Personality: Nikolaj by nature is a sloth. Whenever possible he will doze off and will try to get as much sleep as possible. His innocent face and skinny body will often cause strangers to easily pick a fight with him where Nikolaj will instantly knock them down to their knees. Overall he seems carefree and lazy but when it is needed he will get work done instantly. And despite his looks he is quite loyal and respectful to those who are higher ranked, especially the primera and the king. To those who are lower than him he will speak less respectfully and will usually dismiss them instantly. Although he has lived for many years and has experienced many things he simply doesn’t care for most things around him. When Nikolaj speaks he is usually quiet and straightforward.

I was once part of the living... As a human Nikolaj grew up with 6 older brothers, leaving him to be the youngest of all the siblings. His father was a long time war hero that had many expectations for his sons to be the same. Honorable and noble men in society that will leave a change in the world. Unlike his very successful brothers Nikolaj didn’t have much talent in anything, he liked to daydream and wander off. But then the war came, while his other brothers worked as doctors, engineers, etc, Nikolaj was the only one of his brothers to enter the front lines. Not only was he able to fight but he ranked up to become a lieutenant in 3 years. While in a meeting with other war generals another lieutenant who he was very close to suddenly stood up. He looked at Nikolaj once with sad eyes and screamed something in a language Nikolaj didn’t recognize, but it was too late to even question a single thing as his friend threw a grenade in the room.
and then, i died... When Nikolaj awoke he was surrounded by dead bodies, most no longer took on a human form. He saw his own body and saw a chain linking the two. Terrified Nikolaj broke the chain and started running. He obviously realized he was dead but was still in a state of shock. It wasn’t long before the chains began to eat away, and he became a hollow.
i became less and less human, i became, empty As a hollow Nikolaj couldn’t stand the site of seeing other humans happy. They were still alive. The war was over and no one even remembered his name. All the lives lost and things he’s done meant nothing. He ran away to hueco mundo for the sight was too much for him. In his days in Hueco Mundo he ate away at the other hollows until he became a adjuchas. As a adjuchas he gained a few small yet large followers who would follow his command and look up to him as a king.
i became the ruler of this world, i am became... a God-King.

“Why do you follow me?” Niko asked his followers one day, while they all stopped talking and moving for a moment one spoke up. “It is law that the weak must follow the strong, that is just the way of nature. You hold honor and is reserved, while we do not want to disrupt your solidarity we also wish to follow you.” He looked onto his humble subjects and then at the moon that was the only source of beauty in the wretched desert. “You’re right. Ill become a king… I’m not as noble as you think I am. If I showed you my everything, would you still stay?” “Of course, my king”. At that moment Nikolaj scratched away his hollows mask and became an vasto lorde.
For awhile he still wandered the desert alone with his little subjects that followed him. Eventually a much stronger being came along and asked him to join him and become an espada. Nikolaj never met someone as strong as him, and for that he respected him. Like his subjects said, “the weak must follow the strong.”
