is missing?

    As you can see, not much to consider ^_^ Please PM them to me!!!

    Today Momo brought up an interesting point about the Dormitory idea.

    She thinks it would be good to have a thread all to ourselves to be our individual dorms.

    Now, while I do think this is a nice, personal touch that woyuld make everyone feel like theyre appreciated and are more a part of the Division, I'm afraid it might overshadow the other off-topic threads :( Of course, you could always 'go out' to these places (i.e. the taco house and the spa) because you got bored of your dorm XD pretty realistic.

    So, yeh, there you have it :) I'm pretty neutral on this. If most of you agree to this, me and Khia could try and arrange a trial this new system! If not, we'll focus on a single thread dormitory, which would be simpler ^_^

    Okay, then! Khia and I have agreed to give you all a trial with this idea!

    A new sub forum will be opened shortly, in which you can all open your OWN dorm threads.

    But me and Khia are wary that you all may stop posting in other areas of the forum and simply just post in the dorms. This is why this is only a 'Trial'. If you impress us and keep active in other areas of the Division, we will keep the system in place.

    However, if the other parts of the Division become inactive, we will lock all threads in the Dorms sub-forum until we think you can be trusted with it again. We're saying this for the good of the Division, and not because we hate the idea. In fact we like it ^_^ we just don't want a risk.

    So on a lighter note, kudos to Momo for the idea, and it shall be up and running shortly!

    I think we should begin thinking about a uniform signature ^_^ I know not everyone is into the idea of uniform sigs, but as long as they have the option to opt out, they should be okay, right? ^_^

    I was talking with Khia and she thinks it a decent idea! I'd be making them, by the way :)

    So, I'd like you all to give me some ideas as to what you want in these sigs (I mean I have my own, but I'm sure you all want an input ^_^) You can either present images (from somewhere or that you have made) or describe something to me, and I'll take them on board ^_^ I'd like input from as many people as possible!

    These sigs would be 600x150 (the same size as mine and Khia's)!

    I was bored with reality so I thought I would join in on this conversation.

    I personally do not mind uniform signatures [as long as they are made by an artistic genius] that would be fine *cough* looks like we already have one volunteering his services to us all. Knowing our beloved captain they will look splenderific!!

    While we are on the subject of livening up the division, we have only so many members to begin with and a person's activity really still revolves around their own lives and personal schedules. I think to start out we would need people to do things as a group, learn more about each other in some aspect and just do something fun and crazy.

    The rest of the important matters will follow when activity picks up, god only knows just when that will happen.

    I think uniformed sigs are a great idea. I mean... look at mine. It isn't that great. lol I actually did that with paint. haha.

    I'm going to begin experimenting tomorrow, and I'll create the final sig once Wenditi has given me her idea ^_^ Any of you feel free to pass on ideas, either written, drawn, or made (or found) on the computer! ^_^

    Maybe some kind of 1st Division theme type event? We could have a luau, maybe some kind of carnival with firebreathers and fire dancers and we can have people walk across hot coals for prizes lol [just some ideas off the top of my head] I find it makes the flow of information move smoother if there is some kind of theme involved, you know.

    Fun event...haha Carnival...nice I love this idea! and we would make mega "after-party" haha after carnival...with lots of food and drinks and awesome music "hawaii style"! haha it would be fun... :face:

    yey Carnival..that's really funny...I have a little idea...on left part of sig could be your character and on right it could be something united...hmm for instance that Carnival :)...hmm maybe I can draw your characters according to your descriptions...what do you think?

    Hmmm... I'm not sure a carnival would be to everyone's tastes in the sigs XD it needs to be something everyone will like.

    And as for the drawings, that's a nice idea! ^_^ Although it should be optional for people to have their drawings in their sigs.

    I know! Do you want me to make that into a thread, Wenditi, where people can apply for a 'portrait' and you could draw us and post it? ^_^ That's be nice!

    I thought...Carnival in sigs? I´m afraid I don´t agree...huh sorry...but...I have no own idea XD it would be...characters in plain shinigami uniforms or whatever...
    But...you draw very well Wendi-chan...so I have no reason to disagree with this...

    No, it would be OPTIONAL ^_^ I wouldn't FORCE people to have their images made by Wenditi if they'd fancy something from deviantart instead ^_^

    Also, I'm offering Wenditi her own THREAD where people can go and have their (Shinigami) portraits made by her ^_^

    Actually, Wenditi, for the THIRD time (sorry if that sounded harsh XD) I'm offering we open up a thread here in the 1st, where people can request drawings from you, and you post them there.

    This is completely seperate from the uniform sig plans.

    HOWEVER, people can request that your drawing be put into the sigs as their image, just like they'd be able to with any other image ^_^

    Gome nasai taichou, I most likely didn't read carefully *confused*...but as well shouldn't we wait for others?...from reason if they even have interest being optionaly draw by me...btw I haven't much time I want to finish all promised drawings by spring's holidays...so I want to know what thinks others about it...if it is worth... :oops:
