Warning: Inactivity

^^ anyway so what is the time frame for complete deletion? and are you going to use an admin option to do it? if you do it automatically won't that affect the people who have good reasons to be inactive and already told us?

Well, I don't think that this has been discussed yet, but I think the time frame would be 2-3 months.

Those who have a reason for being inactive and have told a higher up won't be deleted.

I'm not an admin, so I don't have an admin option. XD

For those inactive members who did not leave us a notice, we would first give them a warning. If they still don't comeback after the warning, then they will be demoted or even deleted. But yes, I believe we should first discusse about the time frame here. We would try not to delete member as possible because we are lacking members at this moment. So before we delete any member we should first discusse it here.

All this stuff about inactivity is only a temporary thing, it won't matter in the future, when we have a gazillion members.

As for the time frame, I suggested 2-3 months, because I"m being soft. What do you guys think?

If we wanted to delete a member for being inactive, then it should only be because they have shown no record of consecutive posts, or no posts at all.

But I don't think we should delete members at all. It's not too charming to have "Guest" everywhere.

Hmm... I am thinking 3 months might be a bit long. What do you guys think about 2 months? Is it a bit harsh? Well, maybe we can do 3 months for now since we don't have much members. Then 2 months when we have more members. Is this sounds reasonable?

Now, if they haven't posted before the 3 month time frame ends, what will the "punishment" be.

As much as I'd like to go for public humiliation (NYAHAHA) I think it'd be best if we ban them for a short period of time.

Hmm... I don't think ban them will work since they are not active anyway. Maybe demote them. Hope this will give them an heart attack. LOL

If it's a normal member what are you going to demote them to? "Loser"? XD

I think it's better to ban them. Because, you never know, one day, they just come by to check a few things...
