After Nel returned to her adult form and fought Nnoitra it became obvious that her main asset is her incredible speed. So, do you think her speed would be enough to match Yoruichi? Could she defeat Yoruichi?

No, I don't think so.
She may be fast, but she doesn't have all that experience that Yoruichi has.
Yoruichi has developed all these tricks, eg. the cicada. Even Nel would be tricked by that. Anyone would be.

yup nell wouldnt have a chance i suppose maybe gt a couple of shots in if yourichi didnt use shunko but if she did i doubt nell would be able to win, i mean she is around noitra lvl and if zaraki could easily defeat noitra while using kendo nell shouldnt be a problem

Honestly this would be a tough call, but I would bet based on sheer power, Nel would win in the end. Yoruichi does have the one advantage, her reverse demon spell (the one she used on soifon) that can send back the opponents attack.
However, Nel seems to be the stronger of the two, and probably more resilient.
As for speed, they would be about the same.
