In the middle of the Desert

Zaela finished off her final meal, licking what blood was on her clawed fingers. She remained sitting though, as the woman who suddenly appeared from a garganta now had piqued Zaela's interest. Once she heard Kyougas' reply though, she inadvertently rolled her eyes. Typical...

However, once the woman spoke to the armored man, her interest returned. She was thankful that her eyes had no iris's or any way for others to see her eye movement, for she was looking him over slowly. She then spotted what made him different. He had no hollow hole or any tangent of hollow in him and Zaela's eyes narrowed. 'Why is a Shinigami here.. and friends with a hollow nonetheless?'

The armored man kept his stance as the other blond haired woman as she acknowledged him. As she lowered her bland and Kyouga seemed more than casual with the female, he too slowly let his stance drop down as he pulled his posture together and stood straight. Though, following it, the well being of the other hollows were assured but his own seemed more than a bit slim.

He slowly moved his hands down to his hips as he slowly shook his helm from one side to the other as he then spoke "There are many factors here and it would be best to throw your threats elsewhere." He then turned his helm to the side as he looked back toward the hollow whom called himself 'Masa' and nodded his head in his direction but talking at that particular time was not what he thought to be wise.

Kyouga said nothing, but he merely stood where he was. It wasn't like him at all to be like this, but he couldn't help it. The truth was that he could not be trusted by active Shinigami or members of his own kind. In fact, he wouldn't be surprised if Flair rejected him. None-the-less, it would make things much easier in the long run.

Flair was somewhat ticked off at the man's way of communicating with her. It seemed as though he took her as a fragile and weak form that embodied a being known as "woman." Though his words could not have held such meanings behind them, Flair did not waste a moment to hesitate. When she's driven her mind to think in such a way, nothing would matter to her except the task of protecting her pride and code that she abide by. She then turned around and simply walked towards her fellow Espada, who now was spacing out in his own corner of mind.

"Kyouga. It's time you've proven yourself to be a worthy comrade. On my behalf, teach this lowly shinigami the true worth of our kind and mind you, the one who hasn't yet to shed the mask." Flair said, as she pointed her right index finger towards the hollow who joined in their conversation. She then simply gave Kyouga a pat on the shoulder and walked off towards a near by rock for her to sit.

Kyouga attempted to charge into Lee, and he mouthed quickly; Make it look good. as he reached for Lee's helmet. He didn't want to really hurt Lee, but a real fight with him would be exciting none-the-less. It would also be the first time that any hollow saw his Ressurrecion in action.

The white armored figure stood where he was as he awaited the reaction of the blond hollow. He watched as she turned her back to him and then speak to Kyouga. It was actually rather forward of her and Lee himself was thinking the same thing that Kyouga was. He had no reason to ruin Kyouga's chances of doubtful followers or friends, what ever they maybe.

He brought both his hands up high as Kyouga slammed into him and the two were driven back. "I plan on making this seem very real." and with that, he forcefully let his now clasped hands come crashing down to slam onto the back of Kyouga to drive him to the ground.

Kyouga hit the ground hard, but he stood back up and attempted to shoot Lee with two black Ceros with black electricity. Kyouga really wanted to put on a good show before he released his Ressurrecion, and he expected Lee to release his Bankai.

Lee would take a few steps back as Kyouga rose from his downed position and fired off his own attacks. Lee threw his hands up as he spoke "Vindicaus." his hands soon started to vibrate as the cero's struck and pushed him back, skidding across the sand a few yards before coming to a stop and throwing his hands out to his sides.

He rose his hand up and drew his other hand back in a well packed fist. He moved his open hand and aimed it toward Kyouga.

Masa, not knowing what was going on, and who was on who's side, remained seated and silent. "......" He didn't even know how the hell this all happened. He was just laying in the middle of the desert, eating small, lesser hollows, then BAM! These people show up, and now there is a fight going on right in front of him. "A dinner and a show~" He mumbled to himself, light crunching sounds coming from his mouth.

Kyouga distanced himself from Lee and called out; "Crucify this blue sky, Él Demonio!" This in turn caused his sword to shatter, and he underwent a drastic change in physical and Spiritual attributes. (See spoiler below)

Ressurrecion:

He just remained standing where he was, expecting Lee's next attack.

