Well, I am thinking since we are only voting for the divisions. But haven't have enough members capable of being captains to fill up the 3 winning divisions. So, we will start a captain application soon. Once the 3 captains are approved they will get to select their division.

problem is, if we have them take the captain test, and make them kinda pick which division they like, it kinda makes this whole poll pointless, but anywho, i guess, cappy positions for the 3 winnings are the only ones opened
