Hikaru is about 5'7.5" and weights 135 pounds. Hikaru has meet on his bones but is still skinny. Hikaru and has small muscles for his size, though they do not compare tot he muscles of the kids that are his age that actually go to the gym regularly. He isn't in top shape at the moment but still has a nice figure just from being a pure athlete. He has decent cavs. He always wears a necklace with a king's crown on it surrounded by a key.\

Personality: Hikaru is quite quiet around people he doesn't know. He will talk to you, but tries not to get too close to people. His personality is best deccribed as a come, collected, rational individual. He is intelligent for his age. Though he didn't come from a rich family, he came from a middle class family full of Genius and successful parents that were scientist. They had given him the key to success which he always caries around with him. He doesn't know what it is, but it is suppose to tell him something about his parents research that could possibly be a cure for a disease. Though Hikaru is the quiet type, he isn't afraid to speak his mind when the occasion calls for it. Hikaru believes that just because he is smaller doesn't mean he doesn't have as much of a opinion as the next guy, and will prove it to you.

Though he is a critic himself, he hates when others criticizes his action, he believes they think they have a superior authority over him and will quickly argue with that person to prove he is the one with the power. What goes on in Hikaru's brain is manipulation. He likes to manipulate people to do things in favor of himself. Though his personality is quiet and he is a kid he is quite mature. He is mature in the sense that he takes a joke too well and have a debate with someone without bursting into tears and cursing them out. though that doesn't mean he isn't immature in the sense he will make a joke about childish things.

Your Legacy:
Your Story: As a boy Hikaru was born into a bright and intelligent family. They weren't a rich wealthy family, but instead were a middle class intelligent family. There family was always known for being smart and intelligent, and many people thought they would be the next famous inventors to discover a big thing. Eventually people heard of these rumors as the world became more and more corrupted. Eventually by the age of five Hikaru's parents were so scared for hint hat they actually decided to home school him. So every day he worked in his dad's lab helping extract DNA and doing other things with it in a attempt to cure some of the plant Famine in the east, and to cure some diseases that were deadly

By the age of 11 Hikaru was a 2 time state spelling bee champion, but times were getting rough. He could hear his parents at night talking about how deadly the east has become and the arising of the west. Hikaru was too young to understand these politics but soon he would understand them. He was scared, not just for himself, but for mankind. He saw people on the streets crying and starving, and his parents were one of the few good hearted people int own to actually help those people who were starving. That was there fatal error. The same people who were his "Friends" were the same people who were attacking there lab for a cure. This made Hikaru's parents put all of the file information inside of a smart chip or key with all of there information.

The information had there research in full detail with everything. His dad kept it, close to him. Since that day they have been running from those people who would use the scientific research , and flip around electrons and other types of atoms to make it a formula that kills more plants and endanger the East even more. One day while they were running, they hid in a house. There was terrifying creature in there. The creature was violent and wild and was too big for his parents to take on. That was when it happened. Before the death of his parents his dad toss him the research telling him it was "The Key to the Kingdom of Heart, The hearts of the homeless"[xD like what I did there?] Inside of it was something that could help grow plants. and solve one famine problem.

Hikaru couldn't believe the responsibility that he was given but when he had realized it, it was too late. His parents were being slaughter in front of him. During that time, Hikaru got angry as the item began to glow. It became a larger key, but one that was similar to a blade. He easily sliced it in half with the key. He had lost his parents at the age of 12 and had there biggest treasure in his hand. He put on the necklace, but he couldn't access the information, he didn't know what the password was. There research was forever lost due to the fact his dad left out the most important key. The files were encrypted well and not even he knew what was running through his fathers mind when he encrypted it so heavily. He taught Hikaru everything he knew, If he couldn't decrypt his dad's encryption that his dad taught him how to use how could anyone decrypt it?

Hikaru was at the age of twelve and roam the world learning knew ways to play with technology. He figured the more he knew about technology the more he would learn on how to hack a well encrypted fire. At the age of 16 Hikaru is standing at the window writing in his journal about his life. He arrived on a blank page and was ready to start a brand new chapter in his story. One with the search for self.

Kangen Jutsu (Fullbring) Information:

Name: Kingdom of Hearts
Full bring source: A Necklace with a King crown on it surrounded by two keys(One on each side)
Terms of usage: You must grab the necklace and squeeze it and say the name of your Full bring.
Fullbring Bond: This object was his last gift from his dad. Hid dad gave it to him, and it is his only thing that is keeping his parents still in his memory. It's his most prized possession because it was his parent's most prized possession.
Description: Hikaru grips his key blade while energy flows around him. His necklace glows as spiritual energy surrounds him. A blue and black swirl appears around him and then burst exposing a Person with a key blade and a different outfit. The Keyblade is his natural weapon but the real power of his Armor is that his Keyblade can change into a different object.

Note: The outfit is only for his real full bring. The key blade is when it is less developed and is the only thing he has for the weaker state of his Full Bring.

fullbring:

Techniques: (3 Max, re-use form.)

Name: The Blast of The Heart
Description: The user points the key blade at a designated target. Once the target is picked the Keyblade begins to glow and a blast comes straight out of the key blade. There is a lot of light energy from the key blade and it is quiet a destructive blast.

Name: Keyblade Transformation
Description: The user Tightens his grip on the key blade and his arm transforms to a desired weapon, but the weapon is connected to his arm. It can become a Cannon, Chain saw, or even a pocket knife.

Note: Also am I allowed to have another Technique after I'm approved?
