Wondering the Human Worlds

Alice wanted some personal time, she walked down the streets of Japan. She was not in a gigai, for she had no intentions of being seen by the humans. At least wit this, if has gotten some attention she knows it could be a potential threat. It was a cool evening, and the air was refreshing, just what she needed to relax. Being a LT. was harder than she expected. Even at her caliber, she was always busy, no matter how fast she worked. She had decided she deserved an evening off.

Soren in his human body was walking around town he wore a white button up shirt and a black tie, black pants, and black dress shoes and a dark grey wool peacoat wrapped tightly around him and a white scarf tied loosely around his neck. His white hair stood out from the rest of the crowd he looked up and sighed looking around he was quite bored with the human world for right now and his search for her was tiring him out following those events he felt as if nothing mattered really he was stuck on this duty of training and searching while eliminating hollows on a daily basis his life felt similar to just a routine. He sighed and looked up into the sky and bumped into someone and moved out of their way apologizing he could have sworn someone wasn't there. Oh I'm sorry... Hm?

Soren looked at the Shinigami that was standing there. No wonder he had been so confused he looked at her and rubbed the back of his head. Well well what do we have here? Another Shinigami aside from me here?

Alice looked up at the face of the one who ran into her. He was apologizing while noting that she was a shinigami. She was very confused by his remark. He was a human, how was he seeing her- how did he touch her? He had also said something about BEING a shinigami.

But sir, She started, in a very confused and questioning voice. You're still a live. You couldn't possibly be a shinigami.

Soren the girl seemed to be confused about who he was and what was entirely going on he smiled a bit and chuckled to himself and pushed his hair back and rolled up his sleeve and began to unbutton his cuffs on his dress shirt as he began to spoke in calm sincere tone Haha I wouldn't expect you to know who I am after all I'm technically two people after all. But if you are confused... Soren finished unbuttoning his cuff and folded it back around his wrist there was a substitute shinigami badge that fell out of his shirt. He spoke again Soren Kiyomeru a Substitute Shinigami. A pleasure to meet you ahh... Well yes a pleasure to meet you despite not knowing your name forgive me. Soren was actually expecting the girl to hate him for being a despised substitute Shinigami since he wasn't very fond off being a Shinigami and all.

Soren eyes seemed warm and inviting his overall personality seeming kind and trusting however he expected the worst out of the girl about being lectured upon how he was just a excuse because the Siereitei couldn't or well didn't want to expand their forces out when they needed however he was just going to accept the lashings and their words.

Alice looked confused. After a moment she composed herself and gave a respectful curtsy. Well, master Soren, I am known as Alice of the Rose. Excuse my insolence, but I have never heard of such a thing. May I trouble you to be my escort for the evening? I would love to hear more on your existence. She smiled kindly, and waited in her curtsy.

Soren looked at her and raised his eyebrow and nodding to the girl smiling softly. He spoke to answer her in his usual lofty tone Alright that's fine by me also don't refer to me as you're master I'm not worthy of it nor do I wish to be called that. I'm a simple man Alice. well not too simple. A man bumped into Soren and turned around yelling at him Hey buddy why don't you go stand and talk to your imaginary friends somewhere else? Get out of the street weird ass. Soren raised a finger to retort to the man while rubbing his face thinking he he should avoid it. Ah you're right I'm sorry sir. His voice despite trying to be kind was slightly sarcastic the man stopping and turning around he was angry it seems he had a bad day and didn't need anyone else talking down to him so losing his cool. Apparently. He launched for Soren and and threw a punch.

The punched seemed slow to Soren and he watched the mans fist draw near his eyes dulled and he raised his hand and caught the fist in his hand not giving or pushing a inch the man scowling at Soren. Soren spoke to the man slightly serious Hmm I don't think this is the time or the place for this type of behavior. I'm sorry to have offended you but that is no way to conduct yourself. Anyways I'm done and leaving. See ya. Soren took his hand off the mans fist who dropped it and scowling off muttering something about Soren whom began to walk anyway quietly.

He looked over to Alice who was following behind him and he yelled back. Give me a sec alright? Soren opened his pea coat and took out a soul candy popping it in his mouth closing it back and taking out his shinigami substitute badge swallowing the candy and pressing it to himself. The soul taking over for Soren and walking off as per usual. Soren in his shinigami form standing there his face and hair what not remained the same but he wore a black haori with the shichirou clan symbol on the back and as he turned around his uniform white pure white with a black sash and underlining beneath. and white zanpaktou resting at his right side. He smiled and chuckled a bit speaking. So any doubts you have are now cleared right? o what do you want to know?

