He is a hard worker and always tries to inspire people. to get better as well, he believes that to be a decent person and an effective Shinigami one needs to work hard in everything and commit to something. Due to his hard life when he was alive Kura doesn't complain or groan about much things, he knows he has suffered worse things. Due to his hard working nature Kura analyses a lot of battles and reads many books on war and battles. This has made him a very effective leader. Kura also hates his real family from when he was alive. He hated his father for being an alcoholic who abused him and his mother because she killed herself and left Kura all alone to become a gang person. Kura also dislikes slackers who think they can float through life with simply no determination or goals. Your Legacy: Character Story: When Kura was born he was in for a very rough life. He was born in one of the tough districts of his town. There were many gangs and drugs being sold in the streets and the police almost constantly patrolled the place. His father started turning to drugs and alcohol when Kura was three. This made his father very abusive to his wife and child. When Kura turned nine he went to school with many cuts and bruises from the beatings his drunkard father gave to him. A lot of the times he couldn't go outside because social services would get suspicious. One day his father came home, he was drunk and was in a bad mood. To make things worse he felt his wife hadn't made the dinner he wanted. He took his anger out on his ten year old son. He smashed Kura on the face with the bottle. In his defense his mother got really angry. She got into a fight with Kura's father and in the fight she stabbed him in the chest with a kitchen knife, Kura was rushed to hospital and the police started an investigation. Because of the depression of thinking she was going to be thrown in prison for life Kura's mother hung herself in the bathroom, abandoning her son. Kura was taken in by a foster family, he still lived in tough districts and had to do a lot of favours for gangs and drug dealers such as beating people up or delivering the things to peoples door. One day Kura got into a gang fight when he was eighteen. The other gang came armed with guns and Kura had nothing to fight with but his fist. Kura was shot down instantly and died in surgery. Kura easily passed through to the soul society and lived in other rough places. Kura's unusual reiatsu was noticed and he was recommended to join the academy so he didn't kill anyone with his power. Kura joined and was decent in his classes. For a little while he slacked off a bit but he began to work harder. He began to watch other Shinigami fight, he read many books on battle and war so he could become smart and be an effective leader and he succeeded in the academy due to his hard work. He realized what hard work could get people to see after he joined division ten he wanted to push other people to become hard workers. He wanted people to work hard because he didn't want his squad to become a squad that was known for slacking and laziness. He wanted his squad to excel just like he did. RP Sample:The air was completely tense and the tension was so thick it could be cut with a string. The breeze made Kura's hair go to the side a little bit. The sky was black with a few stars looking down on them. The street was almost completely empty except for a few building on the sidewalk. It was way too quite around here. Kura grinned a little bit as he stood on the roof. He was still waiting for the hollow to show up, it was going to be caught completely off guards by his sneak attack. It was simply going to walk up the street and get sliced up. He had placed a few Shinigami to hide in some buildings and he had placed another person to stay on the roof opposite him. The Shinigami in the buildings were not hiding their reiatsu at all. They were supposed to be actually bringing the hollow towards them. It would come towards the building and be ambushed easily by the Shinigami on the low rooftops. Kura was not scared at all. His plan would work. He just needed to be patient; he was waiting, watching, he was ready to strike. Your Zanpakuto: {To be able to use technique, Shikai and Bankai, knowledge and know how must be acquired in-game) Zanpakuto Name: Kokuou Ika Sealed Appearance: Spoiler: Zanpakuto Spirit Description: : His spirit looks like a normal man. He has green eyes but has a beard which is basically tentacles. Everything else about him is basically humanoid. Shikai Shikai Release Phrase:Now extend and strangle Released Appearance: Spoiler: Other Changes: Bankai Release Phrase:Now Blind and Kill Released Appearance: Other Changes: Abilities (Max 12, you can add/unlock as you progress, but to be able to use technique, you must acquire it in-game) Name: Wrap State: Shikai Terms of Usage:Activate Description: This is a blocking technique. Kura screams the word wrap and his zanpakuto glows and a tentacle appears from the ground. It hardens and wraps itself around Kura. This is a very hardened defense that can even block reiatsu attacks. The downside is that after it leaves Kura instantly throws up. He empties his guts and he gets a headache. It isn't a bad headache but the throwing up part is bad because it means he can;t focus on combat. Name: Constrict State: Shikai Terms of usage: Activated Description: Holes suddenly appear on the side of the blade of his zanpakuto. Four small tentacles appear from the holes, they will all grab hold of the victim, these can do nothing but constrict, they don't even pull, just constrict. This is only good for when Kura needs to buy himself some time to think. For a recruit to a 10th seat this will constrict them for four post. For a 10th seath seat to a 6th seat this will constrict them for three post. For a 6th seat to a 3rd seat will constrict them for two post. For a 3rd seat to a 1st seat it will last for simply one post. Name: Tentacle whip State: Shikai Terms of Usage:Activated Description: Kura screams 'whip them' and his zanpakuto suddenly transforms. It turns into a tentacle. It is a reiatsu sucking tentacle whip. It stays like this for about two minutes. The holes will lock onto his opponent and then start to drain reiatsu. This doesn't restore any of Kura's reiatsu. It simply dispels his opponents reiatsu. The drawback of this technique is that it instantly ends his shikai after three post. Name:Tentacle seals State: Bankai Terms of usage: Passive Description: This is basically the transformation of his bankai. Seals will appear around where Kura is standing. All about 300 meters away from where Kura is standing when he activates it. The tentacles will appear. These are about 500 feet long and very thick. They are as strong as a zanpakuto. They can obviously attack, basically swipe, swing etc. They are the same as normal squid tentacles but just way bigger. Kura MUST stay inside the circle of seals or he will not be able to control the bankai. Name:Ink shot State: Bankai Terms of usage: Activated Description: A large cloud of ink will appear from the suckles of the giant tentacles. The smoke will blind and stick to his opponent, this will slow them down a lot and blind them for quite a while. This will last for three post. To avoid this one simply has to stay out of the cloud of ink. The range of this is about 20 meters to the front. The effects of this technique are for three post regardless of rank. The cloud will stay in the air for only one post.

