Yay for BDRPG's stat system. Looks easy and effective enough to implement. But I just want to know, in the case of something like kidou, is there any way to know how high a kidou one can cast based on their kidou stat? For example: at 1200 kidou, one can cast up to level 60 kidou.

Hmmmm... I'd wager that there's some allowance given the level of practice through roleplay of specific skills, but Im bumping this for Ruru to decide.

I did a little typo on the FAQ's each kido costs about 10 pts.
Anyway, to make this easier to understand, Kido is not something bought like i'll buy kido 99 with 10 pts and kido 50 with another 10 pts and such,, No.
The numbers are simply basis, something like this.
Hado 1 - 10 pts
Bakudo 1- 10 pts
Hado 2 - 20pts
Bakudo 2 - 20pts
something like that. So your example is quite accurate.
Kido :1200 pts
Hado : 600 = Hado 60 unlocked
Bakudo : 600 = Bakudo 60 unlocked
