Rocinante Pazuzu "Now where was I, exactly..." Basic Information: Name: Rocinante Pazuzu Alias: Mockingbird Home District: Unknown Age: 23 Gender: Male Affiliation: None Rank: 1st District Commander Personality: An asexual, analytical, absentminded Quincy is what best describes Rocinante. He cannot tell the difference between the races in the universe he lives within, and often will not know a hollow is in front of him until one of his subordinates tells him. In this way the Quincy judges people only based off their actions and personalities, while it is a major flaw to himself it also is a strength, at least in his mind. This causes him to be more of a voice of neutrality in most conflicts and Rocinante often voices that raids on Hollows should only be on the "Asshole" ones. While he seems rather goofy and slow witted, he is actually quite cunning and while he would rather joke his mind is designed for analyzing even the smallest of things. Rocinante devotes a lot of his time to learning, but most of his time aside from training and duty is spent merely seeking out fun in any shape or form. This sets him apart from most of the other Quincys as his play over work attitude makes many resent him achieving the rank he has. Rocinante enjoys games of chance, mysteries, adventures, exploring, riddles, puzzles, carnivals, haunted houses, snowball fights, spicy food, mocking others, sarcasm, dark humor, British television, chemistry, deep sea creatures, dinosaurs, hockey, futbol, late night comedy shows, hot pockets, spaghetti, tye dye purses, toe socks, gas masks, tiny bells, long bits of string, lanterns, the smell of napalm in the morning, and cinnamon among other things. Overall he is a man of many indulgences and he is oft of a cheerful disposition. Though when he is the opposite, it can become fearsome indeed. While not outright rude Rocinante Pazuzu was not raised with any sort of etiquette and will often do things that others would find offensive such as belching at the table. While he jokes that he was raised in a barn he has never told anyone where he truly came from except for the King. While he is a Quincy he does not truly seem like the rest, and more oft then not finds himself in the company of many different species of people. Appearance: Rocinante Pazuzu is rather large for a human standing at a height of seven feet, eight inches. He weighs closer to three hundred pounds than two hundred though one could not tell by looking at him. Rocinante appears to be of Scandinavian decent and his shaggy blonde hair is often framed by a winter hat which ends on either side of his head with knots at the ends of strings. Under his right eye he has a pale maroon tattoo of a three pronged eyelash, and he also has a maroon tattoo of a Glasgow smile. He is often dressed in a black feathered coat, with a white button up shirt with black hearts, black jeans, and polished black Italian soft soled leather boots. He often slouches with his hands in his pockets or sits in an odd position. Rocinante is also known to smoke, carrying a pack on him along with a lighter at most times though some would say his lieutenant should carry the lighter. The Quincy has sharp brown eyes which seem to devour or embrace the viewer depending on his mood which seems to fit Rocinante perfectly. An animated speaker, he oft moves his limbs about while talking and often makes gestures to accent his words or sentences. Overall though his movements are fluid and graceful as if he was made of water, or he had trained a long time to move in the most agile ways his bones would allow. This causes him to react quickly to most things even in the midst of fooling around, which he does nearly every day. Your Legacy: Your Story: While most of Rocinante's early life was kept a secret, it was well known that he obviously was used to fending for himself long before finding his way into the once shattered Quincy forces. Though independent, the young Quincy was raised communally while the Quincys licked their wounds as a whole. This caused him to grow up with a general respect for others, for while nobody was akin to a father or mother to him everyone helped him out. It served to teach the young Quincy the meaning of friendship, and set him down an odd path compared to the others. Even at a young age, Rocinante's disability to differentiate in race was obvious to everyone and while it started as a problem the other Quincy soon learned how to deal with this downfall. Soon after it was found on a raid that once Rocinante understood whom the enemy was he would hunt them down with fervor. This caused the King to take interest in the Quincy most others assumed would never be a fighter. While it is true that nobody became a parent figure for the young Quincy, the King had taken an extreme interest in him and would train him once a week whilst Rocinante grew up. This gave him a leg up and sparked a jealousy that would follow the Quincy throughout his life. The King had Rocinante train with the Division Commanders at the age of twelve in order to groom him for a position as a commander of the First. While doing this Rocinante excelled and showed his skill by taking down a Vasto Lorde when it ambushed his squadron. This act by itself was enough to secure his ranking however, it would be another seven years before he fit into that place however. While it seems like a long time not much happened aside from him training, and ascending the ranks in small chunks. This last year was when he was finally raised to the position of Division Commander, and it has made him content. Rocinante is not satisfied with just his position however and his adventurous spirit has caused him to see much of the worlds within this past year. RP-Sample: Kimiko wrapped the proffered makeshift bandage around her wound to stem the bleeding and clot the blood preventing her from growing weak on the way back to Konoha. She did so with thanks, and while she could not undo the descent she had puzzled Mithrandir for a time. So truthfully she had chosen to accept the wound to try and prove a point. The point of course warped into his mind that simply because he was of the same village her word rang true for him, but not for those who did not have the same birthright. Simply a chance allowed her to keep her word to him, it was queer in the mind of the Aburame but he did not have time to dwell on that line of thinking before she spoke again. Taking the hint from the words and the nod Mithrandir hefted the unconscious bandit onto his back. The man was heavy but he felt no different than a sack of rice Mithrandir would carry to the table for supper. Simply but it barely burdened him in any way, he was a ninja after all. Still he was glad to not have to carry both; such a task would surely doom the missing ninja to death in his mind. “Being caught outside after nightfall would be unnerving I