    In this sealed room is the Zanpakutos and their accompanying information for all members of the 2nd Division. We will be using the following format for development. In order to help promote uniform Zanpakuto creation across the divisions.
    All members are required to fill out this form upon acceptance. You only need to fill out the form parts required for your seat, but you may fill out the entire form if you wish. However, you will only be allowed to use the abilities available to your seat. The abilities are rated as such:

    Captain through 4th seat: Allowed Bankai

    5th Seat through 15th seat: Allowed Shikai

    16th Seat through Recruit: Allowed only Sealed form.

    Zanpakuto Name: Navale (Sea in Italian)
    Weapon type: Katana
    Zanpakuto Appearance: A sword with a blue and white hilt.
    Zanpakuto Element: Water

    Zanpakuto Spirit Description: Navale has the appearance of a man wearing a blue robe. The blue robe has white flame like designs leading from the bottom up towards the waist. Under the robe, Navale looks like a middle aged man. He has short spiky blue hair. He has light blue eyes and a scar over his left eye. He has a tattoo of a shark on the side of his neck. He wears wrist braclets that look like checkers but are blue and white. He wears black and blue pants that are white to the knees and blue from the knees down.

    Release Command: Bite, Navale Pescacane
    Release Appearance: Navale Pescacane creates a necklace around Lavi's neck made of shark teeth. The shark teeth give him the ability to breathe underwater without gills. He gains a more blue skin like appearance and his teeth grow as sharp as sharks teeth. He gains tonfa's that are made of shark's skin. The tonfa's have two sets of tonfa's on each one. The tonfa's when spun, creates large typhoons made of wind and water.
    Passive abilities:(Skills that work from the moment of release and do not require activating)(only 2 allowed)

    1. Sharks Defense:
    Sharks Defense increases the durability that Lavi has against normal attacks. It forms blue like skin over his normal skin.

    2. Sharks Site:
    Sharks Site increases the senses of site to the point of almost X-Ray Vision. He can also find things easily during recon.

    Activated abilities: (Offensive and Defensive skills gained that require commands to activate)

    1. Ability Name: Shark Blast
    Ability Type: Offensive
    Activation Command: Doesn't require one, but must be in a certain area for it to work.
    Ability Description: Shark blasts requires Lavi to have his mouth open. What happens is, the move forms a large ball of water, much like a Cero is formed by a hollow, and then it shoots it outward.
    Downside: Must be used near water.

    2. Ability Name: Water Orb
    Ability Type: Defensive
    Activation Command: Orb of Water, Shield Me
    Ability Description:This ability works great with Sharks Blast as it requires water to be in the area. The move creates a large orb of water around Lavi which defends him from most attacks.
    Downside: Not much of a downside, but it can be destroyed by lightning

    Final Release Name: Breza Navale Pescacane
    Bankai Appearance: Gains a large sword that looks much like Hallibel's sword in her released form. He loses the top of his hakama and shark like bones form around his body. The sword is made up of shark skin, much like Kisame's Samehada. He gains blue like skin much like his shikai and gains the ability to fly without the use of wings.
    Passive Abilities Gained:(2 ADDITIONAL to the ones given by Shikai)

    1.Flight
    Flight allows Lavi to fly without the use of wings.

    Name of Zanpakuto: Hyōrinmaru (氷輪丸, "Ice Ring")

    Description of the soul:

    Main Element/Power: Ice
    Sealed Description: When sealed, Hyōrinmaru looks like a normal katana with the exception of the guard, which is in the shape of a four-pointed bronze-colored star. Its hilt is light blue and sheath dark blue. The sheath completely dissolves when he draws his sword. The sword is somewhat longer than most Zanpakutō, at about 1.4 meters long, making it taller than Hitsugaya, preventing him from wearing it at the hip. Instead he carries it on his back by his green sash over his right shoulder.

    Release Command: "Sit Upon the Frozen Heavens" (霜天に坐せ, sōten ni zase; Viz "Reign over the Frosted Heavens").
    Appearance:

    In its Shikai, Hyōrinmaru extends slightly in length, and gains a crescent-shaped blade attached to its hilt by a long metal chain, which can extend greatly if necessary by force of will. The chain itself can be used as an attack or to entangle a target.

    Passive ablilities:
    1. Hyōryū Senbi (氷竜旋尾, Ice Dragon Swirling Tail): With this technique, Hitsugaya swings his sword in a linear direction and creates overflowing ice from his blade in the form of a crescent.

    2. Kidō Expert: Hitsugaya is highly proficient in Kidō and is capable of performing high-level Kidō spells without the incantation.

    Active Abilities:
    1. Ablility Name: Shikai Special Ability
    Ability Type: Offensive
    Ability Command: not required
    Ability Description: Hyōrinmaru allows Hitsugaya to control water and ice. His slashes create an immense amount of spiritual power which overflows from the tip of the blade, creating a flow of ice shaped like a Chinese dragon. The dragon flies towards opponents and instantly freezes anything it touches. Hyōrinmaru can create multiple ice dragons to attack an opponent from various angles. Hitsugaya can also direct his slashes towards the ground and form a wave of ice which rushes over his opponents, overwhelming and freezing them. The chain-blade also freezes anything Hitsugaya traps with it. The power it expels is so overwhelming that in Soul Society (where Hitsugaya is not placed under a limiter), its mere release affects the weather within the immediate vicinity, creating a thunderstorm or a blizzard.
    Downside: Ice can be melted, obviously.

