3rd division HQ

*She starts going through some old paperwork she had*

"Uh the sixth, pretty cool there. Not much happened though. We're very laid back in my opinion"

"The sixth division hmm" Ryohei scratches his chin in thought knowing it had some sort of significance

"Well being laid back must have meant it was pretty peaceful which would imply you were all doing a good job"

Ryohei had the feeling that something significant about that division but couldnt quite place his finger on it

*Hanging some art on the wall she replied*

"The captain was laid back in some way. Kind of..fatherly. He's name was Hanzo Mifune. Same last name, you related?"

Ryohei's hand started shaking as soon as he heard the name of the previous captain

"yes... he was my younger brother..."

He looked up at Captain Aki

"I must confess something captain, i did not join the Gotei 13 to protect souls and destroy the hollow, I joined the Gotei in order to find my brother... do you know what has happened to him"

*Aki stopped what she was doing and in a mono-toned voice she replied*

"No idea, the 6th kinda just died. I joined the 3rd and that's it. Maybe he'll contact again who knows. He'll turn up. I know he will, I mean I'd kill him if he went away forever without a goodbye."

*Not even facing him she went back to cleaning*

"Then we both have something to strive for..." Ryohei clenched his shaking fist as he spoke

"My brother, your teacher, the same goal" He said getting back to helping unpack. "Captain I want to get stronger, be strong enough to find him and not be a hindarance to you or your division"

*Aki took her zanpaktou and gently hit him in the head with it*

"What are you stupid? Your in my division for a reason. Get stronger find your brother. That's your goal right? Youfind your brother I'll help you get stronger. But that also includes your duties as a soul reaper. Got that? So stop sulking and get to work, you have a longer way to go than me."

*She put her zanpaktou back and starting going through her stuff again*

"WHY DID I KEEP THIS GARBAGE?! >_<"

Rubbing his head he felt some sense knocked back into him

"My apologies captain, i lost myself there... of course you are right"

Impressed by the wisdom of the young captain before him, he smiled.

"One step at a time, i'll find you one day hanzo" he said to himself as he opened another box full of odds and ends.

"Well that's most of it. Come Ryohei"

*She starts heading out the door*

"Yes captain!" Ryohei followed her out of the room with a click in his footsteps and a smart almost military walk

"I know you haven't learned your zanpaktou's name but what you know now will have to do. Actually this is good, you can't always rely on a zanpaktou"

*She heads for the dojo and opens the door*

"Come in"

Hikari was only new to the division and was looking for the HQ for sometime now, but it would appear that the place was empty when she had finally found it.

She knocked once. Knocked twice, but there were no answers.
"Uhmoo, is there anyone around?"

"oh hello there" a well spoken voice from behind Hikari greeted her

A tall, pale, blonde haired man smiled as he walked up to her, staggering slightly in his walk.

"My name is Ryohei Mifune, i'm new here" he bowed

Hikari was flustered by the surprise she got from someone. "Su.. Sumimasen, i was.. i was just" she bowed and paused for a little feeling a little embarrassed.

She looked up to see a beautiful man.

"I'm Minamoto Hikari, I... am i.. Are you the captain?" she said completely overpowered by her panic.

Ryohei brushes back his pale blonde hair and blushes

"no no, im not the captain, i just graduated from the academy myself" he laughs

"You look a little bit lost? are you alright?" he said noticing she seemed a little bit nervous

Aki walked up behind Ryohei and spoke.

"Ah This must be Hikari our other newbie in the 3rd. Glad you met her Ryohei....though we haven't met eachother yet either..."

"Aha captain" Ryohei stands up straight and salutes her as she walks into the room

"Yes me and miss Hikari were just getting aqquainted" he says glancing at her quickly and smiling before looking back to the captain

"Oh I see excuse me miss Hikari"

*She kicks him on the leg as hard as possible*

"This an't the army, no saluting it's too military. Bowing or even waving would be 10 times better. Oh and with a friendly smile. We are a happy free division not a tough army divion kay Ryohei?"

"Yes... sorry captain" he said biting his lip as he clutched his shin

Yet another injury he suffered from his captain, Ryohei wondered to himself whether he would make it out of this division alive

*Aki got something out and handed it to Ryohei*

"Eat it, it'll boost up yor stamina a bit. Don't worry it's not poisoned and actually tastes like oranges."

Ryohei accepts the mysterious food and bites into it, as he swallowed it he found it easier to breath.

"Captain, this is pretty amazing, what is it?" he asked as he took another bite out of it

"Everything healthy and anyting that's good for you."

She smiles and feels proud someone other than her is eating her cooking.

Hikari seemingly froze between the conversation of the division, she was trying to catch up to them, it was only then that she realized that the captain is before her.

"Sumimasen" she bows.

"I was a little lost for some time, im not really good with directions, but its a pleasure to meet you captain."

"it's a great pleasure to meet you hikari-San! Oh if your lost take this with you. It helps but you'll soon get used to the 3rd division"

*aki hands hikari a small map of the division*

Hikari blushes furiously as she recieved a map from the captain, she simply gave of a quick nod followed by a reply. "Hai"
