    With just a tourch, the Rikujou Ika training Ground seems endless

    with darkness filling the entire room every single sound could be heard.


    here many souls vanished some survived but faced a new fate.

    many were exiled just because they failed to control thier inner hollows.

    here you can learn to supress them, else end up a hollow, or maybe something elese?


    Anyone who wants to train is welcome, either form the 13th or not.

    those who fail can no longer stay within the gotei 13 or the soul society for that matter.

    With just a candle stick the 13th Division Captain sits in one silent corner meditating.

    "Ruka." a voice in her head spoke.

    "i hear you clearly vermin" she replied.

    "there's no winning in this unless you let me take over"     the voice continued laughing, teasing, tormenting.
    "Dont dare try currupting my soul... Luna You know i'll never let you take over" She said standing up bringing our her zanpaktou.

    "Bankai..." She said as her transformation slowly shows. "Netamashii tentou..." her clother all turn to white as her zanpaktou does so

    "hahahahaha" the voice in her head laughed "What a funny thing you did..." It said from behind her it apears in a black cloak hugging her as she felt great fear.

    "It's useless whon you know what your holding is mine." the illusion held ten slowly trning it to black together with ruru as she yelled screamed for her salvation

    Slowly she sits up waking up from the meditation she just had, "It's a good thing i prepared for this moment, that way i could wake up from a childish trance tentou produces, but it does give anyone the greatest fear." she sighted as she sat once more continued meditating until someone enters the seemingly secret training grounds