believe” Mithrandir replied in a quiet tone. His voice was no more than a whisper as he drifted from the world of thought to the world of reality and back again. Following the Jounin, the Genin bore his load silently from then on passing along the road without incident. The corpses of the bandits were still on the road, and as they passed the earlier groups Mithrandir began to ponder again. The world was rather cruel deciding so much on such random chance as birth. Still it was true that his leader for this mission was not cold hearted, simply misguided in the eyes of the Aburame. Perhaps his clan was also misguided, but was ignorance an excuse to fight fire with fire? Or in his clan’s case, experiment on something they had never tried on one so young? Excuses, what were excuses to him? Mithrandir could not quite yet decide, it was odd and he felt deep introspection throughout the journey back to Konohakagure. Of course this was jarred as Kimiko spoke yet again. She was…apologizing? Now this was quite odd to Mithrandir, what could this mean he wondered in the depths of his mind? Sure his suspicions brought it into a ploy but for what reason, the goodness in his mind assured him the words were genuine. The fact that she did not follow up with excuses heartened Mithrandir, though it did not shift his ideas to clear the ignorance of the world. Unite it as one, now that would be good, then nobody would be able to use village loyalty as an excuse to kill. At length he finally replied in the same quiet voice as earlier “No, I have decided that you are a good one. Perhaps you should think more on the chance that is birth, but you had your reasons. I will not hold it against you as I earlier decided. It is not your fault” Mithrandir’s words were truthful in their entirety. It was not Kimiko’s fault; it was the world’s fault. It was something he would have to change even if he had to clean the world and start anew, but those were thoughts for another time. He would still live in that village for a time, but the time would come when he would have to journey about the world and see if the ignorance had spread everywhere. Only after that had been done could he finally decide. Soon after that they returned to the village and deposited the missing ninja at the hospital, of course Mithrandir kept the leader of the bandits planning on delivering him to the Kage personally. However at the hospital another ninja demanded the bandit to be taken for interrogation, and Mithrandir would not deny him. Soon after they went to the Hokage’s office where they wrapped up the mission and Mithrandir was silent the whole time allowing his elder to explain the mission in full. Sure he would have rather asked why they were sent out with such little information, or why if Himitsu had encountered other leaf ninja what their outcome was. It was odd to him; perhaps the missing ninja was lying. The whole thing just didn’t add up to Mithrandir but it was not yet his place to declare such. After they exited the building Kimiko spoke yet again, uttering her farewell as if it was a final thing. In reply with a kind hearted smile Mithrandir spoke in a cheery tone “For now Lady Kimiko.” If this surprised her she did not show it and instead left with a sideways glance, though he swore he saw a smile on her face. Leaving the building Mithrandir spent the rest of the night walking around the town in introspection. Perhaps soon he would find others who thought like him, and he could debate about the feelings he held inside. However until that was possible they would just stew and become corrupt in his soul. Vollstandig Vollstandig Release Phrase: 'Break Reality!' Released Appearance: Spoiler: Vollstandig Special Ability: Zimmer - Once released Rocinante will be able to control things and people within a small radius in certain ways. He is able to with just a thought move objects and people, transfer things, 'cut' things (if inanimate it will be cut, if not then while the person/animal will be split they will not die nor suffer any ill harm, they will continue to function normally aside from being in pieces. By transferring things or objects he can for instance remove shrapnel from an injured person or switch two people's places in an instant. It changes his appearance drastically and switches his Quincy weapon into two, a giant hand mounted Reishe cannon on his right arm, and a saber for his left hand. It gives him a mask which covers his face leaving only room for his goggles. Abilities Name: Reishe Glutton State: All Terms of Usage: This technique is activated by placing his palms together and inhaling. Description: This technique absorbs all forms of reishe within ten feet of the user. Downside: There is a capacity that can be absorbed(roughly twice Rocinante's maximum reishe), and it must be released once or before it reaches that. Though it can be released in the form of bolts, or even just a blast from the exhale though it is not nearly as powerful as the reishe absorbed. Name: Static Waltz State: Quincy Bangle Terms of Usage: - Description: When this technique is activated it causes Rocinante to appear like static, while he actually does move through reality in such a fashion he is in fact stepping to different places within ten feet of himself in an instant, with each jump four versions of himself flicker elsewhere mimicking the same movement until the next jump. While he is not jumping, Rocinante and his doubles all flicker as if composed of television static causing it to be hard to hit them with precise techniques. Downside: This technique requires a cooldown equal to the amount of posts it was active for. Name: Jump Cut State: Spirit Weapon Terms of Usage: - Description: Instead of firing a normal projectile from his Quincy weapon, Rocinante will shoot a blast of multiple 'pellets' of energy in a shotgun like fashion. Downside: These cannot change angle unlike normal blasts. Name: Soul Switch State: Vallstandig Terms of Usage: Rocinante snaps his fingers. Description: This technique allows Rocinante to move or 'switch' one of the few things he cannot, that is to say the soul and personality of a person. With this technique he can switch people's essence into someone else's body. Downside: The switched person will be able to use all their old techniques, so while it does change their body stats it is not very combat effective. Furthermore it can only be done to four people at a time, unless more consent even in the flimsiest of forms.

Ok, a few things. The Vollstandig and Soul Stretch would need some form of physical contact of the target(s) to have those effects usable because it would seem both those effects are god modding. Automatically moving or switching peoples spirits without any factor would be cheating I would think. I would wait to see what the other admin or RP mode have to say until I put an approval stamp on here.