Lee slowly let the dust clear as his skill came to an end as the vibrations stopped. He slowly raised his hands up over his head as he then slowly brought them back down as Kyouga was nothing like he was before. This was something different but soaring highly in spiritual power.

Lee drew his hands back as they started to shake as he then spoke "Reichweite." And with that, he shot toward Kyouga and threw a fist at him as he let the skill take effect to go the extra couple feet

Initially careless, Flair did not pay much heed to the fight between her fellow Espada and the shinigami who previously mocked her pride as an Espada. Every time when she would lump her share of work to someone, Flair gets overwhelmed by her tendency of becoming careless about a specific task that she had to carry out. This time was of an exception, however, as something that happened which was worth for her watching it; an Espada's release. A surge of reiatsu has been expanded from her comrade's body, as he commanded his soul cutter. Her former Espada then gained spike-like things all over his body and grew two pairs of bat-like wings over his back. She then proceeded to anticipating for the man's next move. Finding the shinigami's counter techniques not as equally as impressive than an Espada's release, Flair chose to take her time to truly witness an impact that an Espada's attack in his released form would have on the shinigami.

Kyouga charged at full speed towards Lee, but he was also grazed by the puch. To counter against this attack, Kyouga surrounded a clenched fist with his black reiatsu as he pulled it back. In addition, his physical endurance was much sharper than it was earlier. If Lee was hit by this punch, it would add insult to injury. Besides, Kyouga was no pushover.

Lee watched as his strike went forward and his Reichweite went un-interrupted but he wasn't able to get in a clean strike in. His strike glanced off of Kyouga's arm but with the activation of his Reichweite, what area he did graze, the spiritual power behind the attack would have a effect on him as well.

But it was the counter from Kyouga that was the thing to have been worried about. He had no time to activate a skill or put up a proper defense as the black cero fired at him. The cero struck the man and sent him flying back. He skidded across the sand and slid across the sand and then rolled several times as the large crack started to form over his chestplate and spread to his left shoulder.

While Lee's defenses were temporarily down, Kyouga took the liberty to fly above his opponent, and charge a gigantic sphere of darkness and black electricity. "Dark Megido." he said as the sphere, that had the diameter of three average men, was shot directly towards Lee. If it was not blocked or avoided, the chances were that Lee would be dead. In addition to this, the attack would create a crater equal to the sphere's size, and the effects of the impact would be felt. However, Kyouga hoped that Lee would avoid the attack to begin with.

Lee let out a deep breath and then inhaled as he quickly shot his head up to see the massive attack coming at him. He made quick use of his Hohō Hakashi ability as he leaned to the side and zipped out of the way and shot across the sand but quickly turned around as he started to run in circles around the outer rim of the attack Kyouga had fired. But during this, the sand started to pick up.

Masa, looking at the two battle, started backing away, just wanting to...take a nap or something. So, walking away from the big group of people, with his mouth filled to the brim of squirming salamanders, Masa high tailed it away from the scene. "Ish shine shu make my 'eave!" He said, mouth full. What he was trying to say was "it's time to make me leave." So he munched on his meal, while jumping, and leaping, away. "Ah, What a fulfilling meal it was...but...It's time to sleep...!"

Zaela was standing now, watching the now released Espada and the Shinigami fight. The amount of reiatsu that poured from the Espada was great and made her want to reach around her jaw mask and rip it off. But, she knew better. There was no going back with that, and she wanted to make lemons sure she could make it without screwing herself.

Though she initially thought the fight was going to be quick and boring, she was now completely mesmerized by it. Without even knowing she was walking, she noticed that she was a few feet away from the other female. Zaela didn't pay too much attention to her though, as she was watching the Shinigami stand and run circles around the outside of the attack the Espada created. He must have a trick up his sleeve if he was doing that, she mused.

When he saw Lee running in a circle around the edge of the crater, Kyouga sonidoed in-front of Lee and attempted to thrust his hand into Lee's chest. If this was successful, Kyouga would steadily drain Lee's energy until Lee broke free. If it wasn't successful, Kyouga would easily be able to be hit.

