Appearance:
He has short, wavy white hair kept unbrushed. He has one spot in his hair that is black and it runs down the center of his hair on the front and back. His eyes are a light shade of blue, that look like a natural pond. His body is rather slim, he doesn't like to have other look down on him for his small size so he makes up for it in his fighting styles. His skin tone is a bit on the tan side, and he has a scar on his right shoulder from an incident as a child. His clan tattoo is on the center of his back.
He is mostly seen wearing the hakudo and the shihakusho that most shinigami wear however he wears a pure white scarf that he obtained from his mother and he wears black gloves that he obtained from his father. His zanpakto is holstered on his side tied up by the white sash around his waist.
Personality: Suzaku is very childish and he often jumps around and smiles every day. He easily gets bored and always needs to do something. That’s why he has his pet panther named Lily. Like any other childish person he is naïve and frankly well liked for some odd reason. He purposely gets on peoples nerves to see what they will do and he’ll make up a stupid reason why he did it.
Despite being childish he cares a lot for his friends and the squad. He doesn’t think about his own life or how others feel about it.
Suzaku does not take like to go on murder missions. He thinks it’s wrong and it should never happen, although if they are associated with his enemy he could care less about their innocence. He will purposely kill them or abduct them to draw out his enemy.

Human Life: Suzaku doesn't remember his human life or if he ever had a human life. All he knows is his name was Allen.
Plus Life: Due to his death in the human world, he became a plus. During this time, he was trapped by his chains to the house he was born in until he was founded by a shinigami, who helped him cross over.
Shinigami Life: After being 'reborn' in the seireitei, he was birthed by a Ruka Minamoto and a Haji Yukimura, his mother and father. He obtained the Minamoto last name and was taught at a young age how to fend for himself.
Current Life: He currently resides in squad 6, hoping to better himself along with his battle partner Lily.
Partner: Panther Lily
Ability: Change Form [Can change his form to a more adult like form and to a chibi child like form.
Appearance:
Name: Chill Bite
Description: Combines Suzakus ice zanpakto power with his fangs.
Downside: Isn't very affective against fire zanpakto

Description: Allows Lily to form wings on his back to give Suzaku transportation
Downside: Can only be used for 4 posts

Sealed Appearance: A normal zanpakto with a blue and yellow hilt.
Zanpakuto Spirit Description: A man appearing to be in his teens. He has amber colored eyes and long blue hair pulled back into a ponytail. He wears a yellow kimono with blue dragon like designing on it. He has the wings of a bat as well.
Release Phrase: Surge, Denkoukoori
Shikai
Released Appearance: Forms two blades, one made of ice and the other made of electricity. Suzakus hair turns a dark blue with a lightning bold design going down the sides of his head.
Other Changes: His eyes lose their pupils and gain a blue shade on the right eye and a yellow shade on the left.
Passive abilities (passive abilities are abilities that need no activation. maximum of 3)
Name: Frozen Lightning Hammer
Description: A bolt of lightning is trapped by ice, forming a large hammer. The hammer, when it strikes the ground can send electric currents through the ground
Downside: The hammer is easily broken which is why its made so small at first.
Name: Frozen Slash
Description: The blade of ice is formed and when it is slashed, it forms a blade of ice that goes towards the enemy.
Downside: Can be easily melted and can break before contact.

Released Appearance: Large spikes of ice form on Suzakus back, electric currents are seen going throug his arms. His hair becomes more spiked up and yellow with a blue lightning bold on each side of his head. His eyes become jet black and his clothing changes to a blue kimono with yellow lightning bold designs.
