Appearance: Kai is 6ft 1in and has a slender build. He has long flowing white hair that his parted to the right and has a slight stubble under his chin. His eyes are Brown with a red tint and has small ears. He carries his Zanpakuto slung on his back. He wears a standard Hakama with white fingerless gloves.
Personality: Outside of battle Kai is a joker. He makes jokes when he is uncomfortable and just for fun. He plays around with other squad members and likes to make friends. He drinks a lot but never seems to get drunk. But during battle he is the opposite. He is Calm, Collective, Calculating, Merciless and Ruthless. He never takes second chances and always hits to kill.

Character Story:
When Kai died, the konso was performed sloppily. He did pass on but lost every single memory of when he was alive. When he lived in the Rukon district he was called Kai when his adoptive family chose it for him.

He joined the Shinigami academy after two years of living in the Rukon. He excelled in speed and fighting techniques and impressed most of the teachers. One day his teaching group were sent to Heuco Mundo to find a missing captain. His group came under attack by a group of hollow's whose special abilities included an infection that transformed shinigami to hollows. Kai was infected and the rest of the group died. Kai was alone.

It didn't bother him until he left Heuco Mundo. He started feeling overwhelming desire for death. SO to combat this, Kai was injected with a "cure" that went wrong. It stuck him between half shinigami half hollow. he then manifested the abilities to become a Vizard.
RP Sample:
Kai looked around the empty room. No one. Kai was alone, alone for miles. No one on the outside could hear anyone scream. So Kai rose from his seat.He inhaled deeply...
" Ohh... I love to see you cryyyyyy. I love to see you weep, to see you kiss my cheek. I love to see you cry"
That song was louder than a scream and soon started attracting onlookers...

Sealed Appearance: A basic Katana with a black and red hilt
Zanpakuto Spirit Description: Kami looks like a normal human except from an unusually large, blue and red segmented, armour plated right arm. WIth a wave of his hands he can call forth lightning bolts. He has clear flowing hair with dark skin. He speaks in a Nigerian accent.

Shikai
Shikai Release Phrase: Cascade
Released Appearance: Takes the same form as the sealed state.
Other Changes:a huge wave of electricity covers the blade and flows behind Kai

Bankai
Release Phrase: Bankai
Released Appearance: Same as shikai only with a Massive electric beast standing behind him that connects with his sword. A larger scale version of shikai.

Name: No purizumu wa,-kō to pawā o owaru koto no nai
State: Skikai
Terms of Usage: Must be used outside
Description: Four electrified pillars fall around the enemy, preventing escape.

Name: Hōkai
State: Skikai
Terms of Usage: Used during No purizumu wa,-kō to pawā o owaru koto no nai
Description: A column of light falls in the middle of the four pillars. When it collides it creates a massive shock wave

Name: Sutoraikā
State: Bankai
Terms of Usage: Beast must be in regular state
Description: The Electrified beast combines with the blade to to immense amount of damage to whomever it hits

I currently see no problem with it, but add a little bit more information to your RP Sample and History if you're able to. Look at other peoples stuff and maybe get some inspiration to lengthen it. If anybody else doesn't see any problem i'll give the other half of approval.

Things that need to be changed:
* Use the proper coding for the template
* Make your story longer, add the times when you were alive when you died, add your experiences and how it was. Were you lived in where you died and when you joined the Academy.
* Add more abilities
* Add more disadvantages
*Please place your images in spoilers
