Thing above chatbox.

Okay, i've been coding something to put above the chatbox for a few days now, and i dont really know what to call it, so this thread is titled like such.



The thing is not yet finished and im still working on a few things here and there, but it's quite functional now, indeed.


SO if there's a few missing pages here and there, dont wonder. Its not complete. But i do hope you like this new addition.

The of the month things is Cliche in my opinion. Everyone does it.
You should spice it up and have a race, like,
Best Female of a certain race for each month, and Best male in the same category.
Like one month it could be Female Shinigami and Male Quincy or whatnot.

@ Rio - iframes, we can add as many pages to it as we want.

@ suzu - I wanted to add more image icons to it, but it took too much space. and if you haven't noticed it links to something. that page is still under construction, but we can add those ideas there and make them really.

Not possible. Lack of enough characters to divvy by race, and some races may only have one or two active players. It sounds good in theory, but would be obsolete in practice.

Iframes, then? Well done. Must have took quite a while.

Yup. maybe 3 days or so. AND, the original idea is to have there character featured on the iframe thing, make them feel special (not just a link to their profile) kind of way.

That's what I thought. I still have the code to make each of those websites inside the box if you want them.

You should have a "Best fight of the month" Award :P also why don't you just call it an intro box? Because as soon as you get onto the site it welcomes you and gives you a variety of options, like a normal introduction would do

The idea can still work as long as a race has more than one person in it.
For instance, say the shinigami only had 2 in their race. Any one of them can be an of the month person. And if one person keeps the spot, then that person is more active than the other said person.

Nah, in the long run that would just lead to repeats of people who have less frequently used races. Like the quincies, hm?
