Division Ideas

Ok since I already hid the divisions, im need ideas on how to recreate it.

So what do you people want in divisions.

i was thinking more of not following bleach but something of your own.

Division Themes to be exact, that was sorta my vision, how ever deluded it was (Acheiving it wrongly likewise)

so anyway, like i was saying, i wont fix it all on my own, your all gonna help me out.
