Shounen vs. Shoujo

As you may know, manga or anime is mainly split into two categories, shounen (male audience) and shoujo (female audience).

So which of the two, do you prefer?

I prefer shounen. It has more action and to me, has a lot more meaning to it than shoujo does.

Shoujo is mainly about love and everything, haha. It's more about the events than the meaning of things.

Oh, and shounen make me cry while shoujo doesn't. I don't know why, it should be the other way around. XD

I vote shonen too, though i like shoujou a whole lot too.

but i guess it gets boring, so i like shonen,cause there is more to the story than boy meets girl, falls for her,crazy coincidence happens, she likes him to,she kills him, stuff like that.

i like action..

Shoujo is too cute and sweet.. and I prefer fights and action...

Don't like the shoujo stories, there like very normal, and in the real life. (plus not to forget => where's the action!) <.<

Though I did like Magic Knight Rayearth.

I lean more toward the Shounen than Shoujo, though if it can capture my attention, then I'll read it. ^^ I try to give it all a chance though. ^^

Personally, I'd go for Shounen than Shoujo. :D

Im actually starting to lean a little more towards shoujo than I might have in the past. I blame E. Lockhart for getting me to like romances, but they are funnier than the comedies I read...seriously, and it scares me...
