All Vizards potentially have the ability to use a cero. It is a highly dangerous power but with new Cybernet technology any Vizard has the opportunity to achieve such a great weapon.
To get this power, you must come here to the Cybernet tower, the highest place in Vizard City. There are 4 pillars that hold the roof up but there are no walls. You must train here for a week straight alone wearing Cybernet approved battle gloves that help distribute reiatsu through your fingers.
After a week of torture up here I will personally come up and fight you, and only using our ceros we will fight until I see that you have achieved the right level of cero for your rank.