(OOC: Correct me if this is inaccurate, Lee)

Lee continued in his vicious circle as the sand he had started to kick up would form a sand storm of sorts, more of a tornado if it wasn't a desert itself. Kyouga on the other hand made a fatal error in his sudden appearance in Lee's path. Lee moving around and around for something to be put in his path wasn't something that he expected, at least, not that of a body.

Once Kyouga had used his sonido to place himself in the path, Lee had no choice with the sand making stopping harder than normal as the two would crash and Lee would have to break from his circle as they would be forced out and slam against the ground, Lee pushing himself away to roll away from Kyouga but none the less, kept rolling.

Though Zaela was fascinated by the Shinigami's ability to be on par with the Espada, the fight was becoming boring for her to watch. Her arms crossed over her chest as her hip cocked to the side. She rolled her eyes, her eyebrows giving the motion away. 'I thought this was going to be more interesting... I might as well make my leave.' Zaela thought as she turned and started walking, she could still see the fight play out out of the side of her vision and noticed that the Shinigami was rolling across the sand. Zaela slowed her pace to see what he would do next, but nonetheless, kept walking.

Lee continued to roll over the sands but he did not need to wait till he was one arm less to know when he would need to bow out gracefully. It would be better to be seen as a coward than have someone think something else is going down. Lee slid to his feet as he then looked around and spoke "I know when I am not wanted, I'd rather run for my life than risk my life!"

And with that, he dropped to his hands and spoke "Akehanareru." And as he spoke this, the two large spikes that rose off the back of the armor gave off a glimmer and without warning, several Lee's appeared, one just yards in front of the other and the sudden sonic book blasting the ground where he once stood into the air as he was no longer in sight as the train shot in the direction of the leaving female hollow but shooting off onto the horizon.

A small orange tooth like object rested in the thick skin of Kyouga that blended well his his overall demonic appearance but it was sure that it could still be felt. A pendent that Lee left as a gift to the man.

There was a loud boom and faster than Zaela could blink the Shinigami was gone, the ground where he once stood kicked back into a large plume of dust. He moved so fast that when he passed her all she saw was the large cloud of sand and the massive gust of wind. Zaela shielded her eyes from the sand and as it whipped, then settled around her. Zaela's glowing eyes followed the trail he left far into the horizon.

With a quick look around her, Zaela took chase, sonidoing after the tail end of his path. The large bone fin on her back, arms and ankles allowing her to go faster than normal. She was basically swimming in the air as her interest fully piqued in the Shinigami. Or was it just because of his power? She wasn't quite sure herself.

The after images of the Utsusemi that were left behind jumped from one spot to the other, some seeming to go one way and others going off to another. Lee had to make it a point that he was not followed by the female hollow friend of Kyouga.

The armor suddenly came to a stop as Lee skidded across the sand for a good half mile before finally coming to a full stop. The sand was really a problem for anything that wasn't a straight run but that was also a plus to it being a seemingly endless desert. He paused as he turned to look back and raised a hand up to where his forehead would be as he looked back. It seemed the regardless, he was going to be followed but the spiritual power of this one wasn't as high as the blonds.

He figured he still needed to get father than where he was but using the skill wasn't something he needed anymore as the distance from Kyouga and the woman should be far enough. He figured a simple run would suffice to see just how far this other one would go and so, he took off once more.

Though the multiples of the Shinigami made her grit her teeth in irritation, Zaela was able to stay with original. Zaela figured she was at least a two and a half miles behind him when she felt his energy stop moving. To keep some distance from him for now, she dug her heel into the sand and skidded a few hundred yards before stopping. The sand was such a pain for her to stop her sonido. But it wasn't as bad as when she was in water, that was for sure.

Zaela squinted her eyes, trying to see if she could even catch a tiny figure of the shinigami off in the distance. She guessed that he knew someone was onto him, as she felt his energy start to move again, though this time not at such high speeds. Zaela wasn't going to stop though, even if she was found out by him. She had come this far already. "Better finish what you start, Zae-Zae..." She figured it was acceptable to talk out loud to herself, since it was just her out there in the desert.