How does an enemy avoid this? how for is the range of this attack? How long does this technique last? (how long is its effects?)

Name:Iru-jon Kiri (Illusion mist)
State:Bankai
Terms of usage:Activate
Description:This technique is activated when Kura simply swings his black katana to the ground and chants the name of this attack. Out of the suckles of the tentacles a mist is formed. This black mist stays in the air for one post. While it is inhaled and is in the air the opponent's mind is messed up. Everything they see is doubled. So if they saw Kura they'd see two of him not one. This will not enable them to be able to tell which on is the right one.

Downside:This drains about a fith of Kura's current reiatsu so it is very draining.

Name:Shokushu Shinchou (Tentacle extension)
Terms of usage: Activate
State:Shikai
Description:A huge tentacle appears out the tip of his sword. This tentacle is reiatsu hardened so is about as strong as a zanpakuto. Due to this being a projectile any reiatsu drained from this doesn't drain from Kura himself. This tentacle is about twenty meters long. It can only shoot forwards in one straight line.

As soon as it makes contact with anything it cuts into them. This drains any reiatsu from them. This doesn't drain all of their reiatsu, so it is sort of cutting their reiatsu. It only takes as much out by the severity of the wound. So lets say the tentacle made a very deep cut on your rib you'd lose plenty of reiatsu. If it only made a small cut on your face you'd barely lose any.


Name:Shokushu Otoshiana

Description:Kura makes a slashing movement towards the place where he wants his golden circle to be. He shouts the name of the technique and a huge reiatsu hardened tentacle will appear from the ground and wrap them up so they can't move.As the tentacle is reiatsu hardened it is about as hard as a sealed zanpakuto. The victim stays bounded for two post regardless of rank or power. The only way to avoid this is to get your entire body out the circle. These tentacles are not connected to Kura in any way. They are flesh but reiatsu hardened. These tentacles cannot actually harm Kura himself, none of his techniques can harm Kura himself.

The circle is not bright at all and is very faint which makes it slightly hard to notice. You would have to be actually in the circle looking down to notice it (this makes it similar to Rukia's first dance in her shikai). Right now they can actually catch people up to 70 meters away from him.

Downside:Kura cannot use this technique multiple times consecutively. After one use it requires a three post cool down regardless of if it actually hit them or not.
