The Royal Palace of the Shogun in Heaven. Built on the peak of Miyukiyama (Deep Snow Mountain), the massive palace of the Shogun sits just above the cloud line of the sky.
Protected by the armies of heaven, from here the Shogun can use the Kansatsuganishi (Observing eye stone), which allows him to see any place in Seireitei, The living world or Hueco Mundo; but not into hell.
The palace is open to all who are invited, however as it is in heaven, no hollows or demons can set foot here.