Alice laughed at his reaction to the word "master". I am guessing you are not the owner of the estate you live on, perhaps you are a son. The correct way to address your entitlement is master. Alice watched the human bicker with Soren.

Hw does one become a substitute shinigami?

Soren thought about what she said carefully and began to walk with her and rubbed the back of his head. No... I'm no son actually if it wasn't for him actually if it wasn't for him I don't know where I would be... Here I'll give you a brief of my past I suppose. Alright so I've never actually met my father supposed from my mother said he was a kind man whom was gentle yet strong if he didn't want to say no he wouldn't sure he didn't always get his way and he compromised quite a bit. But one day he just turned up dead apparently that's what Mr. Kuroyami his boss had reported to my mother and I. Soren sighed looking down remembering how he felt going over his memories of course anything he told Alice could be used against him but he felt as if he could trust her. So he continued on his voice calming down and becoming slightly sad as if he knew who the person to blame was. Which he did he blamed himself for the most part not not realizing his potential before it was too late.

Anyways things grew to be ah I suppose you could say normal I eventually started to see spirits and what not join the kendo team to protect two people close to me. My mother the sole surviving family member apparently if there is more I wouldn't know. Also my best friend Ame. Which I failed anyways a hollow had attacked our house since my spiritual power was growing and I couldn't control it at that time because I was clueless to say the least it killed my mother who gave her life for mine. Then I could form my former fullbring abilities. However I couldn't use it or keep it in form for long I'd said a maximum of five seconds. So like a idiot I grabbed a pole and tried to stab the hollow then Mr. Kuroyami appeared using his fullbring to destroy the hollow and said he would train me and tell me about my fathers past to which he had a similar fullbring power such as I and he would train me to use mine. However he said I mustn't assist a shinigami or else I would be banished but if I just so happened to be doing it for a universal cause I would be fine so I never really relied on them much so that is how I got the estate when he passed away he left everything to me. Soren looked at Alice and sighed walking they had been walking for quite a bit of time he had been doing nothing but talking and he was going to shut up this girl didn't really care for his personal affairs or anyway of the details on his past then again why should she? Ah I'm sorry haha...ah... dammit... anyways what else I suppose?

Alice listened to the man's story. So then... Do you work with the shinigami?

Soren smiled a bit and nodding at Alice he sighed looking around at the human world he lived in still feeling at bit separated from as if he didn't entirely know his purpose anymore. That's when he felt a vibration inside of his haori which he reached into and pulling out a cellphone of sorts his left eyebrow raised at who was calling him for a mission but nevertheless he answered it. Soren Kiyomeru here. The voice over the phone sounding vaguely familiar however Alice should know the voice on the other end of the line. Substitute Shinigami.. Soren Kiyomeru I have a meager favor to place into your hands. I Shiro Araumi the 13th division Captain is not going to be able to do this for Alice anymore but I wish for her to obtain her bankai as soon as possible. That's.. All. I'm sorry to have burdened you with my duties. There was a click on the other end of the line ending the call.

Shiro's voice sounded pained as if he just gotten wounded no matter how much he tried to keep calm and hide it one could tell. It didn't help that he had his phone on speaker since it was usually him and him alone he looked back at Alice slightly concerned as to why a captain level shinigami was asking him to do such things. His eyes met with Alice trying to figure out whether she was concerned or what his voice reaching out to her slightly concerned about why Shiro sounded wounded and her reaction. Alice...?

Alice listened to the tone of Shiro's voice. I was weak. He was hurt, and in danger. As of now she had orders to follow. She would to a T. However, after the training would end she would go to Lord Shiro's side immediately.

You heard the captain. Follow his orders- at once! Her voice was no longer warm and kind. She was in soldier mode. From here onto Shiro's safety, Alice was serious. Her stance was proud and ready for battle.

Soren listened to Alice's tone of voice she was worried at least he thought so and he didn't want to delay her any longer then possible he he closed the phone placing it softly into his haori all she had to do was to obtain bankai seemed simple enough. He sighed jumping up in into the air he wasn't going to start destroying the world to which he was protecting he reached for his zanpaktou and unsheathed his blade waiting for Alice to join him he had to be careful he didn't know her abilities and what she was exactly nor could he rely on his bankai much either he wasn't able to fully control it and apparently got it's form wrong if he kept messing it up it would eventually be sealed off to him permanently he sighed taking a deep beath waiting for his friend to come to him.