    2. Ablility Name: Tensō Jūrin (天相従臨, Subjugation Of The Heavens)
    Ability Type: Offensive
    Ability Command: not required
    Ability Description: One of Hyōrinmaru's basic powers, as well as its strongest. It allows him to control the weather in the immediate vicinity, or more specifically, control the water in the surrounding atmosphere. The ability is usable in both Shikai and Bankai modes.
    Downside: Ice can be melted.

    3: Ability Name: Guncho Tsurara (群鳥氷柱, Icicle Flock)
    Ability Type: Offensive
    Ability Command: not required
    Ability Description: Hitsugaya can transform water into ice and then swing his Zanpakutō in an arc which fires an array of ice daggers at his target.

    Bankai:
    Final Release Name: Daiguren Hyōrinmaru (大紅蓮 氷輪丸, "Grand Crimson Lotus Ice Ring"; Viz "Great Roaring Coldly Shining Moon")
    Appearance: Causes ice to flow from Hyōrinmaru onto Hitsugaya, starting at his right arm which ice forms onto in the shape of a dragon's head around his sword hand, encasing the sword up to the hilt; which also changes from the shape of a four-pointed star to that of eight-pointed star. The ice continues forming up over his shoulders with two large wings sprouting from his back and a long tail. The ice forms down his left arm encasing his hand which ends in a claw. Hitsugaya's feet are encased in ice in a similar manner to his left hand which as they to end in claws. These new ice limbs are movable and can be used as an extension of himself to aid in battle.

    Passive Abilities Gained:
    1. Bankai Regeneration:
    During his battle with Luppi, Hitsugaya's Bankai was damaged. However, it regenerated, and Hitsugaya stated that as long as there is water in the air his Bankai can be revived indefinitely.

    2. Shield of Ice Wings:
    Hitsugaya is capable of wrapping his wings around himself like a sphere protecting him from any attacks.

    Active Abilities:
    1. Ability Name: Ryūsenka (竜霰花, Dragon Hail Flower)
    Ability Type: Offensive
    Activation Command: Ryūsenka
    Abilily Description: When Hitsugaya stabs his opponents, a huge burst of ice erupts from the point of contact between Hyōrinmaru and the opponents, encasing and freezing them. Hitsugaya can then proceed to shatter the ice and his opponent with it.
    Downside: must be close

    2. Ability Name: Sennen Hyōrō (千年氷牢, Thousand Years' Ice Prison)
    Ability Type: Offensive
    Activation Command: Sennen Hyōrō
    Ability Description: Hitsugaya creates many ice pillars which encircle him and his enemy. At his command (when he turns his sword 90 degrees counter-clockwise), these pillars then move towards the enemy, enveloping and crushing it. Though this technique is very powerful, Hitsugaya infers that it takes a considerable amount of time to prepare, and therefore the distraction of his enemy is crucial in successfully completing this attack.
    Downside: This ability requires the enemy to be distracted to work effectively

    3. Ability Name: Hyōten Hyakkasō (氷天百華葬, Frozen Heaven Hundred Flower Funeral)
    Ability Type: Offensive
    Ability Command: Hyōten Hyakkasō
    Ability Description: This ability is an extension of Hyorinmaru's Tensō Jūrin power. However, because Hitsugaya dislikes using Tensō Jūrin while his Bankai is active, he rarely uses it. The ability opens up a huge hole in the clouds through which a large amount of snow falls down on to his opponent. As the snow comes into contact with the opponent, ice flowers sprout all over their body, instantly trapping them in a pillar of ice. Hitsugaya claimed that when the last of the 100 petals falls, the life of the one who touched it will be over.
    Downside: The enemy must be distracted for the attack to take full effect.

    Lucertola has the appearance of a young boy, not younger than 14. He has short spikey blue-ish black hair. His eyes are a light shade of blue.
    Zanpakuto Spirit Description: Salamandra
    Salamandra has the appearance of a young you, not younger than 13. He has short spikey red-ish black hair. His eyes are a light shade of red.
    Zanpakuto Inner world: Salamandra and Lucertola share an inner world together. The two of them are twins. They appear in the center of a large castle in the sky. They mainly are seen in the center as the ceiling of the castle has disappeared.

    Shikai: (12th Seat and Up)

    [u]Release Command: Elemental Release, Fire and Earth, Lucertola. Elemental Release, Wind and Water, Salamandra.
    Release Appearance: The duo share the same shikai appearance. They appear to be in the shape of nun chucks. When the two are combined, the duo turn into a large staff like weapon.

    A move that allows Suzaku to control a certain element. Only one can be used however.
