I think you understood the stat system well, just a little problem with the point distribution. (and you posted this app on the wrong section lol)

Aside from that here's where you lack points.

I noticed that Star Driver is level 2. Once your app gets approved with all it's techniques, they are as good as they should be, even if you add more points in them it changes nothing, the additional points for technique exist for improving it if one might wish to add more to it in the future. So for now keep it to level 1 so that you could save points.

Now on the point requirements, Bankai needs a good level 15. So you will need atleast 3 more points to add to Bankai to have all your techniques activated.

I'm sure I understand what you meant by the zanpaktu stats so I hope this little change works out. Also some minor changes to his actual stats as well.

I do have one question though, what is the max level that techniques can be improved to?

The max level for technique improvement is 3, for now.
