    Just read the following and your good to go.

    1. Anyone can start a fan club
    2. Upon creation a fan club has 2 weeks to gather atleast 3 other members.
    3. If unable to gather 3 members by then the thread would be trashed.
    4. You can only be president of one bleach fan club.
    5. You can have as many FC memberships
    6 enjoy
