Character Story:Kiyen was still a small child when his human life ended and as such he remembers very little of it other than warm face of his mother. His father died before he was born, so he has no recollection of him at all, though photos he saw showed that he was a grim and distant man. Although all he knew was his mother his life was very happy and his vague memories of life are happy ones. Although he knows he must have died, Kiyen cannot remember the actual event itself, all he can remember is waking up in the Soul Society.
His first years in the Rukongai were very difficult as he was still very young when he died and was unable to look after himself. However after a few years he was adopted into a rich family from the 2nd district, which gave him both a home and a goal. He knew from the first time that he saw one that he wanted to become one of the Shinigami, the protectors of the Soul Society. However it was not until sometime later that his great spiritual power was noticed, and he was taken into the academy to become a Soul Reaper.
Placed in the advanced class straight away, Kiyen showed great skill in the art of Hakuda & Shunpo, learning many techniques and spending countless hours practicing. When the time came to practice with hand-to-hand, Kiyen was the 1st person to volunteer in the sparring classes. Kiyen deafeated his opponent in a matter of seconds.
In his third year at the academy Kiyen achieved Shikai for the first time with his zanpaktou, Shunko. During a training exercise in the human world, the group was attacked by a hollow and one of his fellow classmates was killed. Filled with pure rage, Kiyen called on his zanpaktou, releasing its shikai form. With Shunko in his hands, Kiyen made short work of the hollow, cutting it down and saving the rest of his friends from the enemy. Following this Kiyen soon became a legend at the academy, with his powerful hakuda and skill with shunpo few could rival him and he graduated the academy with flying colors.

Kiyen looked away from Soren after the last statement in his sentence,the word family is something that truly bothered him the most.He then noticed how Soren made a comment on his attitude and turned his head back to him.

Zanpakuto Name:Shunkō (瞬閧, War Cry)
Sealed Appearance: It takes the form of a normal katana. The hilt is black with a tsuba made of two slim swirls of metal looping around the blade to make an open oval.
Zanpakuto Spirit Description: Shunko is a tall dark-skinned man with a large muscular build, slicked-back white hair, a few wrinkles, and a small moustache and beard. His top lip also has a darker hue than the bottom one. Shunko is very caring and protective towards his master.He is also headstrong and easily excited, smashing the ground beside Kiyen when he learned that he had lost a battle he could've won.Shunko also has a very stern and decisive personality, as seen when he was seemingly unaffected by Kiyen's multiple attempts to learn his last Bankai technique. In his eyes, respect and strength mean everything world, and the weak should and will be crushed.In battle, Shunko is shown to be physically brutal, as he uses extreme physical force to devastate his opponents, and is willing to sacrifice a limb, rather than lose a chance to defeat his opponents.

Shikai Release Phrase: “Flash”
Released Appearance:After saying this, Shunkō, the sword itself burst immediately into a flash around Kiyen. The light that surrounds Kiyen is actually pressurized kido from the release, the kido allows him to instantly neutralize an opponent's movement, apart from enhancing his own arms, legs, and speed for battle. The Kidō itself can also be controlled and fired at opponents from his body, and can be used to create massive explosions.
Bankai
Release Phrase: Bankai! Kamishini no Tekken (神は鉄の拳を殺す, God-Killing Iron Fist)
Released Appearance:The pressurized Kidō already around Kiyen from Shikai turns into complete lightning. The lightning layers itself thickly around Kiyen’s body electrically stimulating his nervous system and speeding up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.

The body of the person touched by the current will misinterpret the lightning as electrical signals from the nerves making the body to involuntarily go numb, while at the same time receives damage. The attack gains much more energy when channeled through the ground.

Kiyen gives up a portion of his blood and 90% of his reiatsu to conjure up black lightning, the lightning immediately vaporizes anything it comes into contact with. A large wolf-like creature that seems to emanate from the Kiyen’s own body, rushes towards the opponent incinerating anything within a 5-mile radius upon collision with Kiyen’s target(s) except for Kiyen himself. Because of what Kiyen has to sacrifice for the technique, it’s only used as a last resort.