Alice did not believe in dilly dallying. With in .0019 of a second she hand shumpoed right before him. She didn't hasten, and released her Shikai

Shikai Release Phrase: Holding the Zanpakuto between her two forearms, it glows a bright yellow color, and transforms, wrapping around her two lower arm portions. The exact command is: "Let me see your slender and swift skills, Kuuki Kitsune."

Attached at both forearms are braces of Zanpakuto grade strength. The holsters carry up to 6 needles at a time. However, this doesn't mean that is a total number of needles she can create before needing to reload. She can potentially make up to hundreds of needles. If a needle is fired and doesn't land where it was intended, the particles shatter and return as a fresh needle in the holster. The brace also covers the opposite side of the arm for protection, and are of Zanpakuto material, so can block attacks.
The needles are made of Zanpakuto material, as well. The needles are 7 inches in length. they only have 1 cm width, descending to .03 Cm at the tiny tips, to easily pierce the harshest of skins. The holster and needles are black in color.

She waited for her opponent to make a move.

Soren watched Alice closely and sighed before he released his own zanpaktou he was growing weary of all the fighting but he promised he would help her because of the captain this is was going to be rather quick or so he hoped that she would catch on a master her bankai so he didn't have to be bothered once again at least for right now and so he could continue his meaningless search for his dear friend. He backed off from Alice and held his zanpaktou out in front of him. He spoke quietly to himself Shine, Tenryū Tōboe. His zanpaktou began to glow white and a aura was forming off the blade then began to decay pieces of the blade dropping and shattering vanishing in midair. After his zanpaktou finished hilt and all he looked towards Alice and sighed nodding his head him knowing she was probably about to rush him with everything she had. Soren would have to defend against that and have counter her attacks and spot her weakness.

His eyes locked in on Alice his body wasn't tense however he prepared himself for a long harsh battle his will was protecting his friends and for those inside of him. That only he remembered his reiatsu flared a bit signaling he was ready not use of him delaying any longer.

I think much about this situation is mistaken... I can use my Bankai.. It is just very.. Dangerous. She looked down at her hands. Do you really wish to continue?

Your Captain is in trouble it seems like he asked me to make to train you to use your bankai whether you knew it or not I have a feeling he knows you can easily surpass him Alice. The Shiro I know well for one he despises my existence and doesn't care for his own life since he has already lost everything. He does however care for only for those he cares about. So for respect to him and the bond he has with you. I will do my best to make sure you can protect yourself. Though I or you're captain are not doubting your abilities we just want to make sure our friend is safe. Despite how much I hate fighting. Soren stood there his voice was serious yet kind he knew full well what he was about to jump into or well at least had a thought about it he was only doing this for Shiro's sake as well they both must have had a tight bond for Shiro to want this girls life to be safe but he was sure didn't wish to die as well. However if that supposed to be the case.

Soren had a couple of questions to ask Alice as well. Alice let me ask you something why do you follow Shiro's orders to the very point anyways? It is because you trust him or believe in him? What is it that drives you to follow him so closely what is the relationship between you both? Soren raised his eyebrows a bit studying her and it was just a question even know he knew she had to get back he was curious to see the relationship between a Captain and his Vice Captain.

Alice's eyes widened. Orders?... Or... The.. Cat?..... Ha... Door. Her eyes flickered and her head violently shook. She seemed confused and lost.

Alice's eyes with turn completely white. What ever she is wearing will turn black, and a top hat will appear on her head.

Alice's Madness

Soren looked at her completely changed form and he looked at her confused and slightly worried. Alice...Hatter... White rabbit? What does that mean...? Soren looked at her with a confused look to his eyes he looked at her worried and flash stepped towards her looking at her. Alice are you alright...? I just wanted to know of yours and Shiro's bond together. Soren was ready just in case she decided to attack him because he didn't know right now if she was felling alright or not.

Don't be silly, Hatter! This is no time for games! We must go see the White Rabbit!

She folded her arms. He went to see the Red Queen. They are at her castle. She glowered. We just must get him! We have yet to celebrate my unbirthday.

Soren looked at Alice and sighed perhaps what she was trying to say was something to do at the Siereitei Alice do you mean the Seireitei I'm assuming I'm the Hatter and you referencing to Shiro Araumi as the white rabbit? But then who's this red queen and why are you even talking about? I'm so confused. Soren's brain kinda hurt from making too many references and he sighed settling back down for a bit and regaining his composure.

Soren thought to himself for a moment thinking about what he wanted to do or really what he could do during this whole fiasco. Alice.... Fine I'll take you to the red castle... From there I'll protect you as well. Just be ready.
